Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu usaha atau organisasi yang memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat umum antara lain adalah Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. Layanan ini meliputi penginapan, pengiriman makanan dan minuman, layanan kamar, ruang pertemuan, dan banyak lagi. Lokasi cabang Hotel Anggraeni dapat ditemukan di Tanjung, Bumiayu, Keuntungan, dan Jatibarang, di antara tempat-tempat lain di Kabupaten Brebes. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi dan pengembangan karir dengan kinerja karyawan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam jenis penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel Anggraeni Tanjung dan Jatibarang dengan jumlah sampel 32 orang. Mendistribusikan survei kepada responden secara langsung atau menggunakan formulir Google adalah cara pengumpulan data. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Signifikansi pengaruh x1 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 8,399 menurut t-tabel 2,042. 2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh besar dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diketahui tingkat signifikansi pengaruh x2 terhadap Y adalah 0,000 0,05 dan t-hitung sebesar 4,495. Kompensasi dan peningkatan karir berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan (lihat FTabel 3.32). Diketahui nilai hitung F sebesar 36,237 dan nilai signifikansi pengaruh kompensasi dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan secara bersamaan adalah 0,000 0,05, dalam F tabel 3.32. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir dan Kinerja Karyawan Abstract One of the businesses or organizations that provide services to the general public is the Hotel Anggraeni Brebes. These services include lodging, food and beverage delivery, room service, meeting rooms, and more. Hotel Anggraeni branch locations can be found in Tanjung, Bumiayu, Profit, and Jatibarang, among other places in Brebes Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between compensation and career development with employee performance. Quantitative methods are used in this type of research. The subjects of this study were employees of the Anggraeni Tanjung and Jatibarang hotels with a total sample of 32 people. Distributing surveys to respondents directly or using Google forms are ways of collecting data. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1) Compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The significance of the effect of x1 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and the t-count is 8.399 according to the t-table 2.042. 2) Career development has a large and positive effect on employee performance. It is known that the level of significance of the effect of x2 on Y is 0.000 0.05 and t-count is 4.495. Compensation and career advancement have a significant and positive effect on employee performance (see FTable 3.32). It is known that the calculated F value is 36,237 and the significance value of the effect of compensation and career development on employee performance simultaneously is 0.000 0.05, in F table 3.32. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of productional costs and selling on nett income at Rocket Chicken Brebes in year 2018. This research uses secondary data. The population in this study is the annual financial report in period 2018 at Rocket Chicken Brebes. The Samples are 48 data. The Hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis. The Data analysis uses SPSS 16.0. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the production cost has a significant effect on nett income partially, 2) the selling has a significantly effect on nett income partially and 3) the production costs and sellings have a significant effect on nett income simultaneously.

Abstract

The company increases every year, this has an impact on corporate competition, one of them on companies in the service sector. Therefore, companies are racing to increase profit as much as possible. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of: sales volume on net income, operating cost on net income, room price on net income and sales volume, operating cost and room price on net incomet. The population in this study is the 2017-2018 annual financial statements. Sample selection uses a purposive sampling technique of 120 samples. The data uses are secondary data from the Grand Dian Hotel Brebes financial report for 2017-2018. Hypothesis testing uses SPSS. The theoretical basis uses is the theory of earning, sales volume, operating cost and price. The result show that: the sales volume has a significant effect on net income partially, operating cost has a significant effect on net income partially, the room price has a significant effect on net income partially, sales volume, operating cost and room price have a significant effect on net income simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) Influence of Current Ratio to Price Stock, (2) Effect of Net Profit Margin on Stock Price, (3) Influence of Return on Assets to Stock Price, (4) Influence of Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return On Assets jointly to Share Price Listed Companies in BEI Period 2012 - 2016. Population in this research is Index LQ45 company which listed in BEI period 2012 - 2016. Sample in this study amounted to 26 companies. Data analysis techniques used is a simple linear regression analysis technique and multiple linear regression analysis. Before the data analysis is done, firstly conducted testing requirements analysis include Test Normality, Linearitas, Multikolinearitas, Autokorelasi, and Heteroskedastisitas. The result of research are: (1) There is negative influence and not significant Current Ratio against Stock Price, (2) There is a positive and significant influence of Net Profit Margin to Stock Price, (3) There is a positive influence and significant Return On Asset on Stock Price, (4) Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin and Return On Asset together have significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

In search of a good workforce is very not easy, especially in maintaining existing ones. Therefore, the company should prioritize employees who are skilled and have good performance. This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Central Statistical Agency (BPS) Brebes. The study used primary data, a population of 35 employees and samples of 35 respondents. Hypothesis testing used multiple linear regression analyses using SPSS 16 applications. The results showed: partial work motivation has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central statistical Body (BPS) Brebes, the working environment partially influential to the performance of officers in the central body Brebes (BPS) statistics, partial work discipline has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the Central Statistical Board (BPS) of Brebes, and work motivation, work environment and working discipline simultaneously there are influences that to the performance of employees at the Brebes BPS.

