Abstract

Penentuan penerimaan bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya (BSPS) yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Nias Selatan masih menggunakan random sampling  sehingga penentuannya seringkali tidak objektif. Penulis mengusulkan metode pemilihan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusandengan metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) dan TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution).  Metode AHP dan TOPSIS merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dengan menerapkan bobot nilai pada setiap kriterianya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk  mempermudah Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Nias Selatan dan fasilitator dalam menentukan penerima bantuan rumah layak huni secara objektif. Metode AHP dan TOPSIS diaplikasikan dengan menyesuaikan hasil obeservasi dan kebutuhan Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kabupaten Nias Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan metode AHP dan TOPSIS pada sistem pendukung keputusan  penentuan penerima bantuan stimulan perumahan swadaya di dinas perumahan rakyat dan kawasan pemukiman Kabupaten Nias Selatan dengan nilai rata-rata 91,01%. Determination of the acceptance of self-help housing stimulant assistance (BSPS) carried out by the public housing and settlement areas of South Nias regency still uses random sampling so that the determination is often not objective. The authors propose a selection method using Decision Support System (DSS) with AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method.  AHP and TOPSIS methods a multi-criteria decision-making method by applying a weighted value to each criterion. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for the Head of the Department of Public Housing and Settlement Areas of South Nias Regency and facilitators in determining the recipients of housing assistance objectively. The AHP and Topsis methods are applied by adjusting on the results of observations and the needs of the Public Housing and Residential Areas of South Nias Regency. The results of this study indicate the application of the AHP and TOPSIS methods to the decision support system for determining the recipients of self-help housing stimulant assistance in the public housing service and residential areas of South Nias Regency with an average value of 91.01%.

Abstract

Pandemi covid19 setelah mengubah cara cara hidup termasuk dalam pelaksanaan perkuliahan, khusus di STIE Nias Selatan tersendiri yang tadinya perkulihan dilakukan secara tatap muka diubah menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ) atau Daring. Penelitian ini menganalisis aplikasi yang paling banyak digunakan selama pembelajaran daring. Dalam pembelajaran daring sendiri banyak aplikasi yang digunakan dengan memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan seperti aplikasi zoom metting, whasapp, telegram, google class room dan lainya. Selama pembelajaran daring di STIE Nias Selatan secara umum terlaksana dengan baik dan bisa diikuti baik oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa dengan didukung oleh prasarana daring seperti handphone, pulsa, data kuota, jaringan wifi, dan jaringan internet yang stabil.

Abstract

Data presentation techniques are critical in the development of information technology for processing data and producing information. One of the factors to consider while making judgments is the process of converting data into information. Google Data Studio can be used to turn data into information about changes in a data variable over a specific time period. This visual data can be examined and shown in the form of visual graphs and diagrams, for example, data on tourist and foreign visits to an area. This study includes data on local and foreign tourist visits to East Nusa Tenggara in terms of the number of tourists staying at Bintang Hotels from 2019 to 2022. According to the study's findings, the number of tourists visiting star hotels increased and decreased dramatically between 2019 and 2022. In 2019, for example, the largest number of domestic guests was 375,506 people, while the highest number of overseas guests was 43,094 people. Domestic visitors visited 221,884 persons in 2020, while overseas visitors visited 8,420 people. Domestic visitors will increase slightly to 322,024 in 2021, while overseas visitors will fall to 6,095 in 2021. There were 115,839 local guests and 3,201 overseas guests from 2022 to April.

Abstract

Problems that arise when acquiring equipment and pharmaceuticals include procurement delays caused by waiting for genuine data from the storage area, as well as surplus stock of various types of drugs. This is due to the fact that administrative documents are still kept in the traditional manner. In this article, we provide forecasting tool and medicine stock based on the demand ratio in order to overcome stock delays and surplus stock. Because of the needs (in the month of forecasting carried out and the amount of data held), single exponential smoothing with alpha 0.1 is utilized. The prediction findings are also considered accurate because the forecasting smoothing computation with an average error value of MAD (21,4), MSE (710,4), and MAPE (7%) was assessed as very good.

Abstract

Memasuki era Big Data, pihak yang mampu mengolah dan memanfaatkan data-data yang bervolume besar, cepat berubah, variatif, dan kompleks, dapat mengambil keuntungan yang besar. Mengacu pada manfaat besar yang dapat ditawarkan oleh teknologi Big Data, menarik untuk melihat sejauh mana Teknologi Big Data sudah dimanfaatkan di Indonesia, khususnya di lembaga pemerintahan maupun lembaga swasta, dan tantangan apa saja yang muncul dalam penerapannya.. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui teknik studi literatur. penulis melakukan pencarian dan mempelajari beberapa referensi seperti buku, jurnal maupun artikel ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Selanjutnya akan dipaparkan faktor-faktor yang memicu perkembangan pesatnya, klasifikasi data yang terdapat dalam Big Data, serta tahapan untuk mengelolanya.

