Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) mengetahui sumber dana sekolah yang selama ini diterapkan; (2) menemukan model pengembangan sumber dana alternatif sekolah, dan (3) mengujicoba keefektifan internal model pengembangan sumber dana sekolah di SMK Bidang Keahlian Teknologi dan Rekayasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development. Penelitian dilakukan di SMK negeri dan swasta di kota Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) sumber dana sebagian besar berasal dari pemerintah dan masyarakat; sumber dana alternatif yang selama ini digali oleh SMK berasal dari penyewaan kantin, unit produksi dan koperasi; dan peran sumber dana alternatif terhadap anggaran belanja operasional sekolah adalah ≤ 0,39%. (2) Hasil pengembangan menghasilkan grand design model pengembangan sumber dana alternatif sekolah yang terdiri dari: model pengelolaan sumber dana dan model pengembangan unit-unit usaha. (3) Hasil uji internal yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa ahli setuju: (a) komponen model telah lengkap (84,5%); (b) struktur komponen model telah jelas (86,3%) ; (c) hubungan antar komponen model telah jelas (80,4%); (d) model memiliki keterbacaan yang baik (82,2%); (e) model telah layak (88,1%); dan (f) model efektif jika diimplementasikan (93,3%). DEVELOPING THE SOURCE OF SCHOOL FUNDS IN VOCATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOLSAbstractThis research aims to: (1) reveal the source of school fund model which has been applied; (2) reveal the development model of alternative source of school fund; and (3) test the internal effectiveness of development model of source of school fund in vocational secondary schools (SMK) which run the Study Program of Technology and Engineering Expertise. This research employed the research and development method. This research was conducted at public and private vocational secondary schools in Yogyakarta. The research data were collected using in depth interview and observation. The results of this research show that: (1) the source of the schools’ fund is the government and citizens; the alternative source of the schools’ fund which has been cultivated by SMK mainly comes from canteen lease, production units, and cooperatives; and the contribution of the alternative source of the schools’ fund to the schools’ operating budget is ≤ 0.39%. (2) The result of the development showed that the grand design model of alternative source of school fund which consist of source of funds management model and development of business units model. Furthermore, the result of internal effectiveness testing which involved the experts concluded that: (a) the components of the model are sufficient (84,5%); (b) the structure of the components of the model has been understood (86.3%); (c) the relationship between the components is clear (80.4%); (d) the model has good readability (80.4%); (e) the model is acceptable (88.1%); and (f) the model is effective if it is implemented (93.3%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan materi mata kuliah Struktur Kayu di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan yang didukung oleh pendekatan benchmark, adopt¸dan adapt. Penelitian lapangan dilakukan dalam skala kecil di industri pengolahan kayu, pembandingan dengan usaha jasa pembuatan rumah kayu, penyesuaian dengan mengambil unit kompetensi yang dipelajari di SMK Program Keahlian Teknologi Konstruksi dan Properti, SKKNI dan rancangan perkuliahan di universitas lain. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan model pengembangan kompetensi yang terdiri dari 3 Capaian Pembelajaran Mata Kuliah (CPMK) yang diuraikan pada 20 unit kompetensi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to: 1) determine the zoning for pedestrian ways; 2) determine the type of pedestrian ways in UNY; 3) to identify problems and solutions related to pedestrian ways in UNY. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative approach, by comparing the standard criteria for open space with the condition of reality. The technique of collecting data through observation and measurement of the dimensions of buildings and open spaces using the assistance planimeter website. Basic physical reviews grouping zones through which the road that separates the faculty contained in UNY. The results showed that: 1) zoning is physically in the Campus UNY consists of six zones, namely: Zone A (FT, LPPMP, LPPM), Zone B (FE, FIS, Dean Faculty, Kopma, PPs Lama, FIP), zone C (FBS, Science Faculty, Masjid Mujahideen), zone D (GOR UNY and vicinity), zone E (Stadiums, Tennis Court, FIK), and zone F (Rector, New PPs); 2) in real terms, there are four types of pedestrian ways in UNY, namely: Type 1 (separated), Type 2 (integration), Type 3 (dominant car), and Type 4 (corridor); 3) alternative solutions for problems of special dimensions and availability (level of service) the dimensions sidewalk pavement is in zone B is not ideal, while the sidewalks in zone A is sufficient available.  