Abstract

Many cases of this mysterious pneumonia infection are indeed found in these animal markets. The Corona virus or COVID-19 is thought to be carried by bats and other animals that are eaten by humans until transmission occurs. Coronavirus is actually no stranger to the world of animal health, but only a few types are capable of infecting humans and causing pneumonia. Before the COVID-19 outbreak, the world was excited about SARS and MERS, which are also related to the Corona virus. With this background, the Corona virus is not only this time making citizens of the world panic. Having the same flu-like symptoms, the Corona virus develops rapidly, resulting in more severe infections and organ failure.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan kawasan andalan di Jawa Tengah diharapkan dapat memberikan impas positif bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah sekitar atau daerah dibelakangnya (hinterland), melalui pembudayaan sektor atau subsektor basis sebagai penggerak perekonomian daerah dan keterkaitan ekonomi antar daerah. Tujuan utama kawasan andalan adalah dapat mempercepat pembangunan nasional. Kota Salatiga yang merupakan salah satu tujuan pengabdian dan penelitian ini berdasarkan letaknya memiliki lokasi yang strategis.

Abstract

This activity is a community service activity in the context of implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education, for postgraduate lecturers at STIEPARI Semarang. The implementation was in March 2023, the location of the activity was the Kuwu tourism village, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java. The purpose of the activity is to introduce the community to the development of Kuwu Village tourism based on Local Tourism Potential. This activity is not only an effort to improve the ability of tourism village management but also as a means of introducing the basics of tourism village development, because Kuwu village although it has had a decree as a pilot tourism village since 2009, but there are no real activities in the village. The implementation technique is direct socialization, to people who have local potential home industry businesses such as Ayam Pencok, and various flavors of meatballs, and crispy chicken, PAU. The system of delivering socialization material uses direct in the field (visits to residents who have a business and continued with a question and answer discussion.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of the work environment and work stress on employees' turnover intention. A good work environment and minimal work stress are important factors in keeping employees in the organization. Data was collected from 60 respondents using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) research method. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has an insignificant influence on the intention to leave, while work stress has a significant influence. This shows that managing work stress is crucial for organizations to retain employees. The practical implication of these findings is the importance for organizations to identify and reduce factors that can cause work stress, thereby improving employee well-being and overall organizational performance.
