Abstract

There has been a lot of competence arranged professionalism counselor with the purpose to establish the existence of a counselor. However, it should be understood that the competence of counselor professionalism in its application is influenced by various things such as the personality of the counselor, the values and the belief norms held by the counselor in carrying out the counseling process. Each of the scopes has its own color in its application, however it must be admitted that the professional competence of the counselor in practice despite having a fixed standard but if each individual counselor applies is still unique. Especially for counselors with counseling approach of Islam the principle application of professional competence of counselor  based on source of Al Qur'an. In that case,  in the Qur'an surah Al 'Ashr although illustrated three verses but in fact when examined further is an insightful footing for Muslim counselors applying professionalism.There has been a lot of competence arranged professionalism counselor with the purpose to establish the existence of a counselor. Abstract

This study aims to determine the activities of teachers, children, and the results of children's cognitive development. The approach used is a qualitative research approach and with the type of classroom action research, which was carried out in 4 meetings, research settings in group A children in Aisyiyah Kindergarten, Kecamatan Satui, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, amounting to 15 children. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews and assessment of aspects of cognitive development. The results showed that the teacher's activity at the 4th meeting with a score of 36 in the category of Very Good. Children's activities at the 4th meeting with a percentage of 87.5% the category is very active and the results of cognitive development at the last meeting reached 84% of children who succeeded by getting «««and ««««. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of a combination of Picture and picture models, talking sticks, with the method of conversing, demonstration and media card numbers can develop the activities of teachers, children and cognitive development results with very good and very active developing categories.

Abstract

The development of the technological era 4.0 which has an impact on the erosion of individual awareness of the social environment is characterized by low prosocial behavior. Alternative solutions offered to improve prosocial behavior through the use of modeling techniques, by using this technique the goal achieved is to improve the ability of prosocial behavior in high school students. This study took place in SMAN 9 Banjarmasin, based on the distribution of questionnaires obtained by 6 students who have low prosocial behavior. Based on the results of the investigation statistically, the results show the value of z = -2.201 while for the value of ztab = -0.0139, which means zhit>ztab so that Ha is accepted and at the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.028

Abstract

Abstract: Self Disclosure is essential for every individual to freely express himself and improve his emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual well-being. Art Psychotherapy can be used to increase Self Disclosure. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Art Psychotherapy in increasing Vocational high school students' Self Disclosure. A quasi-experimental design is used in this quantitative study. A total of six students of the eleventh grade Music Skills Program at SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin became the research sample selected using the purposive sampling technique. Art Psychotherapy is a treatment that is used and given in four meetings. The measuring instrument uses a scale of self-disclosure that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique using Mann Whitney U Test and Wilcoxon Test. The result shows differences in the level of Self Disclosure before and after being given treatment. Overall, the technique is Art Psychotherapy effective for increasing Self Disclosure in vocational high school students.Abstrak: Self Disclosure penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap individu agar dapat dengan bebas mengekspresikan diri dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosional, kognitif, fisik, serta spiritual dalam diri. Penggunaan teknik Art Psychotherapy dapat meningkatkan Self Disclosure. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keefektifan Art Psychotherapy dalam meningkatkan Self Disclosure siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi experimental design. Enam siswa kelas XI Program Keahlian Seni Musik SMK Negeri 4 Banjarmasin menjadi sampel penelitian yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Art Psychotherapy adalah treatment yang digunakan dan diberikan sebanyak empat kali pertemuan. Alat ukur menggunakan skala Self Disclosure yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Mann Whitney U Test dan Wilcoxon Test. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yakni terdapat perbedaan tingkat Self Disclosure sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment. Secara keseluruhan, teknik Art Psychotherapy efektif untuk meningkatkan Self Disclosure pada siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan.

