Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the quality of services used to improve the qualityof services, to determine patient loyalty and actions taken by the Husada Sidoarjo Scholar Clinic inincreasing patient loyalty in the Husada Scholar Sidoarjo Clinic addiction. This research is a qualitativeresearch and involves data carried out by interview. Analytical data using interactive analysis models,the data will be analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawingconclusions. The results of the study showed that the quality of health services at the Scholar HusadaSidoarjo Clinic had run well, in terms of human resources, sufficient funds, and facilities andinfrastructure that had met the needs. Loyalty of rehabilitation patients of Sidoarjo Husada ScholarClinic patients is still lacking, this is because many patients are less disciplined, less active in theprogram, and less cooperative. Strategy Development of patient loyalty in Cendikia Husada SidoarjoClinic is done by good communication with patients, giving the impression of a friendly officer, andeasy service procedures.Keywords: service quality, strategy, patient loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a performance appraisal system consisting of work attitudes, work performance, work intelligence and work commitment. Furthermore, to analyze the influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance appraisal system consisting of work attitudes, work performance, work intelligence simultaneously has a significant effect on work commitment in the Redrying Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to test hypotheses using a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Redrying Bojonegoro Employee Cooperative (Kareb) in Bojonegoro Regency, DC Unit, which numbered 31 people. The research sampling technique used saturated sampling (census sampling) so that the sample in this study were 31 people. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the variables of work attitude and work intelligence had a significant effect on employee commitment, while the work performance variable did not significantly affect the commitment of employees of the Bojonegoro (Kareb) Employee Cooperative in Bojonegoro Regency. Among the factors of work attitude, work performance and work intelligence that have a dominant influence on employee commitment are work attitudes.

Abstract

This research is entitled "The Effect of Career Development and Compensation on Performance Through Employee Work Discipline at PT. Panasonic Gobel Eco Solutions Manufacturing Indonesia". The purpose of this research is to describe performance, work discipline, career development, and employee compensation in the company, as well as to know and analyze the effect of career development and compensation for employee performance both directly and through work discipline. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research were all employees of PT. PESGMFID totaling138 employees. The number of samples taken was 62 employees using the proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis used was Path Analysis and Sobel Test to test indirect effects. The results showed that career development and compensation affect work discipline; career development, compensation, and work discipline affect performance; Career development and compensation affect performance through work discipline.Keywords: performance, work discipline, career development, compensation

Abstract

This study aims to identify and explain the role of the principal to improve the quality of teachers at SMK Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan. Qualitative methods are used to identify and explain these objectives. The results of the research show that the quality of teachers can improve the quality of schools and be able to prosper the teachers. The role of the principal of the Ibnu Khaldun Balikpapan Vocational School in improving teacher human resources can be seen from the increase in teacher work discipline, getting support from structural leaders, foundations, supervisors, committees and teachers. From improving teacher discipline, in the learning process teachers must be on time and teach first before learning hours begin.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan and Loan to Deposit Ratio on Return on Assets through Capital Adequacy Ratio in banking listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014- 2018. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The criteria for sampling in this study are banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which publish bank annual financial reports for 2014-2018 as many as 80. Data analysis in this study used Partial Least Square with the WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that (1) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (2) Loan to Deposit Ratio has a negative and significant effect on the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (3) Non Performing Loan has a negative and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (4) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (5) Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on BankÔÇÖs Return on Assets, (6) Non Performing Loan has no effect on Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio, (7) Loan to Deposit Ratio has no effect on the Return on Assets through the Bank's Capital Adequacy Ratio. Abstract

This research is the result of research which describes how much personality competence and emotional intelligence have an effect on improving teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The background of this research is because based on the results of observations it shows an increase from year to year, the achievement of SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan both academically and non-academically is not optimal. After looking at several indicators, this study focuses on looking at the influence of personality competence and emotional intelligence on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research subjects were all teachers who served at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan. The results showed that personality competence and emotional intelligence had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 13 Balikpapan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the description of organizational behavior, strategies to achieve effectiveness in JEMARIS organization. ethod: This research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is interview, observation and document tela'ah. The subject of this research is the board and members of the community network of clean water and sanitation Pasuruan. Data analysis with triangulation of qualitative data obtained from in-depth interview, FGD, Observation, and document review.Research results: organizational behavior in JEMARIS, covering people relationships, Structure, Technology, Environment, Optimization Objectives, System Perspective, Pressure, Accuracy, Target Adaptation, Job Satisfaction, Responsibility. What is inside the JEMARIS organization is very flexible and diverse. Demonstrates that organizational behavior greatly determines the effectiveness of the organization.Conclusion: Organizational behavior in JEMARIS is very diverse, it can be seen there is still a difference in looking at internal organizational issues, organizational strategy is absolutely necessary to achieve organizational effectiveness. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of empowerment, self-efficacy and organizational culture on the teaching performance of teachers at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province, both separately and simultaneously. The research population was all teachers of SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, totaling 127 teachers and a sample of 82 people through purposive sampling technique. The research design is classified as ex-post-facto, with descriptive causal correlational research explanatory methods. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and study documentation. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on the teaching performance of teachers at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province with the results of the study: Teacher Empowerment, Self-Efficacy, and Organizational Culture at SMKN I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan in good category , there is a simultaneous influence between teacher empowerment, self-efficacy, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, and there is a partial influence between teacher empowerment, selfefficacy, and organizational culture on teacher performance at SMK Negeri I Balikpapan Kalimantan East.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe, find out, and analyze the principal's leadership style and work motivation, on teacher performance and the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 47 respondents. Data analysis using PLS with WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that the work environment, teacher performance, and leadership style of the principal were in very good criteria. Work motivation is in good criteria, the principal's leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work environment, school leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation has no effect on teacher performance, the work environment significant to teacher performance, the principal's leadership style has significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment, and work motivation has a negative and not significant effect on teacher performance through the work environment in Cluster 3 Menganti Gresik.Keywords: principal leadership style, work motivation, work environment, teacher performance

Abstract

Schools as educational institutions need principals who are able to lead and manage schools professionally. The purpose of this research is to describe the principal's leadership style, principal's supervision ability and teacher performance of Probolinggo High School 2 2019 and to know the significant influence of the principal's leadership style, principal's supervision ability, partially or simultaneously on teacher performance. The population in this study were all teachers of Probolinggo 2 Public High Schools, totaling 44 people. Sampling using census sampling method. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the chief leadership style the mean school of 3,950, the principal supervision ability of the mean 3,740 and the teacher's performance with a mean of 3,580 are already in very good condition (interval). Principal leadership style, principal supervision ability, partially or simultaneously significant effect on teacher performance.
