Abstract

To make Kenjeran coastal areas as the mainstay tourism Surabaya municipaladministration, provision of clean water is one of the means that must be provided.Construction of sea water purification unit with sea water reverse osmosis method isone solution that can be done. This study aims to assess the feasibility of building awater purifier sea with sea water reverse osmosis method. Finally found that for aninterval of 15 years at an average rate of visitor arrivals tourist attraction as much as7,935 people / day needed clean water supply as much as 257.09 m3 / day, equivalent to10.71 m3 / hour. Average investment value of Rp. 5.5 billion with 19:38% IRR ratemuch higher than bank interest, which is 10%. Break Even Point investment occurred inyear 7 in 2023. Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Knowing the implementation of the management system of health and safety work on the project Improvement of Structure Road City Limits Muara Teweh - Kandui, (2) Determine the state of completeness of facilities related to the implementation of health and safety system working on the project, (3) Obtain great need for the cost of providing health and safety at work on the project. After the analysis of occupational health and safety system, it was found that (1) Implementation of occupational health and safety management in occupational health and safety system in a very good condition. It was manifested in the form of the performance of the application of the implementation of health and safety at work based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 of 2008 with a value of 86.22%, (2) Completed facility related to the implementation of the system of occupational health and safety was average, which was shown from the results Assessment Completed amenities occupational safety and health based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 of 2008 with a value of 76.36%, (3) of the need for the cost of providing health and safety based on the Minister of Public Works No. 9 in 2008 was Rp 169.37 million.Keywords:health and safety management system, project

Abstract

Sebagai bahan bakar utama pada proses pembuatan gula tebu merah, sisa ampas tebu perlu disimpan untuk cadangan bahan bakar pada musim giling berikutnya. Namun ternyata untuk melakukannya tidak mudah. Ampas tebu yang telah kering mempunyai sifat-sifat fisik yang kaku, keras dan mengembang seperti kapuk. Secara kuantitas jumlahnya sedikit tetapi dengan volume yang besar sekali sehingga menyulitkan saat menanganinya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk merancang secara ergonomis sebuah alat bantu kerja berupa mesin pres ampas tebu. Dengan menggunakan anket peta tubuh Nordic dan pengukuran tingkat kelelahan, akhirnya diperoleh sebuah alat bantu kerja berbentuk mesin pres hidraulik yang secara ergonomis telah terbukti dapat digunakan secara aman, nyaman dan tidak menimbulkan rasa sakit bagi penggunanya (tingkat kelelahan hanya 12.2%). Dari aspek produktivitas, maka dengan mesin pres ini mampu meningkatkan produktivitas kerja penanganan ampas sebesar 55.6% lebih besar dibanding saat sebelum menggunakan mesin press dan mampu menyusutkan volume hingga tinggal 39.7%.kata kunci : pengrajin gula tebu merah, ampas tebu, mesin pres

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah (1) Mendapatkan rencana waktu penyelesaian  pelaksanaan proyek, (2) Mendapatkan durasi optimal pelaksanaan proyek, (3) Mendapatkan total biaya pelakasanaan proyek. Setelah dilakukan analisis, didapatkan bahwa (1) Rencana waktu penyelesaian  pelaksanaan proyek 275 hari, (2) Waktu penyelesaian proyek sesuai rekayasa ulang Netwok Planning dengan metode CPM dan PERT, didapatkan waktu penyelesaian proyek 252 hari, dengan percepatan waktu terhadap Time Schedule original sebesar 23 hari,  (3) Hasil rekayasa ulang terhadap Network Planning dengan metode PERT  dihasilkan durasi optimal berdasarkan durasi (te) 252 hari, dengan rincian biaya upah tenaga percepatan  Rp 51.262.500,00, Penghematan gaji karyawan dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 50.715.000,00 sehingga selisih biaya percepatan 23 hari dan penghematannya sebesar Rp 547.500. Biaya total berdasarkan waktu optimal dari 275 hari sebesar Rp 24.972.450.794,11 menjadi 252 hari sebesar Rp 24.972.450.794,11 + Rp 547.500,00 = Rp 24.972.998.294,11

