Abstract

Competition in online business via e-commerce that more tight makes the e-commerce companies need to increase consumer decisions to buy products, in order to be able to survive and continue to get profit. This research was conducted with aim of examine Brand Image and Website Quality on the purchase decision through e-trust as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative study that uses explanatory research methods or explanative types. The sampling technique uses Purposive Sampling approach. Where the population is all Zalora.co.id consumers in Semarang City, while the sample is 100 Zalora.co.id consumers with certain criteria carried out. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires. The analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows software and mediation test (sobel test) to test the mediating effect of intervening variables. Based on the results of this research indicate that Brand Image and Website Quality has a partial and simultaneous effect on e-trust, which when they together with Website Quality it has the greatest influence on e-trust. In addition, Zalora.co.id also has to improve the quality of its website by making an attractive website appearance, increasing the confidence of website users to trust the information provided by the website, the effectiveness and suitability of information added on the website, security in providing personal data, and make it easier for websites to communicate with companies, Zalora.co.id, so this will increase trust, which in turn increases Zalora.co.id's consumer purchasing decisions.Keywords: Brand Image, Website Quality, E-Trust, and Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Timoho Food Court is a company engaged in the field of culinary services with a variety of varieties menu of penyet. But in reality not all consumers are loyal in choosing Timoho Food Court as the main choice. Factors of product quality, price, and quality of service allegedly have a close influence on the level of customer loyalty in Timoho Food Court.This study aims to find out how the effect given by product quality (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) to customer loyalty penyet kuah Timoho Food Court. The type of research used is the type of explanation. The sample number is 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire with Likert measurement scale. Data analysis method used is test of validity and reliability, correlation coefficient, regression test, coefficient of determination, significance of t test and F test. Based on the results of the study, three variables have been tested in stages and together show a positive and sidnificant influence on customer loyalty. The value of the variable (X1), t count (3.811)> t table (1.660), (X2) t count (3.607)> t table (1.660), (X3) t count (2.777)> t table (1.660). Significantly, the three variables are influential porsitif indicated by the value of F count of (7.971) greater than F table of (2.70). Suggestions that can be given to improve customer loyalty related to product quality, which is to add the menu variation, provide moderate portion, and maintain product hygiene. Related to the price, which is to keep the price increase to remain affordable for the consumer, as well as related to the quality of service that is to increase the number of menu list and the price of penyet kuah in the form of brochures, and add or complement the existing basic facilities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions on consumers Loffle Pop Up Dessert. The type of research used to examine is explanatory. The sample of this study was 100 respondents with its spread using the non-probability sampling method (accidental sampling) which directly met with consumers at the outlet. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25 for windows with validity tests, reliability tests, cross table analysis, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple regression analysis, and significance tests (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effects of the price, product quality and word of mouth variables on the purchase decision variable. The price variable has an effect of 0.542 while the product quality variable has an effect of 0.561 and also the word of mouth variable has an effect of 0.362. Simultaneously together the price, product quality and word of mouth variables contributed 58.0% to the purchase decision of Loffle Pop Up Dessert. The results show that the product quality variable has a greater influence than the price variable which is supported by a coefficient of determination of 30.3%. Based on the results of this study it is recommended that Loffle Pop Up Dessert be more aggressive in promoting to be able to provide bait to potential customers for the creation of positive WOM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of e-service quality and e-security seals as x variable to e-satisfaction as y variable through z variable, buying decision. Type of research is explanatory research, used non-probability sampling to 100 of sample which were consumer of Lazada used purposive sampling. This research used simple regression, and multiple regresion as analysis methods, using t test as hypothesis instrument and Sobel Test as mediator instrument .The result shows e-service quality has positive influential of 0,536 to buying decision. E-security seals has positive influential of 0,680 to buying decision. Buying decision has positive influential to e-satisfaction. By the result of Sobel Test obtained between e-service quality and e-satisfaction through buying decision is 5,21131796 t sum by p-value is 0,00000019. Between e-security seals and e-satisfaction through buying decision using t sum in Sobel Test is 4,90327428 by p-value is 0,00000094.

