Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study participation and benefits partially on employee performance and for simultaneous performance benefits for employee performance at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation. This research includes the type of explanatory research, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Al-asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation, originating from 31 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely the entire population into a sample. The results showed that the significant variables were not significant on employee performance and significant benefits variables on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the income and allowance variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression test show that the regression regression coefficient has the greatest regression coefficient, so the variable allowance is the most dominant variable to improve employee performance compared to other variables. Abstract

This study was to determine the professionalism of teachers and work culture and teacher performance at SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School. It also aims to find out the school's efforts in improving the professionalism of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School teachers and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing the professionalism of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School teachers. In this study there were 29 people as informants consisting of the Principal, Deputy Principal and all teachers of SMP IT Al Azhar Boarding School. This research was conducted at SMP IT AL Azhar Pondok Pesantren Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that there are several supporting and inhibiting factors in efforts to increase teacher professionalism at SMP IT AL Azhar Balikpapan, all of which are part of the process towards an advanced school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover and liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. Then to identify and analyze the effect of simultaneous accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover on Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, to know and analyze the effects of partial accounts receivable and cash turnover to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative and to declare receivable turnover has a dominant influence on the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative. The type of research used is an explanatory type of research. Explanatory research is a study aimed at testing a theory or hypothesis to strengthen or even reject the theory or hypothesis of the results of existing research.The results of this study is simultaneously accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity; and partially accounts receivable turnover and cash turnover do not significantly affect the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative liquidity, and the third influential receivable turnover dominant to the liquidity of the Behaestex Gresik Employee Cooperative.Keywords: accounts receivable turnover, cash turnover, liquidity

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Surabaya Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapons Workshop which has a strategic function in an effort to support the maintenance and repair of weapons in the Navy. The type of research used is a descriptive approach and this research approach is a qualitative approach. The location of the study was Surabaya's Lantamal V Fasharkan Weapon Workshop. Data analysis techniques are qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Internal factors in the application of Samapta rumeksa's work culture include the limited number of personnel and the number of experts, limited spare parts. External factors include limited SOPs and manuals, limited list of personnel, limited facilities and infrastructure, limited personnel training, limited budgets, limited repairs. Then as an internal supporting factor which includes the level of formal education of members and members of the Weapons Workshop, the souls of officers, service experience, motivation of superiors, skills and training, as well as good cooperation and the availability of modern equipment. External supporting factors are site preparation, provision of facilities and infrastructure, provision of SOP and manual books. Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out and analyzes the influences of Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets to Dividend Payout Ratio at manufactured industry period 2012 -2016. The data used in this research is from the yearly financial report in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample use is 7 industry of 149 listed manufactured industy at 2012 ÔÇô 2016. The analysis of method used in this research is the multiple linear regressions method, the hypothesize test used the stastistical of F-test and the stastistical of t-test. The results data analysis showed that all the independent variable, which Cash Position, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Assets simultaneously have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). At the determinant coefficient (R2) it shows that research independent variables able to explain 19,3% to Dividend Payout Ratio while the remaining of 80,7% explained by independent variables that were un-research. While partially (t-test), only the Return on Assets (ROA) which have an influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Abstract

This study aims to analyze nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections. This study involved 104 nurses who worked at Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital as a source of data using questionnaires and observation of infection criteria. The variables used in this study were knowledge, attitudes, behavior as independent variables, the incidence of nosocomial infections as controlled variables. The results showed that there were studies of nurses' knowledge, attitudes and behavior towards the incidence of nosocomial infections in the Inpatient Room of Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital and the research conclusions showed that most nurses were wellinformed, good attitude and most of them were well behaved. While at Mitra Hospital in Surabaya, Mitra Keluarga Surabaya Hospital mostly in hospitals did not have infection, simultaneous knowledge, attitudes and problems related to the incidence of infections in inpatient areas at Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Knowledge, attitude and partial simultaneous use of events infection in the inpatient room of Mitra Keluarga Hospital.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the analysis of service quality to customer satisfaction, also to know there is a difference between service quality analysis to customer satisfaction, at modern retail minimarket and grocery store in city Surabaya. Respondents in this study as much as 100 people who are at least 16 years old, ever shop in modern retail minimarket and grocery store, and stay settled or while in the city of Surabaya. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a significant influence between quality of service to customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store in Surabaya city. And it is also known that there is a difference between service quality analysis on customer satisfaction in modern retail minimarket and grocery store based on different test, where both of these variables have GIS. Abstract

The aimed of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research used quantitative research. Data collected used questionnaires and documentation with a total sample of 50 people.. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that 1) Significant influential leadership style on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance. 4) Organizational Culture signifies significant effect on employee performance. 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. 6) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between leadership style and employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. 7) Job satisfaction is an intervening variable between organizational culture on employee performance because the value of indirect influence is greater than direct influence. Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation. Job satisfaction and employee performance. Variables used in this research are organizational culture, motivation as independent variable, employee performance as dependent variables, job satisfaction as intervening variable. The analytical unit is an employee of Bank BJB Surabaya branch in Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 115 employees with a sample of 100 respondents. Technical analysis used is SEM (Structure Equation Model) analysis. The result of the research is organizational culture have positive effect to the motivation, organizational culture have positive effect to job satisfaction, motivation are positive influence to job satisfaction, organizational culture have positive influence to performance, motivation have positive influence to performance, job satisfaction have a positive effect on performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Madura area, they should be provided with appropriate equipment so that the utilization of unexplored resources can be more optimal, also open new jobs so as to enable the absorption of labor for the people around, considering that the production process is very necessary for labor and is ultimately expected to increase welfare in the community on the island of princess Madura. This study aims to analyze the performance of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing their income in Putri Island, Raas District, Sumenep Madura. East Java. Data analysis used was quantitative and quantitative by collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) Teripang Fisherman Performance on the island of Raas Madura increased to 3.8 with a percentage, 5%; 2) The income of sea cucumber fishermen on the princess island of Raura Madura is able to meet their daily needs; 3) Internal and external factors are factors that encourage and hinder the success of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura. With a percentage of 60% Good performance factor and 40% Ugly Performance Factor; 4) Implementation of a precise strategy can increase the performance and income of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura until it reaches 5%.
