Abstract

This research show about the use of internet as learning media to improving teaching competence at universities in Kota Medan. It is expains how the internet can be used as learning media on teaching and learning process when the class activities begin and improve teaching competence. The benefit of this research is expected to improve lecturers teaching competence based on the theoretical study of information technology-based learning media by internet-based website used at universities in Kota Medan. This research is descriptive qualitative where it will reveal facts and circumstances that occur at the time of lecturing activities conducted lecturer subjects in the faculty of economics at the universities in Kota Medan. The population of this research consists of three universities in Kota Medan consist of Univesitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, Universitas Negeri Medan and Universitas Harapan Medan with the object of research is the lecturer from the college which the population of 80 lecturers from 100 questionnaires that have been distributed. Based on the pedagogical results of the questionnaire of the teacher respondents, it was found that 83% of the teachers gave the teaching with good pedagogic results, while the competence for teachers for internet use as a learning media found that only 63% of 80 respondents who internet used as learning media.Keywords : Learning Media, Internet, Website, E-Learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Value Added Human capital, Value Added Capital Employed and Structural Capital Value Added on Return On Assets in plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the samples that met the criteria for sampling were observations carried out for five years and as many as six plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research approach uses associative research. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the independent variables in this study had a simultaneous effect on Return On Assets. Meanwhile, partial testing proves that the variables of Value Added Human capital and Value Added Capital employed have a significant effect on Return on Assets, while partially proves that the Structural Capital Value Added variable has no significant effect on Return on Assets in plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di kelas selalu menerapkan sistem pembelajaran yang terpusat dimana mahasiswa selalu mengharapkan sumber dari pengajar saja, sedangkan mahasiswa dalam hal ini tidak terlalu aktif di kelas disebabkan karena keterbatasan waktu yang ada di kelas. Sehingga kegiatan belajar tidak kreatif karena mahasiswa tidak dituntut untuk mandiri dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Melalui pemanfaatan bahan ajar berbasis E-learningdiharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan kegiatan pembelajaran. Moodle merupakan singkatan darimodular object-oriented dynamic learning environment. aplikasi ini dibangun untuk kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan memanfaatkan jaringan internet melalui situs web dan menggunakan prinsip sosial constructionist pedagogy dimana dapat membantu pengajar didalam proses pembelajaran dari segala sudut pandang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu jumlah populasi sama dengan jumlah sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview serta dokumentasi. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah adanya interaksi antara dosen dan mahasiswa di dalam proses pembelajaran, selain itu e-learningjuga berfungsi sebagai forum diskusi antara dosen dan mahasiswa, dan juga dapat digunakan sebagai kuis online, sehingga semua kegiatan proses pembelajaran menjadi sangat efektif.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel  (4,790 > 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh thitung > ttabel (5,554< 1,98447) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan Promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car. Hasil uji F diatas diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar (16,217 > 3.09) hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh Kualitas pelayanan dan Promosi terhadap Kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan jasa grab car.

Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the effect of price, product quality, and store atmosphere on consumer loyalty to Ompu Gende Coffee. This research is associative quantitative research, namely research to examine the effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study was 80 consumers of Ompu Gende Coffee. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. But in practice, the data processing of this research is not processed manually, but using the statistical software package social for sciences (SPSS26) with multiple analysis techniques, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality, and store atmosphere on consumer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to see how the people of Medan complied during the Covid-19 pandemic in fulfilling their tax obligations. In terms of tax compliance, the author assesses the aspect of awareness and also the services provided by the Medan City Government. This study took samples from the Medan City Primary Tax Service Office with a total sample of 100 people. By using the Multiple Linear Regression data analysis technique. The results of the study found that taxpayer awareness has an effect on tax compliance and services affect tax compliance. Simultaneous testing produces awareness results and also services have a simultaneous effect on compliance with paying taxes during the covid 19 pandemic in Medan City.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan ekonomi merupakan upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui kegiatan-kegiatan peningkatan kapasitas dan kemandirian dengan melibatkan masyarakat untuk mewujdukan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada merupakan bentuk pemberdayaan berbasis potensi lokal yang sangat mendukung pengembangan masyarakat. Pengelolaan sumber daya alam yang baik mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat timbang lawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pemanfaatan sumberdaya alam di desa timbang lawan Kabupaten langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftip dan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat desa timbang lawan.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat metode penelitian wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Untuk menentukan sampel, menggunakan teknik Purpose Sampling.Adapun sampel penulis mengambil dari Masyarakat pembuat lidi sawit

Abstract

Quality human resources in the implementation of education, of course, will make it easier for schools to achieve the goals set, one of which is to improve school performance. While the specific objectives are to identify Accountability, Competence, Accounting Information Systems, and mformulateModel of Private School Performance Improvement in Medan City. This research is a basic research (basic research). The first activity, is to identify the Private School Performance Improvement Model in Medan City. The second activity is compiling a Model for Improving the Performance of Private Schools in the City of Medan. To obtain certain data such as to find out the problems faced, the method of focus group discussion (focus group discussion) is used. The population in this study are those who play a role in improving school performance involving the school, namely the principal and school treasurer, who are in Private Upper Middle School in Medan City. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used in this study is the SPSS method.
