Abstract

Kesalahan dalam pemantauan data dasar hidrologi dalam suatu daerah pengaliran sungai akan menghasilkan data siap pakai yang tidak benar dan mengakibatkan hasil perencanaan, penelitian, dan pengelolaan sumber daya air yang tidak efisien dan efektif.Mengingat pentingnya informasi data mengenai besarnya curah hujan yang bergantung pada infrastruktur pengairan, maka kajian rasionalisasi jaringan stasiun hujan sangat diperlukan.Studi dilakukan pada WS Parigi Poso Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Hasil studi menunjukkan terdapat 3 stasiun hujan termasuk dalam kategori kondisi sulit (1000-5000 km2/stastiun) yaitu St. Hujan Lembontonara, St. Hujan Kilo, dan St. Hujan Pandayora. Berdasarkan metode Kriging, WS Parigi Poso diperoleh 7 stasiun hujan yang direkomendasikan dengan nilai estimasi variansi kurang dari 5%.Hasil analisis yang sesuai dengan lokasi penelitian adalah analisisMetode Kriging karena hasilnya lebih rasionalsedangkan metode Kagan Rodda tidak cocok diterapkan karena lebih cocok digunakan pada daerah yang memiliki tingkat perbedaan elevasi / kontur yang tidak terlalu besar.

Abstract

Indonesia mulai merasakan dampak pemanasan global (global warming) yang telah dibuktikan dengan terjadinya perubahan musim, di mana musim kemarau menjadi lebih panjang serta bencana alam yang terjadi. Hal tersebut seiring dengan banyaknya Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) di Indonesia dengan kondisi kritis. Beberapa bencana yang terjadi di Indonesia telah memberikan dorongan perencanaan ruang yang memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah konservasi, baik konservasi tanah maupun konservasi air yang bertujuan agar terwujudnya keseimbangan lingkungan, sehingga pertumbuhannya tidak menyebabkan bencana. Tujuan dari kajian ini yaitu mendapatkan prosedur penataan ruang berdasar parameter hidrologi dan hidrogeologis suatu DAS.Pengetahuan tentang hubungan siklus hidrologi dalam suatu DAS dijadikan sebagai landasan dalam perencanaan ruang. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai rekomendasi dalam merancang pola perencanaan ruang serta dapat dijadikan sistem pendukung dalam pengambilan keputusan (decision support systems) untuk perencanaan RTRW yang mengacu pada konservasi tanah dan air.

Abstract

In mushroom cultivation of white oyster mushroom (P. ostreatus), problems in the contamination during the production are typically found. This contamination is due to the issue in controlling temperature during the media sterilization for growing the fungus (bag-log). This suboptimal sterilization causes unwanted bacteria and spores to grow. To reduce the amount of contamination, the purpose of this study was to demonstrate and evaluate the temperature distribution using one convection pipe with diameter of 6 and 8 cm. The fuel used for this sterilization process is rice husk. Sterilization itself aims to kill other unwanted bacteria and spores on the bag-log. Sterilization was done by traditional steaming bag-log drums arranged in four rows upwards for 6 hours. Convection pipes were built in drums. The steamer was done by performing two retrievals of data. From the experiment results, the use of convection pipe of 8 cm was better than the convection pipe of 6 cm. This is shown from the amount of fungal contamination in convection pipes were less in 8. The result of temperature measurement using dual laser infrared thermometer was also completed and interpreted using Matrix Laboratory with interpolation method to get heat distribution result.

Abstract

The main focus of this research is to analyze the effect of information technology and service commitment to the implementation of the principles of good government governance (GGG) and its impact on employee performance. The research was conducted at a number of the local government work unit (SKPD) within the Banda Aceh government. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 170 employees. Then the data were analyzed using multivariate statistics structural equation modeling. The study found a positive and significant effect of information technology and service commitment on GGG implementation and employee performance. The existence of GGG implementation not only has a positive impact on performance improvement, but also mediates the effect of information technology and service commitment on employee performance. Keywords: Employee’s performance, GGG implementation, information technology, services commitment, structural equation modelling.

Abstract

Curriculum changes for improvement are keep being pursued to get maximum results and at the end the latest policy is the teacher's should make single page lesson page (RPP). The condition and the single page lesson page (RPP) is appropriate to be chosen for model in online learning because it only consists of one page, concise and practical as well. The single page lesson plan policy has received attention from various parties, especially English teachers because it is a new thing and becomes a challenge in teaching processes. A lesson plan must contain components such as identity, learning objectives, and systematic learning activities, learning methods and media used as well as learning resources and time needed. These components are important as a guide for teachers in carrying out learning according to what has been planned. The lesson plans made by the teacher are expected to be able to accommodate students' conditions and the characteristics of the subjects and subjects raised here are English subjects. The research model used is the Plomp model (2007). This model consists of three stages, they are first stage of initial assessment (preliminary research), the second stage is the design stage (prototype phase) and the last stage is the assessment phase (assessment phase).
