Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Springate (S-Score) pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2020. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor ritel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 21 perusahaan ritel yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan menggunakan metode Multiple Discriminant Analysis (MDA) yaitu: memilih empat dari 19 rasio keuangan inti, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk membedakan apakah perusahaan tergolong bangkrut atau tidak. Springate mengemukakan nilai cut off yang berlaku untuk model ini adalah 0,862, nilai S-score yang didapat > 0,862 diprediski tidak bangkrut dan nilai S-score yang didapat < 0,862 diprediski bangkrut. Berdasarkan perhitungan Springate (S-Score) hasil penelitian ini bahwa pada tahun 2016 terdapat 3 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2017 terdapat 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2018 ada 1 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut, pada tahun 2019 ada 2 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut dan pada tahun 2020 ada 5 perusahaan yang diprediksi bangkrut didapat bahwa dari 21 perusahaan Sub Sektor Ritel terdapat 6 perusahaan diprediski bangkrut dalam waktu periode tahun 2016-2020 Diantaranya adalah perusahaan Centratama Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Erajaya Swasembada Tbk, Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk, Global Teleshop Tbk, Sona Topas Tourism Industry Tbk dan Tiphone Mobile Indonesia Tbk. Model Springate (S-Score) dalam memprediksi adanya potensi (indikasi) kebangkrutan perusahaan memiliki tingkat keakuratan hingga 92,5%.

Abstract

The effectiveness of regional revenue sources becomes a reference for the regions in preparing regional budgets and expenditures for the next period. The source of revenue that shows regional performance in increasing revenue comes from the area itself in increasing local revenue (PAD), namely taxes and fees because community participation is very dominant and is a factor for regional success in developing its area if the community participates a lot, contributing income to the area in the form of taxes and levies. Quantitative descriptive research is the aim of this study, to determine the amount of local tax contributions in generating regional income. The data uses time series data for 5 (five) years from 2017-2021. T he average PAD growth for Solok City in a period of 5 five years from 2017 -2021, has a growth of 0.38 percent per year, while the effectiveness of achieving PAD is already high, namely an annual average of 93.9. Compared to the contribution between taxes and levies that have a higher contribution to PAD is local taxes. This result can be interpreted that the participation of the people of Solok City in paying regional taxes is greater.

Abstract

Pertanian gambir mengalami masalah yang tak kunjung terselesaikan, apalagi pada masa-masa sulit harga getah gambir menjadi sangat rendah. Bagi Masyarakat yang menggantungkan hidupnya pada hasil gambir, pergolakan harga getah gambir menjadi teka-teki yang sukar untuk dipecahkan. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat agar dapat mengimplementasikan inovasi teh gambir, memberikan gambaran bisnis model dari industri rumah, memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait teknologi produksi teh gambir, serta mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran produk teh gambir. Adapun kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan merupakan tindak lanjut dari permasalahan dan kebutuhan Masyarakat untuk merealisasikan industri rumahan. Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan berupa pelatihan teknologi pembuatan teh gambir, memberikan pelatihan entrepreneur minded, memberikan worshop pemasaran digital, serta pendampinan bagi Kelompok Usaha Sambilan. Metode kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi, praktek, dan pendampingan. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid, dimana beberapa kegiatan dilaksankaan secara langsung di Nagari Durian Tinggi, sebagian kegiatan dilakukan secara daring. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini antara lain pengetahuan dan kemampuan Kelompok Usaha Sambilan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi produk teh gambir, mengemas produk, dan melakukan penjualan produk. Anggota Kelompok Usaha Sambilan juga telah membuat promosi pada media sosial serta menjual produk pada platform e-commerce. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bahwa implementasi dari inovasi teh gambir dapat menghasilkan business model yang baru dan dapat diterapkan oleh masyarakat di daerah secara berkelompok. Hal ini membuat iklim pertanian menjadi lebih baik di daerah khususnya daerah sentral gambir yang ada di Kabupaten Limapuluh Kota

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Social Service of Solok Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ability and work quality on the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. In this study, the population is people who receive services from the Social Service of Solok Regency. totaling 80 people. With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using incidental sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of Work Ability and Work Quality affect the Quality of Public Services at the Social Service of Solok Regency. Y= 21.667 + 0.379X1 + 0.875X2 + e. From the t-test, it is known that the X1 variable affects the quality of public services at the Social Service of Solok Regency with a tcount of 2,323 > ttable 1,996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. X2 Variable Quality of Work has an effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Social Service of Solok Regency with tcount 6.382 > ttable 1.996 and sig 0.000 <0.05. From the Determination Test the value of R Square is 0.525. This means that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables not intended in this study, such as motivational compensation, work environment, etc.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. The population in this study were all 33 teachers in Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the sampling technique in this study was total sampling, where the number of samples was the same as the population. So the sample in this study were 33 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. Data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and ability to use technology to increase the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School. The sample in this study were 33 respondents who teach at SMK Budi Mulia Kotobaru. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that Y = 4.133+ 0.582X1 + 0.339X2 + e and t-tests of 3.291 and 2.266, which means that the competence variable affects the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School, the variable ability to use technology affects the professionalism of Budi Mulia Vocational School teachers. His Highness Kotobaru. Judging from the R Square value of 0.762, which means that competence and ability to use technology have an effect of 76.2% on increasing the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School and 23.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. From the analysis of the f-test the value of fcount is 47.899> ftable 3.30, which means that the competence and ability to use technology together affect the professionalism of teachers at Budi Mulia Kotobaru Vocational School.