Abstract

Cairan yang terkandung dalam batang galing-galing (Cayratia trifolia) memiliki kandungan anti bakteri, anti oksidan, anti virus untuk menjaga luka, yang membantu mengatasi infeksi pada luka, dapat mengurangi nyeri serta meningkatkan sirkulasi darah yang memberi kontribusi pada proses penyembuhan. Cairan galing-galing juga merangsang tumbuhnya jaringan baru, sehingga mengurangi timbulnya parut atau bekas luka pada kulit. Diharapkan cairan galing-galing dapat menyembuhkan luka bagi para penderita diabetes.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan karakteristik kadar gula dalam darah sebelum dan setelah dilakukan terapi cairan galing-galing terhadap penyembuhan luka diabetes. Desain penelitian menggunakan pra eksperimental dengan pendekatan one-group pre-post test. Populasi penelitian adalah pasien yang menderita luka diabetes di Kelurahan dr. Sutomo, Kecamatan Tegalsari Surabaya, sampel diambil di RW 05 Kelurahan dr. Sutomo, Kecamatan Tegalsari Surabaya dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan pendekatan purposive sampling. Setelah dilakukan pengukuran kandungan gula dalam darah sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan terapi cairan galing-galing, serta diuji dengan Uji Rank Wilcoxon didapatkan bahwa terapi cairan galing-galing memang dapat menurunkan kandungan gula dalam darah bagi pasien diabetes.

Abstract

Fish and lobster embankment was main occupation of most of Lamongan regency people. So farthey always used fabricated pellet as a fish and lobster food. And this food supplied by broker.There was a dependency between people and broker. This dependency caused problem, thatwas, broker could rise up the price of pellet whenever he wanted. At the other side, the use offabricated pellet in long time will made embankment media in satiation condition. Thiscondition will made many fishes and lobsters died in growth period and the death up to 40%.Gapoktan was a group of people who explored and invented the alternative fish and lobsterfood. This alternative food was made of natural raw material so it reduced the death until 20%.With this alternative food they wanted to be independent in fish and lobster food procurement.They wanted have alternative pellet. But they didn’t have sciences and technologies to make it.This research was designed to overcome their problem. Designing the extruder machine was theanswer of their problem. Designing was done based on the ergonomic concepts. Finally, wasknown this machine capacity up to 672 kg/day. It means that the machine could fulfill theminimum need of fish and lobster food. There were two variance of diameter of pellet, that wasfive and three millimeters with five until ten millimeter long. With this alternative pellet, theycould save 50.8% food procurement cost or equal Rp 6,097/kg.Kata kunci: rancang bangun, mesin granul, pakan ikan dan udang

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) Know the process of applying for K3 management system development projects Fly Over Flower Market Surabaya, (2) Getting the elements associated with OHSAS 18001:2007. From the analysis it was found that (1) monitoring and evaluation process of the construction SMK3 Fly Over Flower Market, is only intended to measure the level of implementation of SMK3 in fulfilling the terms of the security, safety and health at the site of construction activities carried out to the service user (PIU ), KDP, and the service provider. By adjusting the results of the monitoring and evaluation SMK3 into the element K3 OHSAS 18001:2007 Management, implementation SMK3 more profitable. The advantage is that its elements can be used to specify the K3 policy, planning, program objectives and K3. (2) Through Gap Analysis calculations using the Radar Chart, obtained K3 Management OHSAS 18001:2007 elements associated with the results of the monitoring and evaluation is an element SMK3 K3 Policy (clause 4.2) with a value of 94.00%, Planning (clause 4.3) with values 96.30%, Implementation and Operation (clause 4.4) with a value of 96.30%, Inspection and Repair (clause 4.5) with a value of 93.34% and Management Review (clause 4.6) with a value of 93.33%. It shows very well and in accordance with the implementation of the management system K3 is done through monitoring and evaluation.Kata kunci : fly over, gap analysis, OHSAS