Keywords: Pedestrian, Sidewalk, Yogyakarta State University.  ABSTRAKKajian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pembagian zona untuk pedestrian ways; 2) mengetahui tipe pedestrian ways di UNY; 3) mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi yang berhubungan dengan pedestrian ways di UNY. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan cara membandingkan kriteria standar ruang terbuka dengan kondisi realita. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan pengukuran dimensi bangunan serta ruang terbuka menggunakan bantuan website planimeter. Dasar pengelompokkan zona melalui tinjauan fisik yaitu jalan yang memisahkan beberapa Fakultas yang terdapat di UNY. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pembagian zona secara fisik di kawasan Kampus UNY terdiri dari 6 zona, yaitu: Zona A (FT, LPPMP, LPPM), Zona B (FE, FIS, Dekanat FMIPA, Kopma, PPs Lama, FIP), Zona C (FBS, FMIPA, Masjid Mujahiddin), Zona D (GOR UNY dan sekitarnya), Zona E (Stadion, Lapangan Tenis, FIK), dan Zona F (Rektorat, PPs Baru); 2) secara riil, ada 4 tipe pedestrian ways di UNY, yaitu: Tipe 1 (separated), Tipe 2 (integration), Tipe 3 (car dominant), dan Tipe 4 (corridor); 3) alternatif solusi atas permasalahan khusus dimensi dan ketersediaan (tingkat pelayanan) trotoar yaitu dimensi trotoar yang berada di zona B belum ideal, sedangkan trotoar pada zona A sudah cukup tersedia. Kata kunci: Pedestrian, Trotoar, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure of the Building Information Modeling (DPIB) Skills Competency Vocational School in Bekasi City and Regency in terms of Permendikbud No. 34 of 2018 and the Vocational Practice Exam Vocational School Verification Instrument issued by the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). This research is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. Research data collection through observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis used was descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that the feasibility level of the facilities and infrastructure of the DPIB Skills Competency Vocational School in Bekasi City in this case is SMK Negeri 6 Bekasi City, namely for the feasibility of class room facilities and the feasibility of practical room facilities with very feasible categories, for the availability of classroom facilities, feasibility of infrastructure. Classrooms and the availability of practical room facilities are categorized as feasible, while the feasibility of practice room infrastructure is categorized as less feasible. The feasibility level of the DPIB Skills Competency Vocational School in Bekasi Regency, in this case SMK Negeri 1 Cikarang Barat, is the feasibility of class room facilities and the feasibility of practice room facilities is categorized as very feasible, for the availability of classroom facilities, the availability of practice room facilities and the feasibility of practice room infrastructure are categorized as feasible. , while the feasibility of practice room infrastructure is categorized as less feasible.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of graduate user satisfaction with the performance graduates of the PTB FT UNJ Study Program in the non-educational field (construction services). This research was conducted in March to July 2019. This research was conducted to graduates of the PTB FT UNJ Study Program, the research method used was descriptive quantitative method, data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires to graduate users. The population in this research were 70 companies that became workplaces of 127 graduates working in the non-educational field. The sample in this research was 28 companies which were the workplaces of 37 graduates as engineers, estimators, and quantity surveyors assessed by 62 respondents both direct, indirect, and work partners of graduates. The results obtained from this research that the satisfaction of graduates in the ethical aspects of high, satisfaction in the aspect of expertise in the field of science is classified as moderate / sufficient, satisfaction in aspects of English proficiency is low / less, satisfaction of graduates in the aspects of technology & information is high, satisfaction in the aspect of communication ability classified as low / lacking, satisfaction in the aspect of teamwork is high and graduate user satisfaction in the aspect of self-development is classified as moderate / sufficient.

