Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji keterbacaan modul terhadap modul TANZPRO-Biodanza yang dibuat oleh Stueck & Villegas pada tahun 1998. Modul asli diujicobakan pertama kali pada tahun 1998 oleh Stueck, Villegas, Schroder, Terren, Toro, Sack, Balzer, Mazarella, dan Toro (. TANZPRO-Biodanza adalah bagian dari konsep School of Empathy, sebuah konsep yang mengintegrasikan tentang konsep komunikasi nonverbal dari Martha Rosenberg dan paradigma biosentris TANZPRO-Biodanza dari Rolando Toro. TANZPRO-Biodanza adalah sebuah pelatihan emosi yang memungkinkan para peserta untuk mengalami pentingnya emosi; khususnya perasaan dan penggunaan emosi untuk mengelola diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain educational research and design (Borg dan Gall dalam Simoneau, 2007). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 anak laki-laki dan perempuan berusia 9-10 tahun. Empat sesi TANZPRO-Biodanza diberikan kepada anak-anak, yaitu Spain, Egypt, Tanzania, dan China. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil uji keterbacaan modul menunjukkan bahwa translasi bahasa termasuk dalam kategori baik (skor 75 – 92.5 dari rentang skor penilaian 0 – 100). Selain itu, sebagian besar sesi dapat diterapkan pada subjek anak-anak Indonesia. Namun masih ada sesi yang perlu disesuaikan dengan budaya Indonesia. Abstract

A growing body of research indicates that maternal anxiety is a significant risk factor for adverse pregnancy and birth outcome. This study evaluated the effectiveness of "Relaksasi Bumil Sehat" training for high-risk pregnant women's anxiety. 8 women were assigned into 2 groups: experiment and control group. Treatment was administered in small group that met for 5 sessions. Pregnancy Anxiety Scale were completed before and after treatment. Result showed that "Relaksasi Bumil Sehat" was significantly effective to reduced high-risk pregnant women's anxiety (p=0,029). These data support the central role of "Relakasi Bumil Sehat" training in the understanding and treatment of high-risk pregnant women's anxiety.Keywords: Relaksasi bumil sehat, anxiety high-risk pregnant women

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosi dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi masa pembebasan pada narapidana. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada korelasi negatif antara kecerdasan emosi dengan kecemasan dalam menghadapi masa pembebasan pada narapidana. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi seorang narapidana maka kecemasan dalam menghadapi masa pembebasan akan semakin rendah. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 50 narapidana di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Yogyakarta yang akan bebas dalam kurun waktu 5-6 bulan, telah menjalani masa pidana lebih dari 1 tahun dan berusia 18-40 tahun. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecerdasan emosi milik Oryza (2009) yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek dari Goleman (1999) dan skala kecemasan menghadapi masa pembebasan yang disusun sendiri oleh peneliti dengan mengacu pada teori Nevid, dkk (2005). Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Product Moment Pearson. Abstract

This study aimed to develop Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) norms for the use in the Indonesian context. We used two approaches, namely classical test theory (CTT) which uses raw score (total score) as measurement result information and Rasch modeling which uses logit value as measurement result information. This research was conducted in four regencies and one municipality in the Province of Yogyakarta. The participants were 1,779 elementary school age children recruited through random sampling. The norming analysis in this study divided the data into five age groups in the range of 6 – 12.5 years old. The level of intelligence represented by the results of the CPM measurement consists of five levels, from Grade I to Grade V. Grade V as the lowest intelligence level has a value below the 5th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade IV as the second lowest level of intelligence was located between between the 5th and 25th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade III representing the average level of intelligence had the greatest range from 25th to 75th Percentile. In addition, the range allocated for Grade II was similar to Grade IV, but in the opposite direction of the distribution (i.e., between 75th and 95th Percentile). Lastly, Grade I as a representation of the highest level of intelligence is in the range of values above the  95th Percentile.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian intervensi School of Empathy untuk menurunkan perilaku agresi pada anak sekolah dasar. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 anak sekolah dasar, dengan usia antara 9-11 tahun. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu modul School of Empathy Indonesia dan behavioral check list untuk mengukur perilaku agresi. Metode yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen kuasi, yaitu menggunakan the pretest-posttest control group design (Shadish, dkk, 2002). Teknik statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik analisis independent sample t-test. Hasil uji beda menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan signifikan skor posttest antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol (p > 0.05). Namun demikian, hasil pengukuran effect size menunjukkan bahwa ada kontribusi dari School of Empathy terhadap penurunan perilaku agresi pada partisipan sebesar 32,5%.

