Abstract

Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) adalah banyaknya kematian perempuan pada saat hamil atau selama 42 hari sejak terminasi kehamilan tanpa memandang lama dan tempat persalinan, yang disebabkan karena kehamilannya atau pengelolaannya. Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di seluruh dunia pada tahun 2008 diperkirakan sebesar 358.000. Negara berkembang menyumbangkan 99% (355.000) dari kematian ibu tersebut di mana Afrika Sub-Sahara dan Asia Tenggara berkontribusi sebesar 87% (313.000) dari kematian ibu secara global. Penyebab utama kematian ibu adalah pendarahan (40-50%), infeksi dan sepsis (20-30%), dan toksemia dalam kehamilan (20-30%). Faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kejadiannya adalah kehamilan pertama kali atau primigravida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah ibu hamil primigravida sebelum dan sesudah melakukan olahraga jalan kaki selama sepuluh menit di kecamatan buaran kabupaten pekalongan Pada Juni 2013. Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan desain pre-eksperiment dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design tanpa kelompok pembanding. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak (random sampling) dengan jumlah 20 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada penurunan tekanan darah pada ibu hamil primigavida sesudah melakukan jalan kaki sepuluh menit. Untuk menurunkan angka kematian ibu secara bermakna, kegiatan deteksi dini ibu hamil berisiko perlu lebih ditingkatkan baik di fasilitas pelayanan KIA maupun di masyarakat.Maternal Blood Pressure primigravid before and after doing sports Walking Over Ten Minutes Abstract. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in all over the world in 2008 is estimated at 358 000. Developing countries contributed 99% (355,000) of these maternal deaths where Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia accounted for 87% (313,000) of maternal deaths globally. The main causes of maternal mortality are hemorrhage (40-50%), infection and sepsis (20-30%), and toxemia of pregnancy (20-30%). Factors that can increase the incidence was the first pregnancy or primigravidae. This study aims to describe primigravida pregnant mothers blood pressure before and after exercise walking for ten minutes in the district Buaran Pekalongan district in June 2013. Research carried out using pre-experimental design with the design of one group pretest-posttest design with no comparison group. The sampling technique was randomly (random sampling) by the number of 20 respondents. The results showed that there was a decrease in blood pressure in pregnant women primigavida after doing a ten minute walk. To reduce maternal mortality significantly, early detection activities at risk pregnant women should be improved both in facilities and in the community MCH services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation, discipline, and work environment significantly partially and simultaneously to the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. In this study used quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Respondents were 78 subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The results of this study are and documentation and continued with data processing to draw conclusions. From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Shackles of poverty that the people of Indonesia is not a new problem so as to not be a problem anymore. But the condition is getting worse by the economic crisis that began in mid 1997 and then followed by a multi-dimensional crisis. The number of poor people who previously has successfully suppressed about 11%, allegedly by CPM could be around 24% at the peak of the crisis of 1998 due to massive layoffs of the foot-loose industry sector. In the gloom of the economic crisis, which was originally quite large industry contributes greatly to the economic growth rate, but when the crisis one by one collapse. In contrast to micro, small and medium enterprises, has been proven at the time of the crisis can provide a significant contribution to economic growth. From the studies have been done, the problems of SMEs in the development model Lumajang is through: the development and coaching to small and medium enterprises is one solution to overcome the problem of economic inequality and poverty in the City Lumajang; model clustering is a pattern of coaching centers that can improve competitiveness and productivity of small and menengah.dan in the future to be the leading sector in the City Lumajang poverty alleviation; pattern precise and comprehensive guidance for small and medium enterprises is a coaching model clustering centers by building partnerships between SMEs, the Government District, traditional markets and modern market. In an effort to overcome the problems of small and medium enterprise development, the need for emphasis of collaborative action from various parties, namely through: the development and building of small and medium businesses need to get serious attention from the Government, in the form of stimulus policies and a conducive and productive business building small and medium-use centers clustering model requires the government's role to memfasilitasasi involvement of various parties that influence tissue integration of SMEs with large insdustri involved as a partner and expansion of market access.
