Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a literacy crisis both among the general public and among students. To overcome the literacy crisis, the government then promoted the School Literacy Movement from elementary to high school levels. Basically, the School Literacy Movement must also be implemented at the PAUD level, such as in kindergarten. This is because there are demands from parents that their children have early reading skills as a provision for entering the 1st grade of elementary school. This then made TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan formulate and implement policies for early literacy programs. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of early literacy program policies in TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques. The results showed that the policy of the early literacy program at TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan was motivated by the desire of parents to have their children have early literacy skills. Then the results showed that the policy of early literacy program at TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan was implemented through four activities. First, play activities contain early literacy. Second, read load activities. Third, early literacy habituation activities in schools. Fourth, early literacy habituation activities at home. These four can be implemented well because of the democratic leadership of the head of the Cikembulan TK Pertiwi II and the awareness of the teachers that they are learner society.

Abstract

Saat ini sedang terjadi pergantian kurikulum dari kurikulum 2013 ke kurikulum merdeka di jenjang PAUD. Hal yang umum terjadi adalah para guru lebih fokus memperhatikan perubahan pada format rencana pembelajaran seperti RPPH daripada fokus pada esensi yang terdapat pada kurikulum merdeka. Hal yang paling esensi dari kurikulum merdeka di jenjang PAUD adalah pada munculnya nilai Pancasila, di mana nilai tersebut harus diinternalisasikan pada anak melalui berbagai kegiatan. Salah satu kegiatan yang bisa dijadikan sebagai media internalisasi nilai Pancasila adalah kegiatan permainan tradisional yang notabene merupakan produk dari kearifan lokal masyarakat Indonesia. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mendesripsikan tentang merdeka belajar untuk menumbuhkan kearifan lokal berbasis nilai Pancasila di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian netnografi sehingga penulis lebih banyak mengumpulkan data yang berasal dari berita-berita online yang digunakan sebagai media untuk mengakses informasi terkait dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada enam nilai Pancasila yang bisa diinternalisasikan pada anak melalui permainan tradisional, yaitu beriman dan bertakwa pada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa serta berakhlak mulia, berkebhinekaan global, gotong royong, mandiri, kreatif, dan bernalar kritis. Kedua, internalisasi nilai Pancasila melalui permainan tradisional dilakukan dengan mengenalkan berbagai permainan tradisional pada anak, menunjukkan cara memainkan permainan tradisional, serta menunjukkan aturan main dalam memainkannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Pancasila yang diaktualisasikan oleh anak pada pelaksanaan permainan tradisional dapat mensukseskan implementasi kurikulum merdeka sekaligus melestarikan kearifan lokal pada masyarakat. Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the management of PAUD learning based on local wisdom in the perspective of the philosophy of independent learning at TK Diponegoro 187 Gerduren Purwojati Banyumas. This research is a type of phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation techniques. Then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that the management of PAUD learning based on local wisdom in the perspective of the philosophy of independent learning was processed through three stages, namely learning planning, implementation of learning and supervision of learning based on local wisdom. In these three stages, the philosophy and spirit of independent learning are actualized with the aim that children have the ability to think logically or think critically and become creative individuals as well as character. These characters are independent, responsible, creative, innovative, love the environment, and discipline. All of these characters make the child a civilized and independent person.

