Abstract

The researcher is highly interested in many different opinions among some experts about theinfluence of service quality and customer satisfaction in establishing purchase intentions. Thus, thepurpose of this research is to test such three variables, based on the model proposed by Taylor andBaker (1994) by interacting variables of quality service and customer satisfaction in establishing thepurchase intention with customer satisfaction as a moderator variable between service quality andpurchase intentions. This research was conducted in Surakarta with research object of two supermarkets. From the200 questionnaires distributed 188 were return.The result of the research indicate that regression coefficient of interaction among one supermarket (alfa) is positive and significant (p≤ 0.05), while onesupermarket (Goro Assalam) is not significant. The value of R2 for two supermarkets was increasingafter the interaction of service quality and customer satisfaction being participated in the model ofmoderator regression equality and the result supported in research hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of : 1 ) Return on Assets ( ROA ) to the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 2 ) Return On Equity ( ROE ) to the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 3 ) Net Profit Margin (NPM ) on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 4 ) Earning per share (EPS ) to the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; 5 ) Price Earning Ratio ( PER ) on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 ; and 6 ) ROA , ROE , NPM , EPS , PER simultaneously on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010-2012 .This research was conducted using secondary data . The population in this study are listed banking industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange ( IDX ) of 28 companies , the samples taken were 84 observations by purposive sampling technique . The method of analysis used by multiple regression analysis with first tested the classical assumptions include normality test, multicollinearity , heteroscedasticity test , and hypothesis testing used is a simultaneous significant test ( Test F ) , partial significant test ( the self- t ) .The results of this study prove that : ROA no significant effect on the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , ROE no significant effect on the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , NPM significantly influence stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , EPS significantly influence stock prices in the banking company listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , PER no significant effect on the stock price on the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012 , ROA , ROE , NPM , EPS and PER simultaneously significant effect on stock prices in the banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange th period 2010 - 2012

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between consumer characteristics andproduct attributes. Dimensions of consumer characteristics, are age, education, occupation,and income consumers. While, the dimention of product atribute are price, design, facility andlocation. This research’s setting is in the property industry. The research uses chi-square as atool of analysis. The results show that there is a relationship between consumer’s characteristicsand product attribute. Education level has the highestimpact to product attribute.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penilaian kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever indonesia Tbk dilihat dari rasio keuanganya dan bagaimana penilaian kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk bila dibandingkan antara rasio keuangan dengan rata-rata industri. Tehnik analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rasio Likuiditas(Current Ratio), Rasio Solvabilitas (Debt To Equity Ratio dan Leverage Ratio), Rasio Profitabilitas (Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Return On Equity) dan Rasio Aktivitas (Inventory Turnover, Total Asset Turnover). Adapun laporan yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan yang terdapat pada ICMD periode 2006 sampai dengan 2008. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka hasilnya dapat diketahui sebagai berikut, dilihat dari rasio keuangan secara keseluruhan (Rasio Likuiditas, Solvabilitas, Profitabilitas, Aktivitas) penilaian kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk masih kurang baik. Sedangkan dilihat dari perbandingan rasio keuangan dengan rata-rata industri kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk dari tahun 2006-2008 dapat dikatakan baik

Abstract

The price of soybean in Indonesiasome times have soared uncontrollable. The producer (especially micro enterprises) of tofu and tempe are no longerable to produce in that situation. Consequently the amount of tofu and tempe are rarely in the market, meanwhile they are one of the important needs of Indonesian people. In fact, the government adopted a policy of instant such as remove import duties on imported soybeans. The policy was not strategic and could be fatal, because the country would be flooded by soybean imports.While farmers were getting ready to go out of business. With quantitative and qualitative approaches, this paper analyzed regarding (1)to analyze the impact of increasing soybean price to operating income of tempe producers with operating income analysis (2)to analyze strategy of adjustments made by the producers of tempe to preserve their business with in depth interview. This analysis concluded that Operating income declined more than a half. That condition is very hard  to continue their business. If the capital of producers of tempe was not enough strong,  they would be going out of their business.  In such difficult conditions, they did innotive strategy by reducing the size of tempe though at the same price..

Abstract
