Abstract

Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman yang semakin maju, terkadang Perusahaan selalu dihadapkan dengan berbagai masalah yang terjadi di pasar, tidak jarang Perusahaan melakukan tutup usaha atau gulung tikar terhadap usaha yang telah ditekuninya. Hal ini bisa disebabkan dengan terbatasnya modal dan tidak bisanya Perusahaan beradaptasi serta salah dalam menerapkan strategi yang digunakannya. Suatu perusahaan selalu di tuntut bagaimana usaha yang dijalankannya mendapatkan hasil yang baik, dan produk yang ditawarkan dapat di terima di pasar, sehingga hal ini perlu adanya segmenting, targeting dan positioning yang perlu diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Karena strategi ini berada pada level yang sangat strategis dan menentukan bagaimana suatu perusahaan dalam menggarap suatu pasar yang akan dituju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan segmenting, targeting, dan positioning terhadap strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan Roti Fadhilah, serta dampak yang akan diperoleh perusahaan dalam menerapkan segmenting, targeting, dan positioning terhadap strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, yang menggambarkan dan menjelaskan secara detail tentang penerapan strategi Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP) terhadap strategi pemasaran Perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian tentang Analisa Penerapan Segmenting, Targeting, dan Positioning Terhadap Strategi Pemasaran pada Perusahaan Roti Fadhilah, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Perusahaan Roti Fadhilah mencoba untuk melayani pasar yang luas dan membagi target konsumen kedalam beberapa variabel, yaitu variabel Geografi, Demografi, dan Psikografi. Sedangkan untuk Penentuan Strategi Pemasaran dan Penerapannya yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengembangan produk, promosi, dan melakukan kerja sama dengan Perusahaan lain.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was designed to describe the student’s ability in comprehending report texts and aimed to find out the students ability in comprehending report texts for each component and the level of Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy indicated in the ability. This research took place in SMAN 1 Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis that collected from February to April 2017. The try out class was XI IPS 3 (26 students) and the sample was XI IPA 1 (29 students) chosen by cluster random sampling. The result showed that the ability of the second year students of SMAN 1 Bantan in comprehending report texts for each component is in good level which the mean score was 60.0, however, the students have not passed the minimum score of the school which is 76. For the level of remembering; finding factual information the mean score was 73.4, finding references was 42.5, finding meaning of difficult words was 42.2. The level of understanding (finding restatement) the mean score was 62.0, for the analyzing level (finding main idea) the mean score was 72.7. and the level of evaluating (finding social function) was 64.8. Therefore, this research suggested the English teachers to focus on the level and components that students still find difficulities and categorized them into poor level. Students should learn the components in report texts and other text types. Further researchers are expected to find the standard guidance of classification of Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy indicated the components of reading comprehension.Key Words: Student’s Ability, Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy, Comprehending Report Texts.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out and get a dose of organic fertilizer plus coal and dose of chemical fertilizers influential best to the growth and production of sweet corn (Zea Mays saccharata Sturt.). this research was conducted in one of the land owned farmers in the village srimenanti kecamatan Tanjung Lago kabupaten banyuasin Sumatra the South. From May to July 2019. The research method used in this study was Factorial Randomized Block Design with 9 combinations of 3 treatment replications and 4 sample plants. The treatment referred to is as follows: a. Organic Fertilizer Plus P1 = 250 kg / ha (4.375 g / plant), P2 = 500 kg / ha (87.5 g / plant), P3 = 750 kg / ha (13.125 g / plant). b. Compound NPK Chemical Fertilizer K1 = 100 kg / ha (1.75 g / plant), K2 = 150 kg / ha (2.625 g / plant), K3 = 200 kg / ha (3.5 g / plant). Organic fertilizer treatment plus dosage of 750 kg / ha (13.125 g / plant). The combination treatment of organic fertilizer plus coal compound chemical fertilizer with a dose of 750 kg / ha (13.125 g / plant) dose of 150 kg / ha (2.625 g / plant) gave the highest yield on the weight of cobs of sweet corn.
