Abstract

Dalam peraturan perundang-undangan pidana yang berlaku di Indonesia, tidak ada ketentuan yang secara tegas mengatur tentang penerapan Restorative Justice dalam sistem peradilan pidana kecuali, dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Anak. Namun dalam praktik penerapan aturan teknis Restorative Justice saat ini, telah dibuat, disahkan dan di sosialisasikan dalam bentuk Peraturan Kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh MA, Kejaksaan dan Kepolisian guna mempertegas peran para aparat penegak hukum. Keadilan restoratif (restorative Justice) merupakan alternatif penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana yang dalam mekanisme tata cara peradilan pidana berfokus pada pemidanaan yang diubah menjadi proses dialog dan mediasi yang melibatkan pelaku, korban, keluarga pelaku/korban, dan pihak lain yang terkait untuk bersama-sama menciptakan kesepakatan atas penyelesaian perkara pidana yang adil dan seimbang bagi pihak korban maupun pelaku dengan mengedepankan pemulihan kembali pada keadaan semula, dan mengembalikan pola hubungan baik dalam masyarakat. Hukum yang adil di dalam keadilan restoratif (restorative justice) tentunya tidak berat sebelah, tidak memihak, tidak sewenang-wenang, dan hanya berpihak pada kebenaran sesuai aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta mempertimbangkan kesetaraan hak kompensasi dan keseimbangan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian normatif, yaitu penelitian yang tinjauannya memfokuskan diri pada ketentuan hukum positif untuk menjawab kedua rumusan masalah yang telah ditetapkan.  Penelitian hukum normatif dapat didefinisikan juga sebagai penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan pustaka belaka. Objek kajian penelitian hukum normatif adalah pada hukum yang dikonsepkan sebagai norma atau kaidah. Norma yang menjadi objek kajiannya, meliputi Undang-Undang, Peraturan Pemerintah, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

This study examines the COVID-19 vaccine campaign in Indonesia using a social media communication strategy. The social media communication strategy is evaluated based on the implementation of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic organization. The research approach with the assistance of NVivo 12 Plus and data sources from the Twitter account of the Ministry of Health and West Sumatra Provincial Health Office as well as numerous works of literature. Generate important data and be able to analyze data. This study concludes that social media communication has been effective, with diverse information regarding the use of vaccines, the impact of their usage, good data openness, collaboration with government and corporate entities, and the implementation of various community support policies. Due to the cooperation between Youth and Sports, which is responsible for providing facilities and fostering religious peace, resources are effectively coordinated. The disposition indicator is a positive attitude and action that is consistently provided by medical staff to instill a sense of security and comfort. The success of vaccinations in Indonesia is determined by social media communication. Various socializations and education are offered efficiently and contribute to the implementation of the program. This study focuses solely on the role of social media contacts in the success of the COVID-19 vaccination program in Indonesia.

Abstract

As weak policies are blamed for poor economic outcomes in many developing countries and institutions and governance have taken on a greater role in explaining policymaking, this article provides an overview of a collection of papers in the respective study on institutions, governance, and economic development in Indonesia. Many scholars assume that institutions and governance are ultimately interconnected. It is understood that if an institution in a nation is fair, the integrity of the nation's governance would also have to be decent. Therefore, such studies have never been conducted in Indonesia. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze how an institutional approach might affect Indonesia’s governance and economic development. The results of the research indicate that institutions and governance contribute an equal impact in a country's economic development. The economic development process in Indonesia is hindered by a poor governance system, exacerbated by a lack of commitment and consistency.

Abstract

Programs for corporate social responsibility (CSR) The voluntary contributions of businesses to sustainable development are the most frequently accepted definitions of corporate social responsibility today. The Batam City Government's duty is to serve as a liaison between companies and communities or community groups in need of money in order to realize programs sponsored through corporate social responsibility programs, as well as to undertake coaching and monitoring programs on program execution. CSR from the private sector, banks, BUMN/D, and numerous other business industries in Batam can spur efforts to expedite development. This study employs qualitative methodologies and leverages the Batam city administration and corporate social responsibility forums as facilitators between firms and communities or community groups. The effectiveness of CSR is measured in terms of a component of the organization's aim, which is a state or condition that the organization wishes to attain. There are numerous techniques to measure organizational effectiveness that can be used to determine the efficacy of corporate social responsibility (CSR), including the Source Approach (System Resource Approach), the Process Approach (Internal Process Approach), and the Goal Approach.
