Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effect of employee relationsconsisting of employee communication, guidance and discipline affect the job satisfaction of employeesof PT. Kartika Tower Buana in Karanganyar and knowing the relationship among the employeerelations of the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buanain Karanganyar. Based on the results of this research can enrich the study of the phenomenon ofemployee relations and is expected used as a source of information and material for consideration bythe company to increase employee satisfaction. The hypothesis testing in this study using a multiplelinear regression analysis with the t-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The populationin this study was all employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar. While the study samplewas 100 employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar with accidental sampling as a samplingtechnique. Based on the survey results revealed that communication t-test obtained for 2.845> 1.985so that a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower BuanaKaranganyar. T-test obtained for guidance is 2.936> 1.985 so that a positive and significant effecton job satisfaction of PT. Kartika Tower Buana employee. T-test obtained for discipline is 5.234>1.985 so have positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika TowerBuana Karanganyar. Based on calculations simultaneously T-test obtained is 36.488> 2.68 so thatcommunication, guidance and incentives together have a positive and significant effect on jobsatisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.533; meant that communication, guidance, discipline can explain the causes of the rising and falling job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar by 53.3%, while the remaining 46.7% can be explained by other variables outside the model. The calculations show that discipline is a variable that has a value of beta coefficient greater when compared with the performance, that is equal to 0.415. This suggests that discipline is the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Kartika Tower Buana Karanganyar compared with guidance and communication.

Abstract

Pengaruh perkembangan  IPTEK dan ilmu-ilmu eksakta telah membawa  perkembangan dan kemajuan  cepat  di  bidang tekonologi dan perindustrian.  Seharusnya kondisi dan  hasil kemajuan sekarang ini membawa kebahagiaan yang lebih banyak kepada manusia dalam hidupnya. Akan tetapi sesuatu kenyataan yang menyedihkan ialah bahwa kebahagiaan itu ternyata semakin jauh hidup semakin sukar dan kesukaran-kesukaran  material berganti dengan kesukaran mental (psychis). Beban jiwa semakin berat, gelisah dan ketegangan serta tekanan perasaan lebih terasa dan lebih menekan sehingga mengurangi kebahagiaan. Psikologi Islam merupakan ilmu yang mempelajari aspek kesehatan spiritual manusia yang normal,  dewasa,  sehat spiritual maupun sehat berperilaku.  Ketika kita mengembangkan  kesehatan spiritual, kita akan secara bertahap merasa cukup kuat untuk menjadi diri seutuhnya. Kekuatan yang autentik datang ketika seseorang untuk pertama kalinya dapat hidup berdamai dengan kebenaran tentang, siapa diri kita, di mana kita berada dan kemudian belajar untuk mengendalikan kekuatan tersebut ketika berhadapan dengan orang lain. Sedangkan untuk mewujudkan kerangka dalam mewujudkan kesehatan spiritual ada hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan lebih jauh lagi yakni memahami kepekaan, bersikap jujur, adanya perubahan pada diri sendiri.BASIC      FRAMEWORK          TO BUILD        SPIRITUAL HEALTH THROUGH     PSYCHO-LOGICAL    APPROACH ISLAMIC. he  influence of science  and technology  and the  exact sciences has brought about the development and rapid progress in the field of technology weapons and industry. Supposedly condition and results of progress has brought more happiness to man in his life. But something sad reality is that it was increasingly distant happiness of life increasingly difficult and changing material difficulties with mental distress (psychis). Increasingly heavy burden of life, anxiety and feelings of tension and pressure felt more and more pressing , thereby  reducing happiness. Islamic psychology is the study of human spiritual health aspects of normal, mature, healthy, spiritual and healthy behavior. When  we develop spiritual health, we will gradually feel strong enough to be yourself completely. Authentic  strength comes when we for the first time be able to live in peace with the truth about who we are, where we are and then learn to control these powers when dealing with others. Meanwhile, to realize a spiritual health in realizing there are things that need to be considered further understand the sensitivity, to be honest, the change in yourself.

Abstract

Diantara fungsi syariah Islam adalah untuk melindungi agama, jiwa,  akal,  jasmani,  harta serta keturunan.  Semua perbuatan yang merendahkan prilaku manusia dimana perbuatan kurang baik akan berimbas pada kehancuran manusia dizaman modern, oleh karena itu ajaran islam sarat dengan tuntutan bagaimana memelihara  kesehatan jasmani dan  rohani,  kesehatan fisik maupun mental.  Ketidak berdayaan manusia bermain dalam pentas  peradaban modern  yang terus  melaju   tanpa  dapat dihentikan dan itu menyebabkan sebagian besar awal manusia modern terjerembab ke dalam situasi sulit yang menurut istilah Psikolog Humanis disebutkan sebagai manusia dalam kerangkeng kehidupan yang terkekang,  satu istilah  yang menggambarkan salah satu derita manusia modern (penyakit manusia modern). Adapun yang dimaksud dengan penyakit manusia modern saat ini adalah gangguan psikologis yang di derita oleh manusia yang hidup dalam lingkungan peradaban yang sebenarnya. Manusia modern seperti itu  sebenarnya adalah manusia yang sudah kehilangan makna, manusia kosong, baik kosong dari nilai-nilai agama maupun kekosongan dari nilai  kehidupannya.  Mereka resah setiap kali harus mengambil keputusan, mereka tidak tahu apa yang diinginkan, dan tidak mampu memilih jalan hidup yang diinginkan pula. Bila sudah terjangkit penyakit seperti ini, maka  peran terapi agama harus mampu untuk mengarahkan agar mereka tidak tambah larut dalam jurang kehancuran diperadaban modern saat ini.Kata Kunci: Konseling Agama, Gangguan  Psikologis, Manusia ModernCOUNSELING RELIGION: THERAPY AGAINST FOWL THE DISEASE  OF MODERN MAN.  Among  the  functions of Islamic law is to protect the religion of the soul, mind, physical wealth and their descendants. All acts that humble prioritising man where works less good will has spillover effects on the destruction of the man of modern dizaman, therefore the teachings of Islam is replete with the demands of how to maintain the health of the physical and spiritual health physically and mentally. The ineffectiveness of human  disability play in the scene of modern  civilisations that passes without  be stopped and that cause most of the beginning of modern man plummet into the difficult situation that according to the term Humanist Psychologist referred to as a man in life that terkekang kerangkeng , a term that describes one of modern man (suffer the disease of modern man).  Now what is meant by a disease of modern man is currently psychological disorders  in pain by the  people  who live  in the  environment  of civilisations that actually. modern man as it is in fact the man who have lost their meanings, man is empty, good empty from the values of religion and the void from the value of his life. They anxious each time must take decisions, they did not know what to expect and are not able to select the desired way of life. When  it is infected with a disease like this, then the role of religious therapy should be able to navigate so that they do not add dissolved in the edge of the modern diperadaban today.Keywords: Counseling   Religion,   Psychological Disorders, Modern Man
