Abstract

Lombok's Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport is one of the airports located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. Currently, there is a continuous increase in passengers at the domestic terminal of Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport. Airport facilities must be considered because they very influential on passenger satisfaction. The value of the level of service at an airport must be good and in accordance with the standards stipulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation number PM 178 of 2015 concerning airport service standards. Lombok's Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport has facilities for airport service users, such as passenger arrival and departure facilities, facilities provide comfort to passengers, facilities that provide added value to passengers, and terminal capacity that can accommodate passengers during peak hours. This research method uses descriptive quantitative method. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, documentation and literature study. The results show that Airport Terminal facilities are quite in accordance with the standards set in PM 178 Tahun 2015 but terminal facilities and capacity can still be increased to increase the value of the level of service.

Abstract

The high interest in tourist visits and economic development in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, led to an increasing surge in passengers resulting in an increase in scheduled commercial flights. So that flight activity, especially in the apron is increasing during peak hours. It can certainly cause a meaningful impact, which can cause flight delays, queues to land or take off that can cause losses for the airline and the airport. The method in this study used quantitative research method and JICA/Japan International Corporation Agency (1991) to calculate apron capacity and aircraft movement during peak hours. The movement of aircraft during peak hours occurs in March 2021 as many as 3 aircraft per hour, while the aircraft movement capacity that can be accommodated apron is 4 aircraft per hour. The average percentage of aircraft movement during the period of a year is 2.03% from April 2020 to March 2021.

Abstract

This Final Project research with the title "the effect of Foreign Object Damage at Air Side on aviation safety and security' the purpose of this study is, to determine and test that, the accumulation of garbage in Air Side has an effect on aviation safety and security, as well as to improve safety, and aviation security. The author uses descriptive quantitative research methods , with data collection techniques in the form of observation, literature study, distributing questionnaires to Apron Movement Control and Ground Handling personnel and conducting interviews with Apron Movement Control personnel. The author chooses a quantitative descriptive research method because the results obtained are in the form of numbers and are clear so that the author can use the Likert Scale research instrument to get the results of the research that has been done, by calculating each one of the statements, then ranked using the Spearman Rank formula, and conclude the results of the interview answers that the author has done. The results of the discussion "the effect of garbage accumulation at Air Side on aviation safety and security' the authors get the results that the accumulation of garbage at Ground Support Equipment affects the safety and security of flights. Temporary garbage storage places that are not in accordance with the regulations, and the use of the Ground Support Equipment (Baggage cart) facility as a place to transport garbage results that it affects aviation safety and security. The conclusion of this study is that garbage in the Air Side disturbs aviation safety and security so that supporting facilities for cleanliness are needed, so that flight services at Kalimarau Berau Airport can run smoothly.

Abstract

The influence of consumer interest in after-sales service for online tickets on Low Cost Carrier (LCC) flights is a unique flight model with a strategy to reduce operating costs. Carry out cost efficiency on all fronts so that airlines can offer low cost flight services. This research will measure customer assessment of service quality and price variables on user satisfaction of low cost carrier services in Indonesia. Respondents of this study were 50 people who have used 3 low cost carrier airlines, namely Lion Air, AirAsia, and Sriwijaya Air, where the three airlines have around 72% market share. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses Statistikal Package for the Social Sciens (SPSS). Based on the results of data processing, it is known that service quality is more influential than price on satisfaction. Both service quality and price have the same positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Due to the increasing demand of the flight services, many airlines are competing to improve the quality and image of their companies. For this reason,the airlines must know what service the passengers want, because the level of service provided by the airline will affect the level of passenger’s satisfaction to the service. By carrying out the Low Cost Carrier concept or low-cost airline, Lion Air conveyed its new policy, it was removing the Free Baggage Allowance service. The provisions of the luggage and baggage all domestic consist of the Lion Air flights which do not receive free baggage of 20 kg per passenger. Also, all domestic Wings Air flights are not get free of charge of 10 kg per passenger. That is, the checked baggage for passengers will be charged, from the previously free. With the application of the policy , the pros and cons appeared in the community especially the customer and prospective customers to Lion Air airline. The research method applied is quantitative descriptive with reference to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Resolution No. 302/2011 and PM 185 of 2015 about "THE STANDARDS OF ECONOMIC CLASS SERVICE QUALITY FOR THE SCHEDULED DOMESTIC AIR TRANSPORTATION PASSANGERS ". The method of data collection uses the method of observation, questionnaires and literature studies. The result of this research program is that the removal of free baggage allowance program has effected to the customer satisfaction as much as 32,3 % , in addition customer satisfaction is also influenced by the quality of the services provided by the Airlines as much as 67,7%

Abstract

Bencana kebakaran merupakan salah satu bencana yang banyak terjadi di masyarakat luas baik di lingkungan perkantoran, tempat tinggal, maupun tempat aktifitas lainnya. Bencana kebakaran ini pada umumnya terjadi disebabkan oleh factor manusia (human error), misalnya: kelalaian manusia, seperti: menggunakan beban listrik yang melebihi kapasitas daya, menempatkan barang mudah terbakar di dekat sumber api dan lain sebagainya. Bahaya kebakaran ini akanlebih mudah di atasi bila masyarakat mengetahui cara memadamkan api dengan baik dan mengetahui cara penggunaan alat pemadaman seperti APAR (Alat Pemadam Api Ringan). Alat pemadam api APAR ini secara umum dikatagorikan menjadi 3, yakni: Bubuk kimia kering(Dry Chemical Extinguisher), Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Extinguisher, Busa (Foam). Dan yang palingumum digunakan adalah APAR yang berisikan bubuk kimia kering, karena bahan bubuk kimiakering ini bisa memadamkan beberapa kebakaran yang ditimbulkan oleh sumber api kebakaran.APAR jenis ini mampu mengatasi hampir semua jenis api penyebab kebakaran. Pada kasusmasyarakat yang tinggal di Rusun Siwalankerto penggunaan APAR ini paling memungkinkandigunakan karena sifat APAR yang mudah ditempatkan dimana saja (portable), mudahpemeliharaannya, dan mudah cara penggunaannya. Atas dasar inilah APAR sangat cocokdisediakan dalam mengantisipasi terjadinya bahaya kebakaran. Keberhasilan pemadaman api dengan APAR perlu didukung dengan teknik atau carapenggunaan APAR itu sendiri. Pada pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan di RusunSiwalankerto juga dilakukan demonstrasi bagaimana Proses Pemadaman Api dengan APAR,dan selanjutnya untuk membantu masyarakat Rusun Siwalanketo kami juga menghibahkanbeberapa APAR untuk ditempatkan dan dipergunakan masyarakat Rusun Siwalanketo