Abstract

This research was conducted by PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch, which is located at Jl. KH. Ahmad Dahlan Pandan Near Solok City. While the research time is estimated in June 2022 to find out and analyze Compensation for Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. The type of research that will be carried out is descriptive quantitative research, in which this study seeks to find out a clearer picture of leadership style and compensation for employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch. While the form of research is Causal Research, (cause and effect) where there are independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The number of samples in this study used total sampling where the entire population was sampled, namely all employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch as many as 52 people. Based on the results of the simple linear regression analysis carried out, the regression equation Y = 9.311 + 1.128X means that if the compensation value is fixed or equal to zero (0) then the employee's performance will be worth 9.311 and if the compensation is increased by 1 unit then the employee's performance will increase by 1.128, p. This proves that compensation has a positive influence on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch can be accepted. The result of the R2 (R square) value is 0.612 or 61.2%, this indicates that Compensation (X) has an effect on Employee Performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch of 61.2%. While the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other variables such as career development, training and employee motivation which are not included in this study. Based on the t test, the calculated t value is also greater than t table, namely 9.019> 1.6751 and the value is not significant 0.000< 0.05 then there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Solok Branch

Abstract

.This study aims to see the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Experience on the Quality of Teacher Work at Smkn 1 Bukit Sundi. the type of research used is correlative descriptive research. Descriptive correlatives are a research method that aims to see the relationship between two or more variables. The influencing variable is an independent variable (X), while the variable affected by the independent variable is called the dependent variable (Y). Based on the results of the study obtained the double linear regression equation is Y = 45.312 -0.057X1 +0.100X2 +e The value of the constant is 45.312. The results of the study determined by Rsquare were 0.012 or 1.2%. H1 was received with a calculated value of -0.267 <2,051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.791 > 0.05), H2 was received with a calculated value of 0.525 < a table of 2.051 and a signification value greater than 0.05 (0.604 > 0.05). H3 did not have a significant and simultaneous influence together on the teacher work quality with a calculated F value of 0.160 < Ftabel of 3.34 and a signification value of 0.853 > 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees at the Environmental Agency, Lubuk Sikarah District, Solok City. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures have on the Quality of Public Services. In this study, the population is 65 employees. With this type of quantitative research and sampling techniques using total sampling method. Data collection technique used is to use a questionnaire / questionnaire. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, of the Employee Work Efficiency variable and Standard Operating Procedures affect the Quality of Public Services Y = 21.179 + 0.367X1 + 0.336X2+ e. From the t test conducted, it was found that the Employee Work Efficiency variable had a significant effect on Service Quality with t count 2.711 > t table 1.999 and a significant level value of 0.009 <α 0.05, then H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It is known that the Standard Operating Procedure variable on Service Quality has tcount 2.084 > ttable 1.999 and sig 0.041 <0.05. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the F test it is known that fcount is 5.518 > ftable 3.15 and has a significance (0.006 <0.05). Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. From the Determination Test, the R square value is 0.389 or 38.9%. This indicates that the contribution of the Employee Work Efficiency and Standard Operating Procedures variable is 38.9%. While the remaining 61.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research was conducted on the Jorong Feed community on Saturday Nagari Panyakalan. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Islamic financial literacy on strengthening the family economy of the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community. In this study, the population was the Jorong Pakan Saturday Panyakalan Community, which amounted to 225 people with a total sample of 50 people. . With this type of quantitative research and sampling technique using the pourpose sampling method. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire/questionnaire. Based on a simple linear regression analysis of the variable Islamic financial literacy of productive age people on the strengthening of the family economy Y=30.213+0.288.X+e. From the t-test performed, the t-count value is greater than t-table 2.224 > 2.010 and the significant level value is 0.031 < 0.05, then H1 is accepted, H0 is accepted. From the Determination Test, the R Square value is 0.093 or 9.3%, this shows that the independent variable has an impact on the dependent variable by 9.3%, while the remaining 90.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. for example individual characteristics, discipline, incentives, rewards and family environment.