Abstract

The Objective of this study to determine the relevance of vocational high schools (SMK) graduates especially in drawing technique building (TGB) with competence is needed in the world of work. This research was conducted in the state vocational high schools (SMKN) in Jakarta who organized a program of TGB, they are SMKN 26, SMKN 35, SMKN 52, and SMKN 56, Jakarta, and in several companies of construction industry. The sample in this research a number of 40 people, they were graduated in 2010 and 2011. The research taken using a purposive sample techniques. There are three instrument used. First, instrument competence graduates who votes by The Chairman of the TGB programs. This instrument is basic competence of curriculum (KTSP) SMK of TGB. Second, instrument competence required in the work hosted by graduates SMK of TGB by self assessment. Third, instrument competence required in the work hosted by manager to judge ability graduates SMK of TGB. Based on the research can be concluded that graduates SMK of TGB is competent in drawing, using software, and softskill. But in terms of counting, ability graduates SMK of TGB still low.

Abstract

Mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik di tingkat SMK selama ini menjadi momok bagi para peserta didik. Sikap siswa terhadap pelajaran mata pelajaran Teknikika negatif. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa, yaitu dengan mengembangkan media atau desain pembelajaran. Pengembangan pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, dan Menyenangkan (PAIKEM). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru SMK Teknik Bangunan se-Jabodetabek untuk menerapkan PAIKEM pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik. Mitra Kegiatan ini adalah SMKN 6 Kota Bekasi. Yang diikuti peserta adalah guru-guru yang berasal dari SMKN 1 Cikarang Barat, SMKN 3 Depok, SMKN 1 Cibinong, SMKN 1 Karawang, SMKN 1 Jakarta, SMKN 4 Jakarta, SMKN 26 Jakarta, SMKN 35 Jakarta, SMKN 52 Jakarta, SMKN 56 Jakarta, dan SMKN 58 Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, 82,4% peserta memiliki ide penerapan PAIKEM pada mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik. Para peserta dapat menerapkan ide-ide PAIKEM pada pembelajaran di sekolah masing-masing agar mata pelajaran Mekanika Teknik tidak lagi memiliki imajinasi yang negatif.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of edmodos e-learning as supporting learning in the Plumbing Theory course in Vocational Education of Building Construction students. The research was conducted as the application of blended learning that carried out in an integrated manner at the Faculty of Engineering in 2019. The research method used the Quasy Experiment Method. Data collection techniques used were using multiple choice tests and questionnaires. The results of the research showed that Edmodo has been proven effective improve student learning outcomes of participants in the Plumbing Theory course. The post test results showed a significant increase after students were given treatment in the form of Edmodo utilization compared to the pre-test results that had not been given treatment. Edmodo has been proven to increase the learning motivation of students in the plumbing theory course. Edmodo has an advantage in its ease of access. Students participating in the Plumbing Theory courses access Edmodo with high intensity because it utilizes Edmodo in learning. The biggest obstacle experienced by students in accessing Edmodo is the internet network that does not support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berbasis e-modul pada matakuliah Fisika Dasar di Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan Universitas Negeri Jakarta, untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran, baik di dalam kelas maupun secara mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April 2020 - Agustus 2020. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan 4D. Model pengembangan 4D terdiri dari empat tahap: Define, Design, Development, dan Disseminate. Pengumpulan data melalui angket analisis kebutuhan, validasi bahan ajar oleh para ahli, dan menilai pengguna bahan ajar. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk bahan ajar berupa e-modul yang terdiridari 7 (tujuh) materi. Penilaian oleh ahli media diperoleh data pada persentase validitas e-modul 90%, termasuk kategori sangat layak. Penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh persentase rata-rata data validitas e-modul sebesar 82% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil penilaian pengguna produk memperoleh nilai 4,24 dan kategori sangat baik, dan hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor peserta sebesar 39% setelah menggunakan e-modul.

Abstract

Students of the Building Engineering Education (PTB) study program, as prospective teachers of the Construction and Property Engineering Vocational School (TKP), need to master physics subject matter extensively and deeply. Hopefully, when they become teachers, vocational students can be interested in physics subjects. This study aims to produce an e-module for introductory physics courses for prospective TKP SMK teachers. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and uses the 4D development model, which consists of four main stages: Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. Feasibility assessment by media experts obtained a percentage of the validity of the e-module by 90% and included in the very feasible category in terms of media. The feasibility assessment by material experts obtained an average percentage of e-module validity data that is 82%, and it falls into the very feasible category in terms of material. The limited trial results showed that the mean score of participants during the pre-test was 64, and there was an increase to 89 after following the post-test. The results of the product user assessment obtained a value of 84.8 in the very feasible category. The results of validation tests and user responses concluded that the e-module for introductory physics courses is very suitable for teaching material for PTB students, prospective TKP vocational teachers.