Abstract

The abstracts of human resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization’s life, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent human resources they have. Efforts to improve several factors namely leadearship style, and organizatonal bidya on employee performance. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on PO Dedy Jaya Brebes.The purpose of this study is to explain or explain the final project with the title influence of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance on the PO Dedy Jaya Brebes, This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 50 employees of PO Dedy Jaya Brebes. The determination of the sampel in this study was using the simple random simple random sampling method. Data collection tools in this study are primary data, secondary data, questionnaires, and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, of linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS.

Abstract

Human Resources have a very important position in running the wheels of the organization, the success of an organization will not be separated from how competent its human resources are. Efforts to improve employee performance include paying attention to several factors, namely the work environment, work motivation and work discipline. In this study, researchers had the opportunity to carry out research on CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. This type of research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were 40 employees of CV Dian Ayu Setiabudi. Determination of the sample in this study, using a simple random sampling method (random sampling). Data collection tools in this study were primary data, secondary data, questionnaires and interviews. The analytical method used is quantitative data analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis, with the help of SPSS 17. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, work motivation and work discipline have an effect simultaneously on employee performance such as which is shown by the significance level of F <α (0.000 <0.05) and Adjusted R-Square of 0.467. This means that the contribution of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline is 46.7% while the remaining 53.3%. Partially, the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.083, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.001, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.968.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of local tax revenues and regional levies on local revenues in Brebes Regency. This study used 60 samples of reports on the realization of local taxes, regional levies and original regional income, each of which consisted of January-December 2015 - 2019 at the Brebes Regency BPPKAD agency. Samples were selected using the judgement sampling method. The data type used is secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The variables used in this study are local taxes and regional levies as independent variables, local original income as dependent variables. The results of this study showed that the results of the t test obtained t-count 18,437 > t-table 2,002 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 that partially the local tax had a significant effect on the original income of the area, the results of the t test were obtained t-count 3.058 > t-table 2.002 and Sig. t 0.003 < 0.05 that partially the regional levy had a significant effect on the original income of the county, and the test results of the F test, the F value calculated 414.542 > F table 3.16 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05 that simultaneously the local tax and local levies have a significant effect on local revenues.

Abstract

This study has the main objective, namely to find out how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Primkoppabri branch of Brebes. This research uses quantitative research with the SPSS 22 analysis tool. The population used in this research is Primkoppabri employees, totaling 74 employees. The sample in this study uses a saturated sample where all the number of employees is used in the sample. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The results of the t test show that the job training variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (2.618 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.011 <0.05. The variable of work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a t count > t table (6.428 > 1.993) and a sig value of 0.00 <0.05. Then through the F test it is known that the variables of job training and work motivation simultaneously influence employee performance with F count > F table (84.066 > 2.50). Adjuster R square of 70.4% indicates that job training and work motivation variables affect employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada coffee shop yang ada di daerah kersana. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan membagikan kuesioner/angket tertutup kepada 42 responden. Populasi yang digunakan di penelitian ini yaitu karyawan coffee shop yang ada di wilayah kersana. metode analisis data yaitu menggunakan uji regresi analisis berganda dengan menggunakan alat spss. Hasil uji regresi analisis berganda menunjukan bahwa uji t (parsial) variabel motivasi kerja di coffee shop di kersana tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yaitu ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung ttabel yaitu 1,371 2,022 dengan signifikansi 0,178 dan variabel kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yaitu ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung ttabel yaitu 2,395 2,022 dengan signifikansi 0,022 secara simultan variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai Fhitung Ftabel yaitu 8.924  3,238 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001. Kemudian pada uji R2 bahwa pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja (X1), kompensasi (X2) dan kinerja karyawan (Y) secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 31,4%. Sedangkan sisanya 68,6% dijelaskan atau dipengaruhi oleh variabel/faktor-faktor lain yang tidak disertakan dalam penelitian ini.
