Abstract

The process of determining the feasibility of recipients or  Mustahik  at Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Kendari is still done manually. This is likely to cause a relatively high complexity and become ineffective both in time and the target of recipients. In this study,  Fuzzy C-Means  method was applied.  Fuzzy C-Means  is a data clustering technique in determining the truth of each data point within a cluster determined by the degree of membership. In this case the Fuzzy C-Means applied for a solution, each Mustahik candidate having the same data tendency will be included in a single cluster. Clustering is applied to  index criteria homes, businesses, and property to determine eligibility of Mustahik. The parameters included in this study is the number of cluster 2, rank / weighting 2, a maximum of 100 iterations, and the smallest error of 0.001. FCM calculation results  of the 200 test data obtained 144 data of Mustahik  candidate entitled to receive zakat. This suggests that the decision produced by the system using FCM method is equal to the manual determination through deliberation by the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Kendari. But time spent on this system by FCM method to determine recipients is more efficient and more effective than Kendari Zakat Amil Agency. Abstract

One way to cope with  the traffic density is leveraging technology Intelligent Transport System (ITS). ITS is a system implemented to control and manage the traffic of vehicles, vehicle distribution and transport system infrastructure to achieve a more secure and organized. Revolving a traffic light in the ITS is flexible because it depends on the number of vehicles in traffic. To obtain the revolving time efficient traffic light depends on the accuracy of the calculation of the number of vehicles. In this study, the method used is the method of viola-Jones. The number of car detection system is implemented using the Java programming language-based desktop. Results obtained from these systems demonstrate the highest degree of accuracy viola-Jones method in detecting the number of  cars on the condition of the samples contained 1 cars which amounted to 92,86%. While the highest error jones viola method in determining the number of cars found on a random sample conditions which amounted to 47,22%.Keywords— ITS, Car Detection, Viola-Jones

Abstract

Signatures are currently used by the majority of the public to authorize a document or as proof of transaction. The signature is a unique writing style of someone's name or as an identification sign of that person. This application uses the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method as its feature extraction and Manhattan Distance as recognition. The LBP operator is a texture descriptor that uses a comparison of gray values of neighboring pixels. For training, data retrieval is done by collecting data 10 times from 50 participants with the amount of training data of 500 samples. The test is done 5 times each participant with the test results on average by 80.8% and the highest test by 94%.Keywords—Hand Signature, Local Binary Pattern, Manhattan Distance DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.2650530

Abstract

Case Based Reasoning is a method of reasoning with its main work system using a similarity measure. The basic idea of this system is that any possible problems are the same have the same solutions as well. The purpose of this study is to implement and test how accurate the Bayesian Theorem method for identifying cases of damage to the computer in case based reasoning system.Case based reasoning process consists of four stages namely retrieve, it means search and matching of the case; reuse, it means reuse of information and knowledge of the case; revise, it means revisiting the solution of the cases; and retain, it means saving the experience of new cases in the base case system.The system in this research will be built using Bayesian Theorem, modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) and PHP programming languages with a MySQL database as a regulator of the system. Keywords— Case Based Reasoning, Bayesian Theorem, Computer Damage

Abstract

Nowadays, decision making process in supervisor selection at Information Engineering course still involving manual process by considering the expertise of each lecturer in particular subject. Wherein selecting  supervisor, the department works ineffective in  supervisor  selecting who appropriate with student final project theme. Because of that, decision support system that could assist user in selecting supervisor who appropriate with assigned criteria is needed.  This issues can be resolved by applying WP method. The alternative options are employment status, functional position, skills, responsibility, quota and availability. Alternative options with the highest weight will become the recommendation to be selected as a supervisor.  Based on the test and evaluation result, we can conclude that this system could assist in selecting the first and the second supervisor for student. Abstract

The development potential of tourism so rapidly in Southeast Sulawesi is accompanied by the progress of construction of hotels in the city of  Kendari . The number of hotels in Kendari offering a variety of amenities and facilities that make the visitors who want to stay difficult to choose the hotel . To assist in the selection of the hotel that fits the needs of visitors it takes a Decision Support System (DSS ) web-based .  The system is built using the method of Fuzzy Tahani .the Selection of  Tahani  Fuzzy method because this method is simpler and easier to understand, but produce the output that is more dynamic.