Abstract

Shalat is an obligation for Moslems. It is written in Al Qur’an and Hadith. This study examined the psychophysiological aspects of those who perform obligatory shalat. The subject of this study was a 22 years old male student. The data was obtained from chronobiology devices named Stress Pilot and Smardwatch. Subject was measured by stress pilot two times: 2 hours after shalat and 20 minutes after shalat. Subject also measured by Smardwatch within 24 hours. Furthermore, the data from smardwatch were transfered to the computer. This study found that subject had a good stress regulation (quality of regulation was in level 31: concentration-relaxation, RSA: 34 & 35, age comparison: 61% - 70% and 71% - 80%). These findings prove that shalat give a good pychophysiological effect for subject.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan zikir untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan subjektif pada remaja yang orangtuanya bercerai. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan one group pretest-postest design. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja yang orangtuanya bercerai, berusia 15-18 tahun berjumlah 4 orang. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Untuk memperkuat data kuantitatif, peneliti juga menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data kualitatif. Modul pelatihan zikir dalam penelitian ini memodifikasi modul pelatihan zikir yang disusun oleh Kurniawan (2014). Tingkat kesejahteraan subjektif diukur dengan menggunakan The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) dan skala Positive Affect Negative Schedulle (PANAS) berdasarkan penelitian yang dikembangkan Diener dan Watson (Diener, 1999) yang berjumlah 25 item. Hasil analisis uji wilcoxon menunjukkan (p>0,05), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan zikir tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan subjektif remaja yang orangtuanya bercerai. Namun demikian, terdapat peningkatan nilai kepuasan hidup dan afek pada follow upt II, jika dibandingkan dengan follow up I. Abstract

Abstract. Fear of missing out (FoMO) is a feeling of fear of missing a precious moments that take place in adolescents. This study aims to see the description of Fear of Missing Out in Muslim teenagers in Pekanbaru. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive types of research. The 76-Pekanbaru-based-subjects were determined by using the purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is the adapted scale of fear of missing out the scale (FoMOS) by Przybylski, et al (2013). The results showed that fear of missing out (FoMO) occurred in some Muslim teenagers in Pekanbaru (67,1%) and occurred more in teenage girls than boys (mean=20,5). This can be overcome by doing religious activities that are therapeutic, such as prayer, tahajud, remembrance, and muhasabah. Abstrak. Fear of missing out (FoMO) adalah suatu perasaan takut akan tertinggal momen berharga yang berlangsung pada remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran Fear of Missing Out pada remaja muslim di Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penentuan subjek menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dari remaja yang berada di Pekanbaru dengan partisipan sebanyak 76 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala hasil adaptasi fear of missing out scale (FoMOS) oleh Przybylski, dkk (2013). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fear of missing out (FoMO) terjadi pada sebagian remaja muslim di Pekanbaru (67,1%) dan banyak terjadi pada remaja perempuan daripada laki-laki (mean=20,5). Hal tersebut bisa diatasi dengan melakukan kegiatan keagamaan yang bersifat terapeutik, seperti shalat, tahajud, zikir, dan muhasabah.

Abstract

Purpose: As the largest archipelago in the world, Indonesia in addition to having extraordinary natural potential also has the potential for natural disasters. Since long time ago, Indonesia has often experienced natural disasters, namely natural disasters that are classified as large because it took a lot of victims such as the tsunami in Aceh, the eruption of Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta, the earthquake in West Sumatra and so forth. Natural disasters will certainly cause deep sadness to cause problems, one of which is post-traumatic stress disorder, which will arise if not treated from the beginningMethodology: in this paper uses the literature review methodology, which aims to provide an overview of a concept more strongly based on empirical studies conducted Results: Handling PTSD itself can be done one of them by conducting religious coping in an Islamic approach. In some studies, religious coping can reduce or overcome PTSD symptoms. The Islamic approach is used because if you look at the culture of the people who really hold religious values, especially Islam because the majority is Muslim. The Islamic approach in carrying out religious coping aims to build trust in God, be more dedicated in worshiping, applying Islamic religious values in dealing with problems, and building an Islamic environment. Therefore religious coping combined with Islamic values is felt to be suitable for the conditions of the Indonesian people, so that efforts to overcome PTSD in survivors of natural disasters can be even better.

Abstract

Digital native is known as the generation that is literate about digital technology and makes the internet a part of their life. Social media as a tool of connectedness on the internet for digital native can always be connected to each other. The high-level increase of social media usage causes digital native always wanting to know the circumstances and experiences accomplished by others through accessing social media. This desire has the possibility to become a fear when anxiety and worries intensively arise due to loss of news or events experienced by others. This fear is referred to as fear of missing out (FoMO). The method in this study is the study of literature (literature review). The data obtained are compiled, analyzed, and concluded so as to obtain conclusions regarding the study of literature. This study tries to illustrate that muhasabah as a regulative effort can help the digital native identified by FoMO in order to contemplate, introspect and understand the state of the self as a form of worship towards God and is determined to change the state of the self to be better than before with Islam way.