Abstract

Pendidikan sosial dan Finansial bagi anak usia dini memiliki arti tentang pembelajaran yang diberikan kepada anak usia dini untuk menanamkan sikap dan pengetahuan pada anak untuk dapat mengetahui tentang nilai uang serta cara mengelolanya. Sehingga dapat diartikan menanamkan sikap dan pengetahuan terhadap nilai uang dan kemampuan mengelolanya dapat memberikan manfaat terhadap anak untuk hidup secara mandiri di kehidupan selanjutnya. maka anak akan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengatur diri dan mengelola diri dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) mengetahui pendidikan sosial dan finansial bagi anak usia dini 2) mengetahui penanaman pendidikan sosial dan finansial bagi anak usia melalui metode proyek. Metode tinjauan Pustaka dimanfaatkan untuk menuliskan penelitian sebagai artikel yang utuh. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa teriga kemampuan yang penting dalam Pendidikan sosial-finansial untuk dikembangkan pada pembelajaran PAUD, yaitu kemampuan hemat, menabung dan berbagi. Adapun implementasi metode proyek dalam pembelajaran di PAUD, dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar anak dalam memecahkan masalah sederhana dalam kehidupan anak. Adapun tahapan metode proyek yang uraikan dalam enam tahapan, yaitu: tahapan Penentuan kegiatan, perencanaan metode proyek, menyusun pelaksanaan metode, penyelesaian proyek, penyampaian hasil kegiatan penyampaian hasil kegiatan dan recolling. Penerapan pendidikan sosial dan finansial melalui metode proyek misalnya kunjungan lapangan dan pameran atau market day dan kegiatan rutin dan kegiatan terprogram lainnya.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemic covid-19 saat ini merupakan tantangan bagi seorang pendidik dalam melaksanakan tugas dan peranannya. Guru mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan secara menyeluruh bagaimana tantangan guru pada masa pandemic Covid-19. Metode deskriptif-analitis dan kajian studi literatur digunakan dalam Menyusun artikel ini. Adapun hasil pembahasan memaparkan bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh atau dalam jaringan harus diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tanpa mengurangi esensi pembelajar itu sendiri guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Guru memiliki tugas tersendiri yaitu sebagai pengajar, pendidik dan pemimpin bagi siswanya. Adapun tantangan yang harus dihadapi guru dimasa pandemik covid-19 ini diantaranya yaitu minimnya kemampuan guru dalam penggunaan media digital, kurangnya fasilitas berbasis teknologi yang disediakan sekolah atau universitas, sulitnya menciptakan materi pembelajaran dalam bentuk digital, akses internet yang sulit dijangkau, serta motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran ini tidak begitu tinggi. Keseluruhan tantangan tersebut menyisakan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dengan demikian, guna memberikan masukan konkret terhadap permasalahan tersebut diperlukan literasi teknologi bagi guru. Ragam pelatihan dirasa mampu untuk menjembatani sehingga guru mampu mengadopsi dan mengaplikasikannya dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research is to identify the influence of intelligence and social self interest on the adaptation skill of the department of guidance and counseling students. This quantitative research used the multiple regression analysis. It used purposive total sampling technique, with sample of 38 students of Department of Guidance and Counseling, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM). The results show that intelligence and social self interest of the department of guidance and counseling students simultaneously influence the adaptation skill of 35.9%, while the remaining 64.1% is influenced by other factors.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan dan minat pribadi sosial terhadap penyesuaian diri mahasiswa jurusan bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik purposive total sampling, dengan sampel berjumlah 38 orang mahasiswa Jurusan Bimbingan dan Konseling, Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP), ULM. Hasil menunjukkan kecerdasan dan minat pribadi sosial mahasiswa jurusan bimbingan dan konseling secara bersama-sama memengaruhi penyesuaian diri sebesar 35,9%, 64,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Abstract: The pro-social behavior is one of the contributing factors to students’ success in developing society’s healthy social interaction. This study aims to investigate the correlation between students’ collective well-being and gratitude with their pro-social behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study involved eighth grader students of junior high school students. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The samples were selected using the total sampling of 201 students, while the data were garnered through the students’ well-being, gratitude, and pro-social behavior scales. The scales were constructed using the Likert scale, distributed online through Google Forms. The data analysis was carried out using product correlation moment through Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26. Our results showed a positive and significant correlation between students’ well-being with their pro-social behavior, positive and significant correlation between gratitude and pro-social behavior, as well a positive and significant collective relation between students’ well-being and gratitude with their pro-social behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic.Abstrak: Perilaku prososial merupakan salah satu faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan siswa dalam mengembangkan interaksi sosial yang sehat di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara student well-being dan gratitude secara bersama-sama dengan perilaku prososial di masa pandemi Covid-19 pada siswa kelas delapan sekolah menengah pertama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan mengambil seluruh siswa kelas delapan sejumlah 201 orang siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala student well-being, gratitude dan perilaku prososial. Skala dikembangkan menggunakan skala Likert, yang dibagikan secara online melalui Google Forms. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment dengan bantuan Ms. Excel dan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara student well-being dengan perilaku prososial; hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gratitude dengan perilaku prososial; serta ada hubungan positif signifikan antara student well-being dan gratitude terhadap perilaku prososial subjek di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

This article examined the implementation of a workshop as a preparatory strategy for Generation Z students at SMK Negeri 3 Banjarmasin to face increasingly complex career challenges. The workshop aimed to deepen students’ comprehension of utilizing technology and media in career services. The research involved 33 tenth-grade students who were evaluated through pre-tests and post-tests regarding their understanding before and after the workshop on September 24-30, 2023. The pre-test results showed positive evaluations, with the majority of participants considering the workshop to have provided accurate career information (90.9%) and to be relevant to the latest developments in the job market (90.9%). After the workshop, there was a positive improvement in participant assessments. Understanding of technological developments increased to 87.9%, while the ability to utilize technology reached 90.9%. The workshop was considered effective in developing career skills (81.8%) and guiding students to optimize their talents for the job market (84.9%). The workshop followed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, recognizing students as unique individuals with potential that can be developed. The design stage involved identifying student assets, participatory planning, and focusing on the use of technology as a key aspect of career development. The workshop participants were 33 10th-grade students, selected based on the specific needs of the first batch. The ABCD approach considered student diversity, encouraging active participation in every workshop session. Data collection applied the ABCD approach with participatory methods, while instrument development involved local assets and relevant technology. Data analysis included quantitative statistical analysis and comparison of pre-test and post-test questionnaire results to measure changes in student understanding. Overall, the workshop was effective in improving students’ understanding of career trends, skill development, and technology utilization. These results affirmed the role of the workshop as a strategic tool in equipping Generation Z to face the dynamics of the competitive job market.
