Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine the description of organizational behavior, strategies to achieve effectiveness in JEMARIS organization. ethod: This research is qualitative research. The method used in this research is interview, observation and document tela'ah. The subject of this research is the board and members of the community network of clean water and sanitation Pasuruan. Data analysis with triangulation of qualitative data obtained from in-depth interview, FGD, Observation, and document review.Research results: organizational behavior in JEMARIS, covering people relationships, Structure, Technology, Environment, Optimization Objectives, System Perspective, Pressure, Accuracy, Target Adaptation, Job Satisfaction, Responsibility. What is inside the JEMARIS organization is very flexible and diverse. Demonstrates that organizational behavior greatly determines the effectiveness of the organization.Conclusion: Organizational behavior in JEMARIS is very diverse, it can be seen there is still a difference in looking at internal organizational issues, organizational strategy is absolutely necessary to achieve organizational effectiveness. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study participation and benefits partially on employee performance and for simultaneous performance benefits for employee performance at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation. This research includes the type of explanatory research, with research instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Al-asy'ariyyah Bojonegoro Islamic Boarding School Education Foundation, originating from 31 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, namely the entire population into a sample. The results showed that the significant variables were not significant on employee performance and significant benefits variables on employee performance. The results of the F test show that the income and allowance variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression test show that the regression regression coefficient has the greatest regression coefficient, so the variable allowance is the most dominant variable to improve employee performance compared to other variables. Abstract

ABSTRACT In the Madura area, they should be provided with appropriate equipment so that the utilization of unexplored resources can be more optimal, also open new jobs so as to enable the absorption of labor for the people around, considering that the production process is very necessary for labor and is ultimately expected to increase welfare in the community on the island of princess Madura. This study aims to analyze the performance of sea cucumber fishermen in increasing their income in Putri Island, Raas District, Sumenep Madura. East Java. Data analysis used was quantitative and quantitative by collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that 1) Teripang Fisherman Performance on the island of Raas Madura increased to 3.8 with a percentage, 5%; 2) The income of sea cucumber fishermen on the princess island of Raura Madura is able to meet their daily needs; 3) Internal and external factors are factors that encourage and hinder the success of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura. With a percentage of 60% Good performance factor and 40% Ugly Performance Factor; 4) Implementation of a precise strategy can increase the performance and income of sea cucumber fishermen on the island of Raas Madura until it reaches 5%. Abstract

ABSTRACT Medium Customs and Excise Office Type A Pasuruan as a vertical institution within the Directorate General of Customs and Excise has problems related to organizational commitment which is suspected due to job discontent from employees related to performance appraisal and lack of employee motivation . This study aims to describe organizational commitment, job satisfaction, performance appraisal and employee motivation, to know and analyze the effect of performance appraisal and motivation on organizational commitment either directly or through job satisfaction, and to know whose influence is dominant over organizational commitment. This is an explanatory research with quantitative approach. Sampling using the technique of Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling, consisting of echelon IV officials, echelon V officials and stafs with a total sample of 87 people. Hypothesis test using path analysis with trimming, and Sobel test to test the significance of indirect effect. The results of this study indicate that performance appraisal and motivation influence to job satisfaction, motivation and job satisfaction influence to organizational commitment, performance appraisal and motivation indirectly influence organizational commitment through job satisfaction, while performance appraisal does not directly influence to organizational commitment. Abstract

ABSTRACT The aims of this research were to describe about job discipline, competence and incentive to work performance of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik; to analyze the effect of job discipline, competence and incentive partially to work performance of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik; to analyze the effect of job discipline, competence and incentive simultaneously to work performance of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik. The kind of this research is categorized as explanatory research and using quantitative research approach. The populations of this research were all employers of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik. the sampling technique of this research by using census sampling. So, sample of this research were 100 people. From the result of this research can be concluded that the conditions of job discipline, competence, incentive and work performance of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik in very good category. Job discipline, competence and incentive partially have significant effect to work performance of CV Gavra Perkasa Gresik. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the service management process, the factors that support and inhibit service management, and the management strategy of HIV/AIDS prevention services in the screening effort conducted by Temayang Health Center of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a qualitative research to analyze the quality of HIV/AIDS prevention services conducted by Puskesmas Temayang Bojonegoro District. Primary data were obtained from interviews with doctors, laboratory officers, village midwives, village nurses, and DHO officers. The result of the research stated that first, the form of management functions that have been done by Puskesmas Temayang in tackling HIV/AIDS disease as a screening effort are: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Control (supervision). Secondly, the factors that support and obstruct the program are: Internal factors include, lack of extension media, insufficient funding resources, inadequate facilities and infrastructure; External factors, including misunderstanding among the public about screening HIV / AIDS, reluctant people are present in extension activities and health checks related to HIV / AIDS, the provision of a limited examination room. Third, management strategy is done by doing cross-sectoral cooperation which involves three main element that is element of Government, Community element, and element of youth. Abstract

ABSTRACT Companies or institutions usually need to pay attention to giving incentives to employees. The size of the increased aid funds provides encouragement in supporting employees. The purpose of this research is to study the planning of providing financial and non-financial incentives to work satisfaction planning at the Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University. This research uses quantitative research data. The type of data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires containing several questions about Educational Personnel at Airlangga University, Surabaya. Data were analyzed using the path analysis statistical method. From the results of this study it can be concluded based on the results of the path analysis obtained direct financial incentive variables on the performance of employees or education personnel. The financial incentive variable and the non-financial incentive variable do not support the workforce performance through employee job satisfaction or education personnel. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to study the participative leadership style, communication and work discipline of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan and to analyze participatory leadership styles and communication styles simultaneously and partially towards teacher work discipline in SDN Segugus 3 Balikpapan Kota. This study uses quantitative and explanatory types of research. The population in this study was teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. The study sample was a trial of 30 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. Simultaneous and partial between participatory leadership style and communication towards the work discipline of teachers at SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan. Participatory leadership style has a large role in the work discipline of teachers in SDN 013 Balikpapan Selatan compared to communication. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the participatory leadership style, motivation and performance of teachers in SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan and to analyze leadership performance and performance together on teacher performance in SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN Gugus III North Balikpapan. The study sample was interviewed by 53 teachers. The sampling technique uses saturated samples. The method uses data using a questionnaire. Descriptive data analysis methods and multiple regression analysis, F test and t test. The results of the study showed participative leadership style and work motivation positively on the performance of teachers in North Balikpapan Elementary School III. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe training, job mastery and work creativity of employees. Then to train and measure performance both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were all residents of Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency who lived 31 people. The results showed that training and mastery of tasks simultaneously had a significant influence on work productivity in Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency. Partial training and mastery of tasks have a significant influence on the work productivity of employees in the Sekar District, Bojonegoro Regency. Keywords: training, task mastery, work productivity
