Abstract

jalanan wisata ke suatu objek wisata. Dalam memilih rekomendasi objek wisata terdapat beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi, di antaranya adalah adanya kondisi ketersediaan fasilitas-fasilitas yang mendukung dari suatu objek wisata. Di berbagai objek wisata terdapat beberapa ketersediaan fasilitas dijadikan referensi pembanding untuk pemilihan objek wisata bagi calon wisatawan baru. Proses perbandingan fasilitas objek wisata dapat dipecahkan dengan cara menghitung jarak ketersediaan fasilitas antara objek wisata satu dengan lainnya. Perhitungan jarak kedekatan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang termasuk dalam K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), sehingga penyelesaiannya membutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK).

Abstract

Consumers who are increasingly critical of global issues are primarily concerned with the environment, encouraging producers to market environmentally-based products. one of them through the use of the label "back to nature" in the cosmetics industry. Changing this environment-based marketing concept, requires the right marketing strategy to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. Retained customers will be happy to reveal positive things and provide recommendations about the product to others (word of mouth). This research was conducted on consumer in denpasar city by using data of number of consultant oriflame counted 100 people.  Data were analyzed by path analysis technique, where validity and reliability were tested in the early stages of testing. The result of analysis shows that satisfaction and word of mouth have significant influence to consumer loyalty on oriflame brand green product.The results of this study recommend the formulation of environment-based product marketing strategy so that it can win the competition is increasingly tight and competitive.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in Indonesia, from basic education to university levels, must be carried out online. The main problem experienced by teachers in online teaching and learning activities is the lack of mastery of technology by teachers. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct mentoring and training programs to improve the ability of teachers to use technology to support online teaching and learning activities. For this reason, in this community service activity, training has been carried out which aims to provide knowledge to teachers to improve teacher competence using information technology. The method of implementing activities is through counseling and training. Activities have been evaluated using a questionnaire, the results achieved are 90.77% of teachers can use information technology to support online teaching and learning activities. BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRACT: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 kegiatan belajar mengajar di Indonesia, mulai dari tingkat pendidikan dasar hingga perguruan tinggi harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Permasalahan utama yang dialami oleh guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar daring adalah kurangnya penguasaan teknologi oleh guru. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan program pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam menggunakan teknologi guna mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar daring. Untuk itu, pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini telah dilakukan pelatihan yang bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan kepada guru-guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Kegiatan telah dievaluasi dengan menggunakan kuesioner, hasil yang dicapai adalah 90.77% guru dapat menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung kegiatan belajar mengajar daring.

Abstract

Gizi pada balita dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosioekonomi dan latar belakang sosial budaya yang berhubungan dengan pola makan dan nutrisi. Nutrisi yang tidak adekuat dalam lima tahun pertama kehidupan berakibat pada gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik, mental dan otak yang bersifat irreversible. Ukuran keberhasilan dalam pemenuhan nutrisi adalah status gizi. Status gizi balita mencerminkan tingkat perkembangan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam suatu negara serta berhubungan dengan status kesehatan anak di masa depan. Pencatatan status gizi pada Banjar Titih telah dilakukan setiap bulan oleh petugas dengan mencatat status gizi secara langsung dengan metode antropometri yakni mencatat berat badan dan umur balita pada KMS (Kartu Menuju Sehat). Selain itu ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi status gizi balita yaitu konsumsi makanan dari balita serta pengaruh faktor ekologi dari tempat tinggal orang tua yang belum tercatat oleh petugas. Dari beberapa penelitian yang telah dilakukan tersebut maka diusulkan sebuah analisa dalam pengelompokan status gizi yang ada pada Banjar Titih menggunakan metode K-Means. K-Means merupakan salah satu metode clustering/pengelompokan non hirarki. Teknik pengelompokkan datanya sederhana dan cepat. Sehingga dengan menggunakan metode K-Means dapat memberikan informasi kelompok cluster status gizi balita pada Banjar Titih.

Abstract

Increased human awareness of the importance of preserving natural resources has made many producers of various types of products begin to switch to using materials that do not damage the environment or known as green products. This change in the concept of marketing based on the environment requires the right marketing strategy to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. Retained customers will be happy to express positive things and provide recommendations about products to others (Word of Mouth). This research was conducted on consumers in the city of Denpasar by using data from the number of Oriflame consultants as many as 100 people. Data were analyzed by path analysis techniques, where the validity and reliability tests were carried out in the initial stages of testing. The results of the analysis show that satisfaction and word of mouth have a significant effect on consumer loyalty on the Oriflame brand green product. Word of Mouth also plays a role in mediating the effect of satisfaction on consumer loyalty on the Oriflame brand green product. For this reason, to encourage positive word of mouth from consumers, the combination of product quality and good service quality will encourage customer satisfaction which ultimately leads to an increase in customer loyalty.

