Abstract

Waste in the aspect of forklift maintenance often occurs due to poor forklift repair planning. The design of information systems for preventive service maintenance and forklift spare parts is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as well as a Web application that aims to reduce operator negligence and forklift mechanics who do not perform routine checks on forklifts and increase the reliability of forklift engines. This study uses object-oriented analysis and design methods, starting from the analysis of the current system using UML, elicitation of system requirements, and the description of the proposed system using UML. The method of analysis is carried out by conducting direct observations in the company, documentation by studying existing documents, research on problems, and interviews with related parties in the company. The conclusion that can be drawn by the author is that the current system is not effective and efficient so engine damage often occurs resulting in delays in support for forklift services and waste of forklift engine repair costs. For this reason, the author advises the maintenance division of PT Henkel Footwear Specialty And Adhesives to use a Web-based preventive maintenance planning system, by utilizing Web application media.

Abstract

PT Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry is a company engaged in the Shoe Industry. In the company, there is a savings and loan cooperative that records special transaction activities for employees at PT Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry. Cooperatives are one of the aspects that support the community's economy, especially low- and middle-income employees. This existing cooperative needs to be developed so that the cooperative can provide good service to employees. Savings and Loans Cooperative PT Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry is one of the cooperatives that helps support the economy of employees by providing savings and loan services with low-interest rates. Of the many transactions in the savings and loan cooperatives of PT Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry, no system can manage it in detail so it makes it difficult for the company to record transaction reports so errors often occur in the data processing. The design of an information system using the topsis method at PT Nagasakti Paramashoes Industry is an application that makes it easy for employees to provide loans based on 5 predetermined criteria.

Abstract

- Food is one of the main needs of human life, with the development of the times, food with various kinds of processing innovations can be easily found everywhere. But sometimes there is an over choice or choice overload situation, where the visitor is confused about what food to order because of the many available food menus and the mood of the visitor who doesn't want to eat anything. Overchoice or choice overload is a cognitive process in which people have difficulty making decisions because there are too many choices. The method used in the decision-making process is TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) which is a multi-criteria decision making where the best alternative has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution and the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it produces a decision support system with the TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and also the calculation of the system that was built to produce a ranking from the largest preventive value to the smallest.

Abstract

The health office is one of the supporting elements of hospitals in providing public services needed by the community, consisting of hospital services and other services to meet community needs in the health sector. Along with the increasingly vital function of hospitals, every community is expected to know the locations of the hospitals closest to their homes to anticipate things that are not desirable. The purpose of this study is to implement a Geographic Information System (GIS) as a system that can provide information about the location of the hospital. This system was developed using Google Maps API, PHP, and MySQL. Hospital facilities in the Tangerang district also make it easier for the Health Office to provide an assessment and quality of hospitals. Abstract

SMK Mandiri 02 Balaraja is a Vocational High School accredited “B”, which is located on Jl. Raya Kresek Km.0,5 Balaraja, Kota Tangerang, Banten. The payment system carried out at SMK Mandiri 02 Balaraja, currently still using the conventional system, so It takes time. The data collection method used in this activity Includes the method of observation and literature study, while the method of data analysis The data uses the waterfall model design method, the design model The ones used are UML, visual basic, and Microsoft Access as database. With this system, it is hoped that it can help schools in reducing errors that occur in payment transactions.

Abstract

The presence of computers is felt to be very important in life. Computers were created none other than to help humans in terms of problem solving. Currently, many companies have used a computerized system as one of the tools used in an effort to develop and expand the company. Along with the rapid development of technology, web-based information systems are used as a means of increasing information. Utilization will facilitate a job as well as faster data processing, decisions to be taken more precisely, save time and costs. In addition, a web-based information system can also be an efficient means of promotion and a source of information that can be accessed by increasingly widespread internet users. PT Arai Rubber Seal Indonesia is a company engaged in manufacturing (rubber industry) which produces automotive components and other finished goods from synthetic rubber. Currently employs 970 employees to make products continuously in line with the increasing number of customers and orders in Indonesia and outside Indonesia, with a three shift work division system. The products produced include Oil Seal & Valve Steam Seal, O-Ring & Rubber Part as much as 500,000,000/year. The business processes used are already using IT, starting from the manufacturing process and how the divisions work. Our deep industry experience, coupled with many other important capabilities have enabled us to deliver high quality, efficient and cost effective and integrated technology solutions. The design method of the web-based employee leave information system application at PT. Arai rubber seal Indonesia used in this study is UML (Unified Modeling Language) which will be developed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The system development method uses the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) waterfall model. The online leave system created can simplify the process of submitting and approving leave. With the online leave system, the process for submitting leave proposals can be done without having to meet face to face. By using the online leave system, the process of making employee leave reports becomes easier and storing employee leave history data can be printed at any time because it is already stored in the database.

