Abstract

This study aims to determine: The level of community participation in development in Brang Kolong Village, Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency. Participation of the community in all development activities starting from planning, decision making, implementation, evaluation, and utilization of results. The problem in this research is how the community participation in the process of planning, implementing, and maintaining village development in Brang Kolong Village. The purpose of this study was to determine how community participation in the process of planning, implementing, and maintaining village development in Brang Kolong Village. This research was conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner and the methods used were observation, interview, documentation, and data analysis methods. The author took informant data using purposive sampling, which was 15 people. The results of this study indicate that community participation in the village development process in Brang Kolong Village, there are several stages of development, namely: (1) Planning (2) Decision Making (3) Implementation (4) Evaluation, and (5) Utilization of Development Results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Village Government Strategy in developing the tourism sector in Semongkat Hamlet, Klungkung Village, Batulanteh District. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data types obtained from observations and interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat owned by Dusun Semongkat in the field of Tourism. The results of this study explain that Dusun Semongkat has a fairly good strength (Strength) of tourism potential and the government is more focused on building it, weaknesses (Weaknesses) of facilities and infrastructure that are still inadequate and a limited budget, opportunities (Opportunities) Situation, security and comfort of Hamlet Semongkat which is very conducive to the rapid development of mass media and technology as a means of supporting tourism in Semongkat Hamlet, the threat (Threats) of the rapid development and development of tourism outside Semongkat Hamlet as competitors is getting higher. There are several strategies to develop tourism in Semongkat Hamlet, increasing tourism promotion, developing tourism products, developing partnerships, developing through human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Sumbawa district in year of 2010-2019.The type of this study was associative.The data used in this study was secondary data.The methods used to collect data were through documentation and study libraries.The data analytical tools used were t test, f test and the coefficient of determination or R2. The results of the study showed that partially there was not effect between capital and employees toward income.This was based on the value of t-count < t-table (0.622 < 2.364).Thus, Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected.Furthermore, simultaneously that there was not effect significantly between capital and employees toward income, this was based on the value of f-count < f-table (0.618 < 4.737), thus Ho was accepted and Ho was rejected.Then for the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) was of 09.3%, or 9.3% thus the percentage effect of variable x toward variable y was 9.3% while the remaining of 91.7% was affected by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat rasio kemandirian keuangan daerah kabupaten Sumbawa tahun 2013-2017 .Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif yang berupa angka – angka dalam Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa Tahun Anggaran 2013-2017 seperti PAD dan Transfer pusat, Transfer provinsi dan Pinjaman. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel mandiri, dalam hal ini adalah kemandirian keuangan daerah. Hasil pengukuran kemandirian daerah menggunakan variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah ( PAD ) dibandingkan dengan Transfer pusat, Transfer Provinsi dan Pinjaman selama tahun 2013 – 2017, menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa pada tahun 2013 sebesar 7,66%, tahun 2014 sebesar 12,28%, tahun 2015 sebesar 11,45%, tahun 2016 sebesar 9,72% dan pada tahun 2017 sebesar 17,59%. Dengan rata-rata kemandirian sebesar 11,72%. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisa bahwa tingkat kemandirian keuangan daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa Tahun 2013 -2017 rendah sekali ( instruktif ) karenaberada diantara 0% dan 25%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal pada komoditas Jagung di Kawasan Pedesaan Kecamatan Utan Kabupaten Sumbawa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif kualitatif untuk memaparkan dan memberikan penjelasan tentang suatu keadaan memberikan gambaran atau melukiskan obyek yang diteliti berdasarkan fakta yang ada di lapangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer mengunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara terstruktur, Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis kualitatif. Analisa Data menggunakan metode analisa kualitatif. Temuan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah Peningkatan kapasitas produksi jagung bersekala lokal melalui peningkatan kualitas prosuksi jagung dan adanya ketersediaan data sumberdaya alam disetiap desa sehingga perluasan perluasan areal pertanian jagung, Penerapan teknologi tepat guna untuk merehabilitasi kemampuan sumberdaya lahan, air dan perairan umum (SA3),Pengoptimalisasian pemanfaatan produksi jagung, pengembangan konsumsi pangan berbahan dasar jagung (disverifikasi Pangan), Tersedianya sentra produksi jagung bersekala Lokal yang dikelola oleh Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes), Perlu adanya produk turunan komoditas jagung., Adanya regulasi dari pemerintah terkait perluasan lahan pertanian jagung,Peningkatan dukungan penyuluhan terkait komoditas jagung, Tersedianya sarana dan prasarana penunjang produksi Jagung bersekala lokal. Strategi menstabilkan harga adalah saat pasar dalam negeri tutup, jagung dijual ke luar negeri, campur tangan pemerintah dalam mengendalikan harga ,dan uji coba jagung berkualitas unggul untuk subsidi jagung yang akan diberikan terhadap para petani serta adanya sarana Irigasi dan dreinase yang mampu mengairi lahan kering yang digunakan oleh petani jagung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan Akuntabilitas Pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Poto Kecamatan Moyo Hilir Kabupaten Sumbawa, yaitu transparansi, pertanggungjawaban dan pengendalian internal, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian assosiatif. