Abstract

Man was created by God more perfect than others and being able to make man through education. Then the heart of the Prophet of Allah add skills over the talent he has. God made the means of communication among humans. Therefore, the substance that creates an inanimate object could be a tool to communicate. Surely no man made trouble for him (Muhammad) can read and give an explanation and teaching, and his companions were developed and forwarded by the Ulul Albab, scholars and researchers.

Abstract

Al-Ghazali (1058 H/1111 M) is one of the prominent Islamic scholars who lived during the golden age. Due to his great contribution, al-Ghazali’s thoughts have been studied for centuries and deemed to be an important Islamic legacy. Al-Ghazali’s eminence in Islamic history can be seen from the title given to him, i.e. hujjatul Islam (the great defender of Islam) and the classical status of his work ‘al-Mustasyfa’, a book of Islamic juriprudence theory. He based his thought on three major Islamic sources: al-Qur’an, the Sunnah, and sound mind. This then have been employed in his discussion on the argumentation of ijma’.

Abstract

Fiqh constructed earlier scholars not only to future or after the jurisprudence is not codified but also to accommodate a growing tradition in the past. Usually refers only to the scholars of fiqh scholars earlier opinion or just take a verse and a tradition to serve as justification and legitimacy. Growing humanitarian problems and knowledge have made progress, the inevitable renewal of jurisprudence to be an alternative solution. Fiqh scholars see the importance of re-opening of classical fiqh is not critical in terms of overhaul, but in terms of jurisprudence update to address several problems that continue to evolve. Assessing the activity of jurisprudence sometimes get stuck in a puddle of fatalism that the discourse of jurisprudence which was originally an open and diverse in the region eventually entered politics and efforts to the struggle for authority.

Abstract

This study examines the tradition of the Koran in the phenomenon of the interpretation to be the basis for action. Al-Qur'an as the sacred scriptures of Islam contains many interesting things, one of which is stressed to live a way of life that is in harmony with Islam. Through studying the Koran with phenomenology that linking events with one another, then we can know the basic history and its impact. All that could be a lesson for the present life. Rules of life as lived by Muslims have the real truth in the Koran if they want to run in accordance with the Shari'a. Assessing the Koran as the basis for action is expected to have a good appreciation of the essence of life. This study found that the Koran is the basis for Muslims, as the law to determine the good and bad that create justice, to act in practice which will bring salvation.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study show that: [1] Syllabus economic commentary verses referenced to assess the economic interpretation of passages deemed good enough, as a provision for students in following subsequent courses related to economics. However, the interpretation of the economic verses is not enough to just one semester, because quite extensive material about the economy. We recommend that subjects the interpretation of passages tiered economy as some other academic subjects are tiered. [2] The method of discussion, is helping students to add insight and knowledge, including in understanding the interpretation of the economic verses, according to the student's understanding. In the method of discussion, lecturers should require every student to be asked and argued. Lecturers should give freedom to the students to argue in the discussion. [3] The educational background of the student become an obstacle in understanding the interpretation of the verses of the economy, for those who not graduated from a boarding school or madrasah Aliyah [4] Lecturers should consistent to implement attendance and discipline, when making a leaming contract at the first meeting.