Abstract

Operasional penyimapanan PT. Lautan Steel Indoensia sering terjadi permasalahan dalam proses penyimpanan seperti receiving (penerimaan), put away (penyimpanan), move (pergerakan), dan picking (pengambilan). Pemrosesan yang saat ini berjalan masih secara hardcopy (secara filing dokumen), sehingga dalam menyusun laporan, banyaknya data yang salah dalam pencatatan, data sering hilang atau rusak dan tidak terbaca. Pada sistem berjalan ini terdapat banyak kelemahan dan tidak efisien, banyak memakan waktu dalam pencatatan dan mengolah data laporan. Maka dari itu pembuatan sistem perlu dilakukan dengan perancangan yang digunakan menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall dan metode pendekatan sistem berupa pendekatan analisis pemrograman terstruktur sebagai alat bantu proses. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi database menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan MySql. Setelah melalui tahapan sesuai dengan metode pengembangan yang dipilih maka dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode pengujian black box yang berfokus pada persyaratan fungsional perangkat lunak dan pengujian lapangan dengan pengolahan data sebagai nilai akurasi hasil pilihan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri manufaktur yang memproduksi sepatu olahraga dengan merk-merk global ternama, dengan pendapatan tahunan lebih dari US$ 1 Milyar, dan mempunyai 1500 Pekerja. Pengolahan data yang sedang berjalan khususnya untuk pekerja data mesin atau equipment management di PT Victory Ching Luh Indonesia masih dilakukan secara manual seperti pengolahan transaksi data mesin, dan pengolahan laporan data mesin, sehingga menyulitkan User dalam merekapitulasi data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Fuzzy FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) untuk membantu mengolah data transaksi penjadwalan maintenance. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, aplikasi berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Dengan sistem informasi yang dibuat, diharapkan dapat mempermudah pemakai dalam mengontrol masalah masalah yang ada didalam perusahaan khususnya pekerja data mesin atau equipment management serta data-data akan tersimpan dengan baik agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) adalah sulitnya mendapatkan data alumni yang cepat yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya alumni yang berpindah alamat, pekerjaan, dan posisi jabatan tanpa memberikan informasi ke pihak SMK. Kebanyakan alumni putus komunikasi setelah mereka lulus, dan SMK jarang sekali melakukan penelusuran alumni secara khusus mengingat aktivitas pembelajaran di SMK sudah cukup padat. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui media zoom meeting mengingat kondisi waktu itu masih pandemi Covid-19 dan masih pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM) di Indonesia. Tujuan sosialisasi ini untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem penelusuran alumni berbasis web di 6 SMK Pusat Keunggulan yang secara khusus didampingi oleh kampus Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia. Hasil sosialisasi diharapkan dapat membantu SMK untuk memahami manfaat sistem dan mengimplementasikan sistem penelusuran alumni sehingga mempermudah sekolah dalam memperoleh data alumni secara cepat.

Abstract

Bullying among adolescents, especially vocational school students, still often occurs, which starts from joking and insulting each other on purpose and in the end leads to bullying. Technical guidance is intended for teachers and school elements, carried out for one day with three speakers including a psychologist. The involvement of all elements of the school in this technical assistance aims to provide understanding and education to all elements of the school, especially teachers to understand the symptoms of bullying, types, behavior, impacts, and ways to prevent bullying. The technical guidance went smoothly and ended with a discussion and questions and answers as well as group photos. This technical guidance is expected to assist teachers and all elements of the school in early detection and dealing with bullying experienced by students.