Abstract

So intense business competition in the modern era, companies must pay attention to the quality of its human resources. Because human resources are the most important in running a company. this is because employees can act as thinkers, planners in company activities that require the company to achieve the desired goals. In this company expects a high increase in the company to encourage the progress of the company. but in reality the performance of employees at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang is still relatively low, as evidenced by the problem of lack of discipline in work, mistakes in work so that it is less effective and efficient at work and problems that are less supportive. This of course is a challenge for the company because it will hamper the achievement of company goals. This research aims to study work competence and the physical work environment on the performance of the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang. The type of research used is explanatory research, the sampling technique of this study used a saturated sample technique of 70 respondents. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire with a Likert measurement scale. The data analysis method used is regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program version 25.0. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded as a substitute for work and physical work environment on the performance of the employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang proven to be a simple work regression test to tell positive 0.208, The physical work environment is 0.223. Have t countc> t table for work discipline of 2,190, and physical work environment of 2,613 through multiple linear regression tests of work discipline and work environment have beta coefficient values of 0.236 and 0.245. The advice given to the company is to improve in terms of reinforcing existing regulations in the company and improving the work environment in the PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Semarang.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of product quality and service quality through consumer satisfaction at Lazada.This research is quantitative research that uses explanatory type. Sampling technique uses non probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. Where the population is all Lazada consumers in Universitas Diponegoro Semarang, while the sample is 100 Lazada consumers with certain criteria carried out. Data collection techniques using google form and interviews.The analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Based on the results of research Lazada must increase consumer satisfaction by increasing product quality through product durability, quality of the product packaging and more careful on processing order so the ordered product will match with the one that consumer accept. In addition Lazada also needs to notice quality service for more responsive in serving consumer and faster in giving solution on consumer complaint, also strive for timely delivery of goods estimated. So that it will increase consumer satisfaction at Lazada.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of service quality and price on repurchasing interest through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is quantitative research that uses explanatory type. Sampling technique uses non probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. Where the population is all Elevenia consumers in Semarang, while the sample is 100 Elevenia consumers with certain criteria carried out. Data collection techniques using google form and interviews. The analysis used in this study is linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 for Windows software and mediation test (sobel test) to test the mediating effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that service quality and price have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction, where when together price has the greatest influence on customer satisfaction. Based on the mediation test using sobel test, the customer satisfaction variable can mediate the effect of service quality on e-repurchse intention insignificantly and can be said as a full mediated variable, as well as the variable customer satisfaction can mediate the influence the price of repurchase intention is not significantly significant and can be said to be a full mediating variable. Based on the results of research Elevenia can increase consumers' repurchasing interest by increasing service quality through better website design, responsiveness in responding to consumer complaints, and fast and good refund services. In addition Elevenia also needs to set prices and discounts that are able to compete with other e-commerce. so that it will increase customer satisfaction, which in turn increases consumer repurchase interest.

Abstract

Business and trade industry has grown rapidly one trading system via internet e-commerce. This research was conducted in order to test the influence of e-security and e-service quality of the e-repurchase intention by e-satisfaction as an intervening variable.This research is quantitative research that uses the type of eksplanatif. Sampling techniques using non-probability sampling and purposive sampling approach. Where the populations are all consumers Lazada in Fisip Undip, while the sample is 100 customers Lazada with certain criteria. The data collection technique using the google form and interview.This study uses quantitative and qualitative analysis of the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, regersi simple and multiple, significance t test and F test with the help of IBM SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 24. These results indicate that e-security effect on e-satisfaction, e-service qualiti effect on e-satisfaction, e-security and e-service quality influence simultaneously on e-satisfaction.Based on the results Lazada can improve the buying interest of consumers to increase e-service quality with more competent in responding to consumer complaints, and service is fast and good refund. In addition Lazada also need to strengthen the security system so that consumers rely more trustworthy, thereby increasing customer satisfaction, which in turn increases the buying interest of consumers

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how big the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) variables simultaneously and partially to the company's share price and which variables gave the dominant influence on stock prices. The sample in this study were 45 companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange LQ45. The results using simple and multiple linear regression test showed that the company's financial performance measured by ROA, ROE, NPM and EPS had an influence on stock prices. Partially concluded that ROA, ROE and EPS significantly affected stock prices, while the ROA did not significantly affect stock prices. NPM had dominant influence towards stock prices on companies listed in the LQ45 index.

Abstract

Dayak Meratus is one of the tribes in Indonesia consisting about 633 ethnic groups in total. The Dayak Meratus tribe represents the majority of the tribe in Indonesia which tends to be isolated, has a low formal education, and lacks of public facilities. This research was aimed at describing the economic rationalities of Tribe Dayak Meratus, a Loksado Indigenous in the Regency of Hulu Sungai Selatan, Borneo Island in term of redenomination perspective. This research is important since redenomination has potential to create hyperinflation if it was not implemented properly, especially related to the inland community in Indonesia which is more than 13,000 islands. The data collecting applied focus group discussion which involved the chair and member of the Tribe, also survey as the data triangulation of method. This research applied explanation building and frequency distribution for the data analysis. The results show that the Loksado Indigenous has a  marginal economy and formal education,but the Tribe has high social capital for its gotong royong (mutual cooperation) spirit and has sufficiently good financial literacy that forms good economic rationalities. In the term of redenomination, the economic rationalities would be essential to maintain so that economic crashes would not be occured. Redenomination for indigenous people would be considered the same as the change in currency that has occurred several times in Indonesia, in wchich the socialization was through conventional media.
