Abstract

This study is a descriptive study on the implementation of E-problem based learning (EPBL) Management accounting. The research data is based on observation ofthe application of learning method. Observation is done by interviewing and observingstudents who are implementing e-PBL in management accounting courses. Observations and interviews on lecturers who implement this learning model. Theresults explained that E-PBL facilitate students and lecturers to deliver learningmaterials and evaluate or utilize facilities provided by departments / agencies. E-PBL is alearning will help lecturers to facilitate the delivery of learning materials for easy tounderstand students. E-PBL in Evaluation / assessment of learning as one way to determine the ability ofstudents in following the learning will be very easy. With e-PBL, every studentautomatically has to be absent online. to the task also can directly check online.Communication and inertaksi among lecturers, students will be easier.

Abstract

Dewasa ini, virtualisasi dan cloud computing telah menjadi tren teknologi informasi khususnya untuk perusahaan skala enterprise. MetaROUTER merupakan implementasi virtualisasi pada RouterOS v3.21 keatas yang berjalan pada RouterBoard dengan platform MIPS-BE. Fokus penelitian ini adalah virtualisasi router berbasis MetaROUTER dimana antar virtual router tidak saling berhubungan dan memiliki fungsi yang berbeda. Fungsi dari masing-masing virtual router adalah manajemen bandwith dengan PCQ, proxy server dan hotspot yang teintegrasi dengan PCQ. Skenario pengujian meliputi empat aspek yakni independensi, performa, throughput dan security. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan memori untuk tiap skenario pengujian pada virtual router relatif sama yakni tersisa 5.1MB untuk download, 5.8MB untuk browsing, dan 5.3MB untuk hotspot. Untuk CPU load, aktivitas download membutuhkan CPU paling banyak, yakni 13%. Untuk throughput, pada VR1 nilai TX berada pada nilai 1013Kbps sedangkan RX pada nilai 30Kbps, VR2 sebesar 122.435 KB/detik, dan VR3 sebesar 119.617KB/detik. Hasil pengujian security menunjukkan bahwa tiap virtual router tidak dapat mengirim paket ICMP ke router utama karena rule drop pada firewall.

Abstract

The uncontrolable of development in the city has caused the green open area become rare. To fulfill it through Regent Private Constitution number 16 of 2012 and number 10 2013 The Government of Kudus has been trying to develop facilities of the Green Open Space in form of rehabilitation and development of the town park which scatter in a few districtsin Kudus Regency. The problem is that the program of development in Green Open Space is only review in the physical Development, not in the uses aspect. Those can be proved by the factual conditions on the field that showed of the neglection and started to break down in Krida Wisata Park and Ganesha Park. The research is using accesibility, comfortability, security, visiting reasons, frequent of time, and frequent of  visits, and the satisfaction of the visitors according to the available facilities there. According to Tangkilisan (2005) the use of town park can be rate effectives if there is satisfactory shown by the visitors. The visitors satisfaction about the facilities can be measured and concluded whether the program is success or not in the town park. Perceptions and preferences of the visitors can be a valuable addition to build up a dream town park that fits with the society. Eventually the analysis result has given image that the development of facilities program for Krida Wisata Park dan Taman Ganesha didn’t run well, this can be caused by inapropriate and inadequates expectation in condition of facilities in town park. Most of the visitors expected to conduct any services to whole in both of Krida Wisata Park, especially in Ganesha Park. Society involvement as an important instrument in the construction must be maintain to escort the development process.

Abstract

This research is proposed to answer two questions: Firstly, to find out the cause of fictitious orders experienced by Go-Jek drivers in the Go-food menu in Go-Jek app. Secondly, to know the legal protection of Go-Jek drivers who suffered losses due to a fictitious plane in the Go-food menu on the Go-Jek app. And the research is directed to educate the public the importance of Civil law which governs agreement in the life of society. This study uses socio-legal approach with a number of resource persons. The choice of approach to socio-legal does not mean disregarding doctrinal side support on the grounds that one of the aims of this study sees a set of positive norms in relation to Legal protection of Go-Jek drivers, including legal theory support with a view to verifying the implementation of law in practice (protection and responsible). This study concludes that, Transactions using Go-Jek access has so far caused legal consequences among others who is responsible for the losses experienced by drivers, whether the Go-Jek party is responsible for the losses experienced drivers, including what kind of legal protection obtained by the driver when suffering application losses by irresponsible consumers. The factors of the emergence of fictitious orders are the existence of competitions between the Go-Jek driver, Go-Jek verification system is still weak, and the existence of bad faith in someone. Partnership agreement between PT. Go-Jek and Go-Jek’s driver is a standard clause that created and provided without involving the Go-Jek drivers in which there is a clause of transfer of responsibility because of PT. Go-Jek as the Go-Jek application service manager will not be responsible if there is a loss caused by the use of Go-Jek application. The legal relations and responsibilities of the parties should be clearly stipulated in the partnership agreement between PT. Go-Jek Indonesia, and Partners are created based on mutual agreement and agreement between both parties. To minimize the losses experienced by Go-Jek drivers in service delivery for every use of consumer spending service must have a Go-Pay account, which expenditures can not be executed if the balance in the Go-Pay account is insufficient to make an expense transaction.

Abstract

Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) consists of a number of small sensor nodes that are used to observe a phenomenon. Generally, a wireless sensor network is a sensor device that is connected to an embedded system or called an embedded sensor that can connect to the network and communicate with cloud servers. The device commonly used in WSN is ESP-32, which has BLE and Wi-Fi communication on a single frequency. The use of sending and receiving data at a single frequency allows the collision of sending and receiving signals that cause packet damage. This can be minimized by implementing an appropriate scheduling method. One of the scheduling methods commonly used is Time Division Duplex (TDD). The concept of TDD is to divide one frequency into several time slots, and then time slots will be allocated for receiving or sending data. Previous studies have successfully implemented TDD on large-scale mobile networks with 5G technology and implemented BLE for blood pressure monitoring. This study aims to design a gateway with TDD scheduling method. The test is carried out with a scenario of distance variation with parameters success ratio, discovery time, and delay. The variation in distance used is 1 meter to 13 meters. The success ratio parameter produces a success ratio of 84% at a distance of 1 meter and 0% at a distance of 13 meters. Then, the discovery time parameter obtained 2.36 seconds at a distance of 1 meter and 2.73 seconds at a distance of 10 meters. Finally, the delay parameters obtained an average delay of 1 second at a distance of 1 meter and 7.68 seconds at a distance of 10 meters.

Abstract

This study aims to determine which stock valuation model is the most appropriate and to find the intrinsic value of the stock prices of companies affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, one way to calculate the intrinsic value of shares is using fundamental analysis with the Price to Book Value (PBV) and Dividend Discount methods. Models (DDM). The sample for this study was 28 companies from 11 sectoral indices affected by the covid-19 pandemic in the third quarter of 2021. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data. The analysis tool uses SPSS 25 software. The results of the research on making investment decisions are the most appropriate to buy stocks that are undervalued (cheap). An accurate stock valuation model is the Dividend Discounted Model (DDM) based on Paired samples T-Test.