Abstract

This paper examines the actualization of the entrepreneurship character of the PAUD headmaster in order to maintain the existence of PAUD institutions in the post covid 19 pandemic, where it is known that for more than two years covid 19 has threatened the existence of PAUD institutions. The purpose of this article is to provide a description to the headmaster of PAUD both in the Playgroup, Kindergarten and Raudhatul Athfal about the various efforts that can be made to maintain the existence of PAUD institutions during the post covid 19 pandemic through actualization of the entrepreneurship character of the head of PAUD. This research is a type of library research, where data is collected using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results showed that there are six entrepreneurial characters that can be actualized by the PAUD headmaster, including self-confidence, productivity-oriented, leadership, originality, future-oriented and honest and diligent. With the actualization of the six entrepreneurship characters of the PAUD headmaster above, it is hoped that the existence of PAUD institutions in the post-covid-19 pandemic can be maintained.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pendampingan penyusunan action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis Total Quality Management (TQM) di PAUD Abaca Laren Bumiayu Brebes ditujukan untuk: (1) mendapatkan desain workshop penyusunan action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis TQM; (2) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendampingan penyusunan action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis TQM; (3) mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan pendampingan penyusunan action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR). Pendampingan penyusunan action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis TQM dilaksanakan melalui workshop yang berlangsung selama 3 kali pertemuan. Selama proses pendampingan penulis melakukan wawancara tak terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan data tentang masalah-masalah yang ditemui dalam penyusunan action plan. Hasil dari workshop tersebut adalah draf action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis TQM. Action plan program pendidikan karakter berbasis TQM terdiri dari: (1) visi, misi dan tujuan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD berbasis karakter; (2) standar mutu lulusan; (3) jaminan mutu lulusan; (4) program dan strategi pembentukan karakter anak usia dini; dan (5) SOP strategi pembentukan karakter anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian dapat disimpulkan bahwa action plan program pendidikan karakter bisa disusun dengan pendekatan TQM karena ada relevansi antara program pendidikan karakter dengan sistem nilai dalam TQM. AbstractThis community service activity of assisting in the preparation of a character education program action plan based on Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Abaca Laren Bumiayu Brebes Early Childhood Education and Care (PAUD) is intended to: (1) obtain the design of a workshop on the preparation of a character education program action plan based on TQM; (2) describe the implementation of assistance in the preparation of a character education program action plan based on TQM; (3) describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of assistance in the preparation of a character education program action plan based on TQM. This community service activity uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. Assistance in the preparation of a character education program action plan based on TQM was carried out through a workshop that took place over 3 meetings. During the assistance process, the author conducted unstructured interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain data on the problems encountered in the preparation of the action plan. The result of the workshop is a draft character education program action plan based on TQM. The character education program action plan based on TQM consists of: (1) the vision, mission, and objectives of character-based PAUD services; (2) graduate quality standards; (3) graduate quality assurance; (4) programs and strategies for character development in early childhood; and (5) SOPs for character development in early childhood. Based on the results of the community service, it can be concluded that a character education program action plan can be prepared with a TQM approach because there is relevance between the character education program and the value system in TQM.

Abstract

This research is a case study research aimed at analyzing the role of the teacher working group (KKG) in strengthening the professional competence of elementary school teachers in the Diponegoro Cluster Korwilcam Education and Culture Office of Karangmoncol Purbalingga. Data were collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques and then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results showed that with the various activities carried out by the KKG, the teachers already had the ability to master the material and scientific mindset that supported the subjects they taught, the teachers were able to organize fun learning activities, were able to conduct classroom action research as a reflective effort from the activities. learning that has been held, and able to utilize information and communication technology to organize innovative learning activities.

Abstract

Merdeka belajar dalam kurikulum merdeka bukanlah hal baru. Gagasan merdeka belajar sejak lama didiseminasikan oleh Ki Hajar Dewantara. Hal itulah yang menjadikan penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji konsep merdeka belajar bagi anak usia dini menurut Ki Hajar Dewantara. Tulisan ini ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis konsep merdeka belajar bagi anak usia dini menurut Ki Hajar Dewantara. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kepustakaan. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Merdeka belajar bagi Ki Hajar Dewantara bukanlah memberikan kebebasan tanpa batas pada anak usia dini dalam bermain. Merdeka belajar merupakan upaya memberikan kebebasan kepada anak untuk bermain dengan tetap dituntun oleh guru. Merdeka belajar bagi Ki Hajar Dewantara dijadikan sebagai dasar dan tujuan dalam mendidik anak usia dini serta menjadi salah satu dari lima dasar Panca Dharma, yaitu kebebasan atau kemerdekaan, kebudayaan, kodrat alam, kebangsaan dan kemanusiaan. Pemikiran Ki Hajar Dewantara terkait dengan konsep merdeka belajar pada tulisan ini telah menunjukkan bahwa ada sumbangsih ideologis dari Ki Hajar Dewantara dalam pengembangan kurikulum merdeka yang sedang diimplementasikan secara gradual sejak tahun 2022 di lembaga-lembaga pendidikan seperti lembaga PAUD.