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat Desa Poto dengan jumlah responden 70 orang. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik angket/kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik pengujian statistic t, f dan determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dengan nilai thitung 2,188 > ttabel 1,997, pertanggungjawaban berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dengan nilai thitung 5,049 > ttabel 1,997, dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dengan nilai thitung 7,434 > ttabel 1,997. Secara simultan transparansi, pertanggungjawaban dan pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan terhadap akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dengan nilai Fhitung 42,017 > Ftabel 2,74. Sedangkan nilai determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,656, artinya sebesar 65,6% perubahan variabel akuntabilitas pengelolaan alokasi dana desa dipengaruhi oleh transparansi, pertanggungjawaban dan pengendalian internal, dan sisanya sebesar 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

Traders' income can be affected by many factors. In this study using two factors, namely capital and the number of work hours. This study aims to know the influence of the capital factor and the number of work hours toward the income of culinary traders in Jempol Beach, Sumbawa district. The type of research used in this study was associative with quantitative data. The data in this study was primary that have obtained through structured interviews. This study was conducted at Jempol Beach, Sumbawa district, with a population of 30 traders. The sample in this study were 30 respondents who were taken through saturated sampling technique (census). The variables used include capital (X1), number of hours worked (X2), and income (Y). The data analysis used was multiple linear regression (OLS) with a significance level of 5%.The results of study showed that partially the variable of capital (X1) had a significant effect toward the income of culinary traders in Jempol Beach, Sumbawa district, while the variable of number of working hours (X2) had no significant effect toward the income of culinary traders in Jempol Beach, Sumbawa district. Furthermore, the variables of capital and the number of working hours together have a significant effect toward the income of culinary traders in Jempol Beach, Sumbawa Regency, the influence of it was 61.6% while the remaining was 38.4% (100% -61.6%) was explained by other variables.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing how the effectiveness of the implementation of the Hope family Program (PKH) in improving the welfare of the Ropang Village community. This study was a descriptive study with data collection methods using observation, interviews, and documentation study. The numbers of samples in this study were 46 samples. The data sources include primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique used was qualitative techniques. Based on the results of research in the field, it was known that the effectiveness of the Hope Familiy Program (PKH) which was measured through four indicators, namely target accuracy, understanding of program objectives, socialization, and program monitoring in Ropang Village had quite effective with a score of 78.80%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sacara jelas pelaksanaan retribusi Pasar Labuhan Sumbawa Kecamatan Labuhan Badas serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan retribusi pasar dan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang bersumber dari para pejabat dan petugas yang secara langsung menangani pelaksanaan retribusi pasar di Kabupaten Sumbawa dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari bahan kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan judul skripsi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pengamatan/ observasi, wawancara/interview dan kepustakaan. Setelah data terkumpul selanjutnya di analisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Retribusi Pasar Labuhan Sumbawa Kecamatan Labuhan Badas pada tahun 2015-2019 berjalan dengan baik. Untuk Tahun 2015, tahun 2016, tahun 2017 dan tahun 2018 dapat melebihi target yang telah ditetapkan, sedangkan pada Tahun 2019 penerimaan retribusi pasar tidak bisa memenuhi target yang telah ditetapkan disebabkan keadaan ekonomi masyarakat yang tidak stabil sehingga menyebabkan pendapatan wajib retribusi sangat sedikit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the influence of the use of village funds on rural infrastructure development in Ngeru Village, Moyo Hilir District. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from research respondents through questionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was the Ngeru Village community, amounting to 95 people. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear analysis, partial parameter hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the results of this study, it shows that the use of village funds has a positive and significant effect on the development of rural infrastructure in Ngeru Village, Moyo Hilir District. The ability of the village fund variable in explaining the variables of rural infrastructure development in Ngeru Village, Moyo Hilir District is 46.3%, while the remaining 53.7% is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study.
