Abstract

Makalah ini menjelaskan tentang perbaikan kualitas produk Keraton Luxury. Terdapat 4 bagian produksi, yaitu; divisi struktur, divisi finishing, divisi rakit, divisi packaging. Pada setiap divisi menimbulkan cacat diatas 5% yang masih bisa dirework, Berdasarkan biaya rework terbesar terdapat pada proses pembelahan kayu dan proses pemberian cat dasar. Perusahaan ingin meminimasi adanya rework. Oleh karena itu akan digunakannya metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) dan Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode FMEA yaitu mengidentifikasi failure mode, identifikasi effect of failure, identifikasi cause effect, menetapkan nilai severity rating, nilai occurance rating, menentukan current control, nilai detection, dan menghitung Risk Priority Number (RPN). Setelah didapat nilai RPN dari metode FMEA kemudian melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode FTA untuk mencari akar penyebab masalah. Kata kunci: FMEA, RPN, FTA, Akar Penyebab Masalah   ABSTRACT This paper describes of product quality Luxury Keraton. There are 4 production, are; division structure, finishing division, raft division, packaging division. At each division lead to defects above 5% can still be rework, Based on the largest rework cost contained in the timber division process and the process of priming. The company wants to minimize rework. Therefore, it will use method Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). The stages are method FMEA is identify failure mode, effects of failure identification, identification of cause effect, severity rating, occurance rating, current control, detection rating, and calculates Risk Priority Number (RPN).