Abstract

The government to provide the excellent public service performance must supported by existing resources. Human factors or man power are an important part of an organization, where talented, qualified human resources are needed, willing to cooperate with teams and have high spirit. Work spirit is needed in every employee cooperation effort to achieve organizational goals, because with the work spirit will result in high performance for the organization. Besides that, employee performance is also determined by the work environment both physical and non-physical. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and work spirit on the performance of employees at the Tabanan District Health Office. Research uses Path Analysis as a method of data analysis, where data collection is done by observation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. As the initial stage of the analysis, a validity and reliability test will be carried out on the research instrument. The results showed that the work environment and work spirit had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tabanan District Health Office. Where the work spirit variable acts as an mediation variable in the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Tabanan District Health Office.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pemerintah Kecamatan Petang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam pengelolaan data desa yang dapat diakses melalui website https://petang.badungkab.go.id. Meskipun penerapan teknologi informasi telah dilakukan, pengelolaan data desa masih belum optimal. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya pengetahuan perangkat kecamatan dalam pengelolaan website yang dimiliki. Permasalahan lain yang dihadapi oleh pemerintah Kecamatan Petang adalah kesulitan dalam mendapatkan data valid dan up to date yang bersumber dari desa di Kecamatan Petang. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk membantu pemerintah Kecamatan Petang dalam mengotomatisasi pengelolaan data yang bersumber dari desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan dua pendekatan yaitu penyelesaian masalah dan peran serta. Dengan metode ini, Tim Pengabdian memberikan penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi pemerintah Kecamatan Petang melalui (1) instalasi dan konfigurasi website kecamatan dengan OpenDK, (2) pelatihan pengelolaan website kecamatan dengan OpenDK, dan (3) integrasi data desa ke OpenDK. Pemerintah kecamatan Petang sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini ikut berperan serta aktif dalam seluruh program. Hasil yang diperoleh pada kegiatan ini adalah (1) pemerintah Kecamatan Petang memiliki OpenDK sebagai sistem pengelolaan data desa, (2) rata-rata sebanyak 78.57% peserta memahami pengelolaan website kecamatan dengan OpenDK, dan (3) pemerintah Kecamatan Petang telah memahami bagaimana mengoperasikan OpenDK untuk menampilkan dashboard hasil integrasi data desa dan OpenDK. Kata Kunci: data desa, Kecamatan Petang, OpenDK, website [English]: Petang sub-district has been implementing information technology in managing village data which can be accessed through the website https://petang.badungkab.go.id. Despite the fact, the data management is yet optimal. The obstacle faced is limited knowledge of the sub-district apparatus to manage the website. Another problem is the difficulty in obtaining valid and up-to-date data sourced from villages. The purpose of this community service program is to assist the Petang sub-district officers in automating the management of data. The method used in this program was Participatory Action Research (PAR) through two approaches, namely problem-solving and participation. In this method, the program team provides solutions to problems faced by Petang sub-district, including (1) installation and configuration of the website using OpenDK, (2) a website management training using OpenDK, and (3) integration of village data into OpenDK. Petang sub-district as a partner participated actively in all programs. The results obtained in this program are (1) the sub-district has OpenDK as a village data management system, (2)  78.57% of the participants understand the management of the sub-district website using OpenDK, and (3) the apparatus of Petang sub-district has understood how to operate OpenDK to display a dashboard of the integration of village data and OpenDK. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of management participation and user satisfaction on the effectiveness of using accounting information systems. This research was conducted in the LPD Sub-district of Ubud, using the observation method, interview method, the literature method, the documentation method, and the survey method by distributing questionnaires to LPD employees in the Sub-district of Ubud, with a population of 263 employees. Determination of the sample using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 87 employees. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that management participation and user satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of the use of accounting information systems in LPD in Ubud Gianyar, which means that the higher the management participation, the more effective the use of accounting information systems, vice versa and the higher the ability of satisfaction users will increase the effectiveness of using accounting information systems, and vice versa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of internal control and the obedience of accounting rules. This research was conducted in the LPD in Mengwi District, using the observation method, interview method, literature method, documentation method, and survey method by distributing questionnaires to LPD employees in Mengwi District. The research population was 310 employees. Determination of the sample using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling method. The research sample consisted of 76 employees. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the effectiveness of internal control and compliance with accounting rules had an effect on the tendency of accounting fraud in the LPD in Mengwi District, which means that the higher the effectiveness of internal control, the better the management of financial statements so as to reduce the tendency for accounting fraud and compliance High accounting rules will affect the management of financial statements, the better and in compliance with applicable rules, it can reduce the tendency of accounting fraud, and vice versa.