Abstract

Layanan cloud computing dihadirkan sebagai upaya untuk memungkinkan akses sumber daya dan aplikasi dari mana saja melalui jaringan Internet di era digital. Pada penulisan ini untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai cloud computing, review mengenai cloud computing terbagi menjadi 3 bagian yaitu karakteristik cloud computing, model layanan cloud computing dan model implementasi cloud computing. Karakteristik cloud computing terdiri dari on-demand self service, broad network access, resource pooling, rapid elasticity ,dan measured service. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara deduktif, dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji layanan cloud computing secara umum kemudian dilakukan pengkajian khusus mengenai perkembangan di berbagi bidang. Setelah dilakukan kajian deduktif maka peneliti akan mengidentifikasi permasalahan dan melakukan studi literatur terkait topik penelitian. Model layanan cloud computing melakukan terdiri dari software as a service (saas), platform as a service (paas) dan infrastructure as a service (iaas). Sedangkan untuk model implementasi cloud computing terdiri dari public cloud, private cloud, hybrid cloud dan community cloud. Pembahasan mengenai beberapa pendapat dan penelitian terdahulu tentang teknologi cloud computing, selanjutnya ditinjau kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dapat ditimbulkan atas implementasi.

Abstract

Cloud computing is one of the hottest topics that exist today, in the era of the continuous development of information and communication technology. The emergence of cloud computing technology is an effort to access resources and applications from anywhere via the internet, with this being able to overcome the limitations in utilizing the previous ICT infrastructure. Cloud computing is defined as a convenient network access model to unify the configuration of computing resources such as networks, servers, storage media, applications, and services, and can be configured quickly with minimal administrative effort or interactively. The discussion begins with a description of some opinions or points of view from previous studies on cloud computing technology, then reviewing the possible advantages and disadvantages of implementing cloud computing. Then it ends with a conclusion whether cloud computing is an ICT solution and recommendations that users can consider when implementing cloud computing.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat, telah mengubah pola pekerjaan khususnya bagi aparat desa di desa Hilisaotoniha, kecamatan Telukdalam Kabupaten Nias Selatan.  Aparat Desa diharuskan untuk bisa beradaptasi khususnya dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan, dimana semua yang dikerjakan tidak lagi sifatnya manual atau menulis dengan tangan tetapi menggunakan komputer. Keterbatasan SDM khususnya dalam pengetahuan penggunaan komputer menjadi kendala bagi aparat desa, itu sebabnya inisiatif kepala desa mengadakan pelatihan komputer khususnya pembelajaran aplikasi microsoft office sangat dibutuhkan. Pengenalan aplikasi komputer merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam mendukung kegiatan operasional pemerintah desa, kebutuhan ini yang dulunya menjadi kebutuhan biasa sekarang di era digital menjadi kebutuhan primer. Keterbatasan penguasaan aplikasi komputer menjadikan dokumentasi dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan kertas dan ini sangat tidak efektif dalam mendokumentasikan berbagai kegiatan dan operasional pemerintahan desa. Dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan aparat desa dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi komputer sehingga bisa mendukung berbagai kegiatan dan pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The development of this technology makes humans design various tools that can support daily work, such as digital height measuring devices that can work automatically. XYZ Boutique is a clothing boutique located in the Tangerang Regency area. One of the innovations in the application of technology at the XYZ boutique is utilizing microcontroller technology to measure the height of visitors who come. The visitor's height data is used to determine the appropriate clothing model and determine the size and model of clothing. So, boutique employees can offer or recommend clothes according to height. The author uses 3 methods in data collection, namely observation of visits to XYZ boutiques, interviews with boutique owners and employees to find out the problems of tools and equipment needs and conducting journal literature studies related to research conducted by microcontrollers and Ultrasonic Sensors HC-SR04. The result of the research is that a series of automatic height measuring instruments with a microcontroller can be used as an innovation to replace manual height measuring instruments. The results of measuring the height of visitors who come to the boutique will automatically be displayed on the LCD, which can be used as a reference for boutique employee data to recommend clothes based on height grouping.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, where three tectonic plates meet. This makes Indonesia very vulnerable to natural disasters such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis. These natural phenomena occur very frequently, as evidenced by events such as those that have occurred on the island of Sumatra. This study aims to classify earthquake data in the Sumatra Islands based on hypocenter using the Naive Bayes Algorithm. The study uses earthquake datasets specifically from the Sumatra Islands, which are divided into training and testing data. The results of the study indicate that classification can be performed using the Naive Bayes Algorithm based on three categories, ranging from shallow earthquakes, moderate earthquakes, to deep earthquakes.
