Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style on Performance, the influence of Loyalty on Performance and determine the influence of Leadership Style and Loyalty simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. LAPI Laboratories. The research method used is quantitative associative. The population in this study were 75 employees and using a non-probability sampling method, namely the saturated sample, the sample obtained was 75 respondents. The results showed that leadership style had no effect on performance, it could be seen from the calculation of tcount = 0.909 <ttable = 1.666. Loyalty has a significant effect, it can be seen from the calculation of tcount = 2,594 > ttable = 1,666. Leadership Style and Loyalty have a simultaneous effect on performance as shown by the results of the calculation Fcount > Ftable, namely 3.809 > 2.16. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.096, this means that the variables of Leadership Style and Loyalty affect 9.6% of performance. The conclusion is that there is a simultaneous influence of Leadership Style and Loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. LAPI Laboratories

Abstract

Based on Law Number 12 of 2012 concerning Community Service which means that community service is one of the activities of the academic community by utilizing science and technology to educate the nation's life and improve the welfare of the community. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education are the three main pillars that become one of the components in achieving the vision and mission of each university. The Tridharma of Higher Education consists of Education and Teaching, Research, and Community Service. Every lecturer in higher education is obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The implementation method of Community Service (PkM) activities currently focuses more on the implementation of the Work Program that has been systematically prepared. It is carried out by KKM Group 15 Students and Field Supervisors by going directly to the field to visit the community and the data sources needed for questioning through direct interviews both personally and organizationally or data sources obtained through the village office or sub-district office. The conclusion provides an understanding of health and a healthy lifestyle. provide a wider contribution to the community through mentoring MSMEs and the creative economy in terms of developing promotions and online marketing so that income. the creation of Information Technology which has created a village website in order to facilitate information for village officials as well as for the surrounding community

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance in Krakatau Steel Primary Cooperative Employees partially and simultaneously. This study uses quantitative research with a survey method that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as a means of collecting primary data with a Likert scale. This study uses a multiple correlation model which is included in correlation research to determine the level of relationship / influence between two or more variables. The population in this study were all 60 employees. The results of the research hypothesis testing Compensation on Employee Performance obtained tcount > ttable (4.030 > 2.002) and a significant value of α (0.00 <0.05). Work motivation on employee performance obtained tcount > ttable (2.761 > 2.002) and a significant value of α (0.008 <0.05). Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance obtained Fcount > Ftable or 12.205 > 3.16 and a significant value of α (0.00 <0.05). The conclusion from this study is that there is an effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The aim in writing this research was to determine the effect both partially and simultaneously between work life balance and organizational commitment on employee performance at the Tangerang Regency Environmental and Sanitation Service. The method used is descriptive analytic method with a quantitative approach with a sample of 53 respondents from 113 employees as a population. The results obtained partially for the work life balance variable are known to be -tcount < -ttable, namely (-2.084 < -2.008), so that it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, as well as for the organizational commitment variable, it is known that the value is tcount > ttable, namely 11.703 > 2.008, so it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The same thing also happens simultaneously to both variables, it is known that the value of Fcount > Ftable (79.502 > 3.18), and it can be explained that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were that, partially or simultaneously, work life balance and organizational commitment had an effect on employee performance at the Tangerang District Environmental and Sanitation Service

Abstract

The implementation method for community service activities (PkM) currently focuses more on implementing work programs that have been systematically arranged. Carried out by KKM Group 75 Students and Field Supervisors and Associate Lecturers by going directly to the field to visit the community and data sources needed for questioning through direct interviews both personally and organizationally or data sources obtained through the sub-district office or office subdistrict. The data in this activity comes from primary and secondary data. The primary data is Bina Bangsa University Student Work Class students, namely group of 75 students consisting of 14 members plus one Field Supervisor (DPL) and three Associate Lecturers. The series of activities that have been carried out by the 75 group Student Work Lecture participants are concentrated in several work programs that have been determined by the Bina Bangsa University College. The conclusion is to provide opportunities for students to be able to transform their knowledge to the community in terms of understanding hygiene, health and a healthy lifestyle. make a wider contribution to society through MSME assistance and the creative economy in terms of developing online promotions and marketing so that income can increase, and collaboration between lecturers and students in community service can overcome problems faced by the community
