Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan kelentukan  togok dan power otot lengan dengan kemampuan smash  pada bola voli  penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru, pelatih bola voli untuk meningkatkan prestasi olahraga bola voli lebih optimal. Terutama yang berkaitan dengan komponen  hubungan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan kemampuan smash. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Korelasi (hubungan) Populasi sebanyak 120 siswa SMP Srijayanegara, sampel penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa putra, pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik random. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes fisik berkaitan dengan tes kelentukan togok, power otot lengan dengan kemampuan smash bola voli.  Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi  menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan  secara bersama-sama antara  kelentukan  togok dan power otot lengan  terhadap kemampuan smash bola voli sebesar  0,335. Berarti kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar 33,5% terhadap kemampuan smash pada bola voli. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang sangat signifikan kelentukan togok dan power otot lengan dengan kemampuan  smash pada bola voli siswa putra  SMP Srijayanegara Palembang.

Abstract

Abstract : The aim of this study was determine difference cooperative learning TGT (Teams Game Tournament) and STAD (Students Teams-Achievement Divisions) and students confidence in the service volleyball. The subjects were conducted in students of grade VIII SMPN 4 Negara. This research uses treatment by level 2 x 2. Number of samples is 48 students. Data analysis technique is the analysis of two-way variance (ANAVA) and then followed by Tukey test at significance level α = 0,05. Results of this study showed that 1) results value of service volleyball use method TGT (Teams Game Tournament) is higher than STAD (Students Teams-Achievement Divisions) at SMPN 4 Negara, 2) There is an interaction between cooperative learning (A) and student confidence (B) on the results of service volleyball at SMPN 4 Negara. The value of results service volleyball on cooperative learning TGT (Team Game Tournament) student high confidence (A1B1) is higher than STAD (Student Teams-Achievement) students high confidence (A2B1) at SMP Negeri 4 Negara. The value of results service volleyball on cooperative learning TGT (Team Game Tournament) student low confidence (A1B2) is lower than STAD (Student Teams-Achievement) students low confidence (A2B2) at SMP Negeri 4 Negara.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop a forward roll learning media through modification of the front roll game, so that students can learn the material and technique of the front roll without feeling difficult and bored with the modification of the front roll game. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Palembang. This research method is the development and design of this research refers to the development model (research and development). Development research has ten steps, but in this study eight of the ten steps proposed by Bord and Gall were used. The research and development as well as the procedures carried out, resulted in a product in the form of learning media for the basic techniques of front scissor on floor gymnastics through game modifications, namely; (1) introduction, explaining what modification of the front roll game is and how to help the front and back roll., (2) the core, Showing the game modification video and how to help the front roll, (3) closing; displays the evaluation of objective questions regarding the forward roll. The results of this study are the development of learning media for front roll material in lantau gymnastics through game modifications for class VII SMP Negeri 3 Palembang.

Abstract

Lecturers of the Sports Coaching Education Study Program in collaboration with the Youth Organization of Muara Gembong District conducted Community Service activities to arouse children's interest to be even more enthusiastic in carrying out sports activities. PKM activities are carried out using GeCe (Fast Motion) media. Community service activities using socialization and training methods for 8 meetings with the duration of implementation, 2 meetings for the initial test and final test and 6 meetings for basic movement improvement activities. Based on the results of the initial test results for locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movements of elementary school students, the results of the 30M running speed test with an average of 78% and the initial test results for the agility ability of the Illinois agility test with an average of 71.56% then after PKM activities were carried out then the results of the second test obtained speed test results with an average of 84% and agility test results with an average of 82.22%. From the final results, PKM activities can improve locomotor, non-locomotor and manipulative movement abilities in elementary school students in the Karang Taruna area, Muara Gembong District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the teaching game for understanding (TGfU) method in improving futsal game skills. The method used in this research is experimental. The technique in sampling is using purposive sampling with the category of students who have basic skills of futsal games. The participants involved totaled 25 students (20 boys and 5 girls) and were divided into 5 teams. Each team received the same treatment with the TGfU learning method. The instruments used in the study used observations and interviews. Observation includes decision-making, skill execution, Successful Game performance, player participation, and Enjoyment. Data collection used a 1-4 Likert scale with statements 1 (very poor), 2 (poor), 3 (good) and 4 (very good). The research findings show that during the intervention, participants can show their performance in a futsal game. The form of skills that students learn and master can also provide their enjoyment during learning. Therefore, TGfU can be a pedagogical approach to physical education learning in terms of technique, and students' enjoyment in the game, and useful for organized futsal teaching-learning activities

Abstract

Community Service Activities are carried out in Sekarwanggi Village for the Batu Asih Volley Ball Club in increasing the achievement abilities of volleyball athletes by using the Sport Science approach and increasing the economic capabilities of the people who are members of the Batu Asih Volley Ball club by using the Sport Entrepreneur approach. Community Service activities are carried out for five months, starting from May until September 2023. Initial activities in Community Service provide training to coaches and athletes in developing training programs by utilizing the use of Sport Science so that the Batu Asih Volly Ball club can create high-achieving athletes from from regional to national level. Then for the people who are members of the support for the development of the Batu Asih Volleyball Club, we also carry out activities to improve the economy by using Sport Entrepreneurship, so that sports activities can be packaged properly to improve the economy for the people in Sekarwanggi Village, Cibadak District. Then at the end of the PKM activity a volleyball match was held with the Batu Asih Cup II event, which was attended by 16 teams from the Cibadak sub-district which was held for four days.

Abstract

Students' basic movements begins to develop in the elementary school phase, which must be developed to support the learning of physical education. This dedication discusses several approaches that teachers can use to teach basic movement skills to their students, as well as long-term benefits. Action research methods can be done in a community of sports teachers who will form collaboration with other teachers to find problems and find solutions. Thus, through such methods, participants can receive and implement learning management in support of the identification of sustainable student talents. The results of dedication are: 1) The range of activities carried out, 2) Continuous support, 3) Evaluation and Feedback, 4) Use of Help Tools, 5) Programme Action to Solve Problems. Identifying challenges in the accompaniment process, the leader and the dedication team will identify problems or obstacles encountered by participants in learning basic movement skills. Once the identification is obtained the problem will be formulated in the form of learning reflection for the next meeting. The community service activities, in the implementation of the activities, use playing learning methods and use the learning media that have been modified to have a positive effect on physical, cognitive, and social development. Games and media modified can motivate and attract the interest of children to be willing to train their activity and muscle development, reduce saturation, and improve the child's skills in a fun way.

Abstract

Community Service Activities were carried out in Marga Mulya Village, North Bekasi District, Bekasi City, in collaboration with the RT 04/02 Youth Forum, abbreviated as FORMAT. Community Service activities are carried out for 5 months by providing physical fitness assistance and economic strengthening to the younger generation in the form of training activities in developing physical abilities so that they can improve physical fitness abilities so that it is hoped that a strong generation can be born and able to avoid all the social diseases that can occur. destroying the future, as well as providing training in exploring the potential of the RT 04/02 Youth Forum (Format) to develop economic development capabilities, exploring the entrepreneurial potential that exists in the younger generation so as to create skilled young entrepreneurs and providing marketing strategies, analyzing market share and marketing management so as to produce quality products and be able to compete in society. Through community service activities, it is hoped that youth who are members of FORMAT will be able to become a better generation and be self-sufficient with the human resources they have and be able to respond well to change so that a physically strong generation is born. and strong economically.
