Abstract:The aims of this research is to get information and data about the effort to increase childrenÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s social skill in grade B kindergarten through playing of angin puyuh in TK Mujahidin, Kedoya Selatan, Jakarta Barat.Research method used action research method. This method conduced in two cycles according to Kemmis and Taggart model which consist of 4 stages (plan, action, observation, and reflection). Data collecting techniques used field notes, interview, documentation, and observation. Sample was taken from 18 children of 5-6 years old.The result of the research shows that childrenÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s skill through playing of angin puyuh could increase of grade B kindergarten. Analysis of data obtained from the comparison between pre-action, and cycles two score. The end result of overall analysis of data is the percentage increase of 49.3% which showed from pre-action the class average is 34.7 up to 84 at cycles two result. The Increasing English Vocabulary Introduction Through Picture Card Games In ChildrenClass B PAUD Nurul Arafah Sembalia Sub-District East Lombok In The academic year2016/2017 can increase with little direction. The purpose of this research is to know theimprovement of vocabulary introduction in child's English through the picture card game inClass B of PAUD Nurul Arafah of Sembalia Sub-district, East Lombok In The academic year2016/2017. The results showed an increase in vocabulary in English through a picture cardgame in children in the class b PAUD nurul arafah sub district with a little direction. Theresearch method used is to use action research class (Action Research) with the subject ofresearch is Class B PAUD Nurul Arafah District Sembalia East Lombok district with thenumber of subjects 19 children. Technique of collecting data with menggiunakan observation,interview, observation and Sheet In English Through Picture Card Game Image Year2016/2017. assessment (field notes). the results of research in the first cycle is 53.49% and inthe second cycle increased by 77.27% it can be concluded that the increase of the I-II cycleincreased on average by 22.12%. %. Abstract: The aims of this research is to get information and data about the effort to increase children?s social skill in grade B kindergarten through playing of Plastisin, PAUD Merpati, Mataram. Research method used action research method. This method conduced in two cycles according to Kemmis and Taggart model which consist of 4 stages (plan, action, observation, and reflection). Keywords: social skill, playing of plastisin Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Merpati, Mataram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (action research) model Kemmis dan Taggart, yang meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu (1) perencanaan, (2) tindakan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Dengan memberikan suatu tindakan pada subjek yang diteliti melalui bermain plastisin sebagai variabel bebas dan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan sosial anak sebagai variable terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya proses peningkatan hasil pada keterampilan sosial anak melalui bermain plastisin. Hal ini dapat dilihat mulai dari hasil pra-intervensi sampai dengan siklus II dimana keterampilan sosial yang dimiliki siswa kelas B secara keseluruhan meningkat dengan rerata 49.3%.Hasil dari nilai rata-rata pra-.intervensi 34.7% dan meningkat sampai dengan 84% pada siklus II. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Sosial, Bermain Plastisin

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most common disease found in clinical practice in Koja General Hospital. According to the previous research, the prevalence of diabetes patients has never been investigated. Aim of this study was to find out the proportion of diabetes subjects hospitalized in Koja General Hospital.This was a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. Data was taken by consecutive sampling method from diabetes mellitus subjects aged ≥18 years who were hospitalized in the department of internal medicine Koja General Hospital in the period of August 20, until September 30, 2018.The proportion of diabetes subjects in Koja General Hospital was 42% (155 patients) out of a total of 368 subjects. The age of diabetes subjects with the majority of elderly adults (26-65 years) as much as 84% (131 patients) of 155 diabetes subjects. Gender were dominated by woman as 59% (91 patients) out of a total of 155 subjects and the remaining men were 41% (64 patients). The most frequent indication of treatment in diabetes subjects is chronic kidney failure (CKD) as much as 22 patients (14.2%).The proportion of diabetes subjects who were hospitalized was 42% (155 people) of a total of 368 subjects.

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi di Lembaga PAUD Al- Khair Udayana Mataram ini adalah: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan rancangan Â model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini; 2) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman kepada para pendidik tentang pentingnya menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) pada anak usia dini. Hal ini didasarkan atas masih kurangnya efektifitas dan bermaknaan dalam mengembangkan karakter peduli lingkungan bagi anak, hal ini dibuktikan dengan rendahnya rasa cinta dan peduli lingkungan pada diri anak misalnya membuang sampah di sembarang tempat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bersifat partisipatif. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peserta pelatihan memahami dan menguasai rancangan Â model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi (PBK) Adapun dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kebermanfaatan bagi para pendidik dalam hali ini adalahÂ guru PAUD supaya bisa memilih model pembelajaran berbasis konservasi sebagai alternatif dalam proses pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dalam usaha menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan pada anak sehingga terlahir anak-anak yang mau menjaga kelstarian lingkungan sekitar serta sehat jasmani maupun rohani.Training on the Application of Conservation-Based Learning Model (Pbk) in Early Childhood at the Institute of Paud Al-Khair Udayana MataramAbstractThe objectives of community service activities carried out in the form of training in the application of conservation-based learning models at the Al-Khair Udayana Mataram PAUD Institution are: 1) To describe the design of conservation-based learning models (PBK) in early childhood; 2) To provide knowledge and experience to educators about the importance of applying conservation-based learning models (PBK) in early childhood. This is based on the lack of effectiveness and meaning in developing the character of caring for the environment for children, this is evidenced by the lack of love and care for the environment in children, for example, throwing trash in any place. The method used in community service activities is participatory training and assistance. The results of this training are training participants to understand and master the design of conservation-based learning models (PBK). The impact of this community service activity is to provide benefits for educators in this matter, PAUD teachers so they can choose conservation-based learning models as alternatives in the learning process for children. early age in an effort to instill the character of caring for the environment in children so that children are born who want to maintain the environment surrounding environment and healthy physically and spiritually.
