Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the effect of both partially and simultaneously the principal's leadership style, teacher commitment, and teacher motivation, which had a dominant effect on teacher performance. The population in this study were all SD, SMP, and SMK teachers in the PPAY AlAmal Foundation environment in Surabaya with totaling 67 people. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the principal's leadership style, teacher commitment, teacher motivation, partially or simultaneously had a significant effect on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the teacher commitment variable has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Keywords: leadership style, commitment, motivation, performance

Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to investigate and analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation affecting/giving impact on employee performance in PT Angler Biochemlab Surabaya. To analyze the effect of the independent variables (Work Motivation, Competence, and Compensation) on the dependent variable (performance), we use multiple regression analysis to know the most influential variables. The population is 124 people, using simple random technique (Simple Random Sampling), then take 91 samples. The Sampling that is used is Krecjie table. The results of this study illustrate that all the variables affect the employee performance. The results of simultaneous research all independent variables have significant effect on the dependent variable. Partially every variable of work motivation, competence and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance. And of the three independent variables are the most dominant effect on employee performance is a variable work motivation. This research could become a refernce for all parties to enhance the officialsÔÇÖ performances. Thus, there is a need of attention towards the motivation works valid within the organization. Conversely, there is a need to continuously conduct the officialsÔÇÖ development throught the Competation and Compensation activities the officials.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the level of service expected by customers from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Haji Surabaya and the reality of customer service from PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah and Hajj Surabaya. Samples in the study amounted to 100 people of PT Yamasa Tour & Umroh and Hajj Travel Surabaya. Data Analysis in this study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and testing using the Importance Performance Analysist (IPA) method. The results of the study: 1) Through the calculation of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), the value of CSI PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Haji Surabaya was 80.8%which indicates that the customer satisfaction index of PT Yamasa Tour & Travel Umrah & Hajj Surabaya on Very Satisfied criteria, 2) The results of the Peformance Analysis Importance calculation indicate that the attribute the main priority agenda for performance improvement is the dimension of Empathy, that is, employees establish good relationships with the congregation and on the Responsiveness dimension, which provides quick and precise information. Abstract

This research aims to find out competence, and training of teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable in the Nahdlatul Ulama Vocational School Modern Islamic Boarding School Foundation Al-Muttaqien. This research is a quantitative study, using multiple linear regression analysis. The number of research samples is the same as the research population of 30 teachers. This research was conducted from April 2020 - May 2020. The results of this study are the competency variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher motivation. With good competence in accordance with the workload, it can increase teacher motivation and get better. Competency variables, training variables, and motivation variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. The competency and training variables together have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The training variable has a positive but not significant effect on teacher motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is a significant relationship between Service Performance and Profitability in the Tongas District Probolinggo Hospital in 2013 - 2017. The population used in this study is the Inpatient Census Report taken from indicators of Hospital Service Performance and Financial Statements of the Tongas District Hospital in Probolinggo in the form of Semester reports from 2013-2017.The results showed that there was no significant effect between the variables X, namely Service Performance where in this study using the BOR (Bed Occupancy Ratio) indicator, ALOS (Average Length of Stay), TOI (Turn Over Interval), BTO (Bed Turn Over) , GDR (Gross Death Rate) and NDR (Net Death Rate) for Y variables, namely ROA, NPM and ROE (Profitability). This is because the RSUD Tongas Probolinggo Regency is a regional public hospital not a private hospital where the number of patients treated and the number of patients treated the majority use health insurance cards, namely BPJS Kesehatan. The director must immediately take a policy to raise the type of hospital from type D to type C so that the claim rates for BPJS patients will rise and make changes to the applicable rates at the Hospital. By increasing the type of automatic hospital also to have an impact on the increase in income which will affect profitability.Keywords: BOR, ALOS, TOI, BTO, GDR and NDR and ROA, NPM and ROE.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach because the symptoms of information or information from the observations during the research process indicate that this research occurs naturally and without any manipulation of existing circumstances and conditions. The focus and dimensions of research in this study are to describe the career development of SMK TI Labbaika Samarinda teachers, how the descriptions of SMK TI Labbaika Samarinda teachers, how the planning and constraints faced in the career development of IT Labbaika Samarinda Vocational School teachers. The results of the research after conducting interviews, observation and in-depth analysis.From the interview data presented with the informants, it shows that the planning and implementation of career development has been done in accordance with the guidance and career development of SMK TI Labbaika teachers, which are in accordance with the requirements of career planning, namely planning. it must suit organizational, individual and managerial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business performance of a tour & travel company PT. XYZ in 2015-2018. Next to reveal the causes of failure at PT. XYZ using a value proposition from Business Model Canvas. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a total of five informants. The results of the study show the current conditions that occur at PT. XYZ Tour & travel only puts forward low prices which results in customers being disappointed and never want to use their services anymore. Value proposition owned by PT. XYZ cannot be felt by its customers because customer perception is different from the perception of the company. PT XYZ's failure due to its consistent performance decreases every year and there is no suitability of targets to be achieved because there are different perceptions of the value proposition created by the company and the value received by the customer. Of the 11 value propositions there are only three that are accepted by customers, namely performance, cost reduction and convenience. While the other nine values, namely newness, customization, getting the job done, brand, design, price, risk reduction, accessbility and ability are still homework for PT XYZ.Keywords: failure, value proposition, performance, cost reduction, convenience

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of competence, work culture and compensation on the performance of home industry employees of cassava crackers simultaneously and partially. To analyze the effect of competence, work culture and compensation on employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, all independent variables such as competence, work culture and compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. The influence given by the three independent variables is positive, meaning that the higher the competence, work culture and compensation simultaneously, the higher the employee's performance will be. Partially, the competency variable has no significant effect on employee performance. While the variables of work culture and compensation each have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strategic steps in building school branding. In addition, to see and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors and their impact on increasing school competitiveness. The research method uses a qualitative approach, with data interviews and documentation studies. The results showed the strategic steps taken by schools in building school branding in increasing competitiveness, including: a) accreditation of expertise programs, b) ISO 9001: 2008, c) positive student behavior, d) student achievement both academically and non-academics, e) quality of graduates, f) superior expertise program. Supporting factors in building school branding in increasing competitiveness include a) the quality of teachers, b) the length of teaching teachers, c) teaching according to competence, d) good school promotion. While the inhibiting factors in building school branding in increasing competitiveness, include: a) motivation of students to increase competence according to expertise program, b) appearance of school buildings, c) lack of cleanliness, and d) location of the school in the middle of the campong. Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service nurses at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and service strategies nurse service quality development at RSI Siti Hajar Sidoarjo. In this study, researchers used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. That is, data collected from depth interviews, field observations, and related documents. Data analysis in this study using three components consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In this study researchers in the analysis by using triangulation to check the validity of data / test data credibility. The results showed that the quality of nurse service at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo is generally good, in terms of tangible dimension, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphathy, although there are still some shortcomings or complaints, but all informants stated that the nurse service at Islamic Hospital (RSI) Siti Hajar Sidoarjo is good.
