Abstract

The problem faced today is that reproductive health for prospective or married couples tends to be ignored. In addition, the provision of intensive counseling services is limited considering that reproductive health problems can disrupt the biological and psychological conditions of individuals. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview and framework of collaborative counseling services that can be adopted for KUA extension workers, family counselors and consultants.  The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that collaborative counseling services can be an alternative solution in improving reproductive health and psychologically strengthening Muslim brides-to-be. Counselors, religious instructors, health institutions can work together in the implementation of collaborative counseling services.

Abstract

Masa transisi yang dialami siswa remaja SMP ketika memasuki sekolah lanjutan  tentunya mengalami  beberapa permasalahan berkenaan dengan aspek psikologis. Adanya situasi dan lingkungan yang kurang nyaman bagi siswa berdampak pada satu masalah yakni school refusal. School refusal merupakan kondisi emosional yang dimanifestasikan dengan ketidakinginan siswa untuk menghadiri sekolah. Peran Guru hendaknya dapat memberikan salah satu alternatif solusi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memberikan gambaran implementasi konseling berbasis budaya yang dapat diadopsi oleh Guru matapelajaran,  maupun Guru BK. Penelitian ini menggunakan literatur review dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan yang bersumber pada artikel ilmiah dan jurnal penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsep praktis pendidikan damai dapat digunakan sebagai upaya mereduksi school refusal pada siswa karena prosesnya yang menjunjung tinggi sikap saling menghargai dan menyenangkan untuk hadir ke sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to affirm students' self-identity through the implementation of biblio-counseling charged with local wisdom in the context of Islamic education. Self-identity reflects who the student is with the regional cultural identity that belongs to the root of the national identity. The identity crisis experienced by students during the development of the current era of society is a challenge for the world of education. The shift in local values in today's life, if not given treatment, will provide an opportunity for students to lose their identity. One alternative solution is by instilling the values of local wisdom as a native force of the region to form student identity. This research method uses a qualitative approach of the hermeneutic type. The purpose of composed hermeneutics is to search for the meaning behind meaning, carrying out a deep interpretation of the process of intersubjectivity. Several high school students in East Pontianak became the setting for biblio-counseling research which was positioned as an affirmation of their identity. Biblio-counseling contains the values of local wisdom of Malay ethnicity and stories that bring students to the situation and conditions that are being read. Students reflect and plan for productive new behavior changes. Students can have broad or global thinking but still, behave and have manners that are under eastern culture.

Abstract

Adapun permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: 1) Bagaimana penghentian akad gadai di Kecamatan Abung Barat. 2) Bagaimana tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah terhadap penghentian akad gadai di Kecamatan Abung Barat. Untuk membahas permasalahan tersebut, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Penyelesaian dalam penghentian akad gadai, diselesaikan dengan beberapa macam yaitu: diselesaikan secara kekeluragaan, ada penyelesaian pengalihan penerima gadai, dan ada pula kembali kepada kesepakatan awal; 2) Dalam tinjauan hukum ekonomi syariah Terhadap penghentian akad gadai di Kecamatan Abung Barat Lampung Utara, bahwa pelaksanaan gadai yang ada di Kecamatan Abung Barat sudah sesuai dengan hukum ekonomi syariah, hal ini disebabkan dalam pelaksanaan sistem gadai sudah sesuai atau sudah memenuhi dasar hukum dalam melakukan pengehentian akad, dimana yang terjadi di lapangan si penerima gadai menghentikan secara musyawarah mufakat.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that there are several indicators of radicalism in students in the author's observations at SMK 1 Argamakmur. The government and Islamic Religious Education Teachers try to create a religious atmosphere that can reduce the impact of deviant understanding in schools. The purpose of this study is to find out more about the efforts of the government and Islamic Religious Education Teachers in preventing radicalism at SMK 1 Argamakmur, North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a field research using descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study are regulations implemented by the government need to be integrated in the curriculum and Islamic Education learning tools, internalization of anti-radicalism in Islamic Education materials, early socialization, reviving religious activities in the school environment and society. Masalah dalam penelitian ini ada beberapa indikator paham radikalisme pada peserta didik dalam pengamatan penulis di SMK 1 Argamakmur. Pemerintah dan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berupaya menciptakan suasana keagamaan yang bisa mengurangi dampak pemahaman yang menyimpang di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui lebih dalam upaya pemerintah dan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam mencegah paham radikalisme di SMK 1 Argamakmur Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian adalah regulasi yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah perlu diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum dan perangkat pembelajaran PAI, internalisasi anti radikalisme pada materi Pendidikan Agama Islam, sosialisasi sejak dini, menghidupkan kegiatan keagamaan di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat.