Abstract

This community service activity is aimed at: (1) identifying educational problems in the village where KKN UIN Prof. K.H Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto is located in Banyumas district in 2022; and (2) deliver solutions to educational problems through the implementation of educational counseling in the village where the KKN UIN Prof. K.H Saifuddin Zuhri Purwokerto location is located in Banyumas district in 2022. The author uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to carry out community service activities. Service activities are located in Kalisogra village, Kalibagor sub-district, Lumbir village, Lumbir sub-district and several villages in Purwojati sub-district, Banyumas district. The results of community service show that: (1) educational counseling activities are designed and implemented to address social problems in the village; (2) educational counseling activities are carried out in the form of child education counseling for parents, PAUD administrative counseling for PAUD managers and teachers, and religious education counseling for junior high school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze efforts to re-think the urgency of PAUD through the mother-to-five class program in Singasari village, Karanglewas district, Banyumas district, Central Java province. This research is a type of qualitative research that is natural-descriptive. The data in this study were collected using unstructured interview techniques, observation and documentation. To test the validity of the data, the data collector triangulation technique was used, namely by simultaneously cross-checking the data from interviews, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that there are two efforts made by the facilitator in the mother-to-five class program to re-think the urgency of PAUD. First, through knowledge transformation activities about the urgency of PAUD. Second, through activities to develop parental care for early childhood health through collaboration with PAUD institutions. There are two activities in the collaboration, namely (1) health checks and (2) conducting discussions with PAUD parents related to tips on maintaining the health of early childhood, especially related to the selection of healthy food and drinks for children. The two efforts made by the facilitator in the mother-to-five class program to re-think the urgency of PAUD have had implications for parents' awareness of the urgency of PAUD and the necessity for village heads to formulate and implement village policies that support the implementation of collaboration between medical personnel and health workers. educators in providing holistic-integrative PAUD services. Abstrak Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya memikirkan kembali (re-thinking) urgensi PAUD melalui program kelas ibu balita di Desa Singasari, Kecamatan Karanglewas, Kabupaten Banyumas, Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat natural-deskiptif. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara tak terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji keabsahan data, digunakan teknik triangulasi pengumpul data, yaitu dengan melakukan cross-check secara simultan terhadap data hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman yang terdiri atas reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa ada dua upaya yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator pada program kelas ibu balita untuk memikirkan kembali urgensi PAUD. Pertama, melalui kegiatan transformasi pengetahuan akan urgensi PAUD. Kedua, melalui kegiatan penumbuh-kembangan kepedulian orangtua terhadap kesehatan anak usia dini melalui kerjasama dengan lembaga PAUD. Ada dua kegiatan dalam kerjasama tersebut, yaitu (1) pemeriksaan kesehatan dan (2) melakukan diskusi dengan wali murid PAUD terkait dengan tips menjaga kesehatan anak usia dini, terutama terkait dengan pemilihan makanan dan minuman yang sehat bagi anak-anak. Kedua upaya yang dilakukan oleh fasilitator pada program kelas ibu balita untuk memikirkan kembali PAUD telah berimplikasi pada semakin sadarnya orangtua akan urgensi PAUD serta keharusan bagi kepala desa untuk merumuskan dan menerapkan kebijakan desa yang mendukung pelaksanaan kerjasama antara tenaga medis dengan tenaga pendidik dalam menyelenggarakan layanan PAUD holistik-integratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam kurikulum merdeka di lembaga PAUD. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dan dianalisis secara kualitatif menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan tahap reduksi data, displai data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada enam dimensi yang dikembangkan dalam proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, yaitu: (1) dimensi keimanan, ketakwaan dan akhlak mulia; (2) dimensi keberbhinekaan; (3) dimensi bergotong-royong; (4) dimensi kemandirian; (5) dimensi bernalar kritis; dan (6) dimensi kreatif. Keenam dimensi tersebut bisa dikembangkan melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan pembiasaan rutin, pembiasaan spontan dan pengkondisian lingkungan fisik maupun lingkungan sosial. Kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut bisa dilaksanakan dengan baik ketika pimpinan lembaga PAUD mampu mendesainnya ke dalam empat kegiatan manajerial, yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan.
