Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai BPSDM Aceh.Lokasi penelitian pada BPSDM Aceh dengan objek pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengambilan sampel secara berjenjang atau bertahap dengan teknik sampling!engambilan sampel dengan teknik sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang pegawai.Hasil penelitian terhadap variabel iklim organisasi dankompetensibaik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, perlu penciptaan iklim organisasi yang lebih menyenangkan dan kondusif bagi semua pegawai, sehingga dapat berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Demikian juga kompetensi yang hendaknya diberikan berdasarkan spesialisasi dan keahlian masing-masing pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the quality of service and product quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant, with a total sample of 100 people. Respondents were successfully collected and analyzed by using multiple linear regression method through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant t-count value was greater than t-table, t-count (4.210) > t-table (1.984). Product quality partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant t-count value is greater than t-table, t-count (5,129) > t-table (1,984). Service quality, product quality simultaneously affects consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant F-count value is greater than F table, F-count (7.118) > t-table (3.09)

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and peer support on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City, either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples in this study were 80 employees. This research method is a quantitative method. Research data was collected through a questionnaire. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) assistance program. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and F test to find out the significant both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of 5.648 greater than a ttable of 1.991. In addition, there is also a positive and significant influence on the peer support variable on employee motivation at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Banda Aceh City with a tcount of
