Abstract

This research is motivated by the development of student activism, especially at the University of Timor, East Nusa Tenggara. One of the manifestations of the activities of student activists can be seen from the demonstrations of students carrying campus attributes and alma maters. Demonstrations that are actually the mouthpiece of democracy become less than perfect when they are colored by unethical actions when expressing their aspirations, such as using harsh words, violating demonstration rules and destroying public facilities. The people really expect the role of students but not with unethical actions, so it is the duty of the campus to foster the character of student activists to become plenary students. This study tries to explain the role of Citizenship Education courses in fostering the character of student activists at the University of Timor. Literacy studies and case studies were chosen as methods in this research so that they can find the formulation of the coaching model. This study uses a qualitative approach so that it can find facts in depth through interviews, observations and literacy studies as a comparison of character building for student activists as well as elaborating an appropriate model to cultivate the character of students who have Pancasila democracy

Abstract

Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup bangsa harus terus diinternalisasikan kepada diri setiap bangsa Indonesia, karena kemakmuran, kemajuan serta persatuan dan kesatuan yang hendak dicapai harus sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila dimana Pancasila bertindah sebagai ruh perjuangan, pikiran dan tindakan setiap warga negara. Meskipun Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan menjadi pelajaran wajib pada jenjang persekolahan, namun diperlukan upaya lebih untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila khususnya kepada siswa dan pada umumnya kepada segenap warga sekolah, karena pada prakteknya tidak jarang PPKn dianggap sebagai pelajaran pelengkap. Dilakukannya internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui film inspiratif berbasis nilai Pancasila pada SMA R.A Kartini Maktihan menjadi salah satu upaya penguatan karakter dan jati diri warga sekolah sebagai manusia Pancasila. Adapun beberapa bentuk keberhasilan yang didapatkan dari pengabdian ini adalah; 1) warga sekolah SMA R.A Kartini Maktihan sangat antusias saat menerima internalisasi melalui film inspiratif berbasis nilai Pancasila; 2) Internalisasi nilai Pancasila melalui film dianggap lebih mudah dipahami oleh para siswa; dan 3) antusiasme peserta didik dan guru dalam mengomentari dan memberikan pandangan terhadap isi film sangat baik. Adapun kesimpulan dari pengabdian yang dilakukan ini bahwa internalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui film inspiratif berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila memberikan dampak positif bagi warga sekolah SMA R.A Kartini Maktihan.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of financial literacy, technological innovation, government support, and subjective norms on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the North Central Timor District (TTU)-Timor Leste Border Market. Furthermore, it seeks to identify appropriate strategies for enhancing MSME performance in this region. Both multiple linear regression analysis and descriptive analysis were employed as research methods. The study population included all MSMEs in the TTU District, totaling 693 entities. The researchers employed a purposive sampling technique based on the Slovin formula, selecting 80 respondents as research samples. The findings indicated that technological innovation, government support, and subjective norms significantly affect MSME performance in the TTU-Timor Leste Border Market. To improve the performance of MSMEs, various strategies can be implemented. These encompass the enhancement of financial literacy through training and mentoring programs, adopting e-commerce within the digital economy, and improving human resource quality and product standards. Other strategies include fostering partnerships among institutions, cultivating an investment-friendly bureaucracy, implementing product labeling, establishing legal business associations, and promoting motivation and self-confidence.

Abstract

This community service is carried out by assisting apprenticeship practices at the Regional Revenue Service Office of North Central Timor Regency. With the aim of providing opportunities for students to apply theory and knowledge during lectures to practical realities in the world of work. The method used is the Field Work Practice at the TTU Regional Revenue Service Office. Assistance is carried out by 4 students with an effective period of 50 working days. As for the results of this internship work practice, apprentices can learn directly about the use of local tax applications, attend PAD evaluation meetings, assist the head of the billboard-themed data collection section, file taxes, filing incoming and outgoing letters, operate a local tax receipt printing machine, recapitulate mineral tax determination. and non-metal as well as assistance from TTU Regency.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran utuh terkait dengan peran kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka dalam upaya internalisasi nilai-nilai kemandirian kepada peserta didik yang terjadi pada SMA Negeri Bikomi Utara. Metode penelitoan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripstif analisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) internalisasi nilai-nilai kemandirian peserta didik pada ekstrakurikuler pramuka melalui kegiatan baris berbaris, upacara, perkemahan sabtu minggu, lintas alam serta pengembangan keterampilan hidup; 2) internalisasi nilai-nilai moral kemandirian dilakukan melalui pembentukan sikap percaya diri, rasa tanggung jawab, kepemimpinan, kemampuan mengambil keputusan serta penyelesaian masalah (problem solving); 3) hambatan-hambatan dalam internalisasi nilai moral kemandirian melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka terdiri atas inkonsistensi beberapa angggota dalam berkegiatan, adanya keterbatasan dukungan sarana prasarana anggota pramuka serta antusiasme orang tua yang kurang dalam mendorong anak-anaknya mengembangkan diri pada kegiatan-kegiatan kepramukaan.
