Abstract

Education in the current digitalization era requires the ability to adapt to developments in the field of information and communication technology that affect the education system in the digital era. This community service activity aims to take advantage of opportunities by sharing knowledge and increasing knowledge by utilizing information and communication technology by introducing G-Suite for Education as a learning model strategy in the current era of digitalization, especially for teachers of SMP Negeri 69. The method used is the socialization method. practically by providing training and simulating G-Suite for Educations services so that it is hoped that through this socialization it can be achieved understanding and mastery of teachers to be able to use the G-Suite for Education service which consists of Gmail, Calssroom, Docs, Drive and Google Calendar in good learning activities. face-to-face and online. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan sosialisasi pelatihan-pelatihan marketplace dengan web edukasi marketplace kepada para pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Jakarta Barat dilaksanakan untuk mendukung upaya pemerintah dalam mendorong akselerasi adopsi teknologi digital bagi UMKM agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan perilaku konsumen di era digital saat ini. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM untuk dapat penjualan/pemasaran produknya menggunakan platform marketplace yang ada saat ini. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan secara online menggunakan aplikasi zoom dengan metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas 3 tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan sosialisasi pemaparan pelatihan marketplace menggunakan website Edukasi Marketplace kepada 20 peserta UMKM di wilayah Jakarta Barat. Hasil yang diharapkan melalui sosialisasi ini tercapainya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM melalui pelatihan-pelatihan terkait marketplace pada web edukasi marketplace. Salah satu hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, melalui hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh 20 pelaku UMKM sebagai responden menunjukan bahwa 80% peserta sangat perlu dan 20%% perlu untuk mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mereka terkait dengan marketplace. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan pelaku UMKM dalam menentukan strategi marketing dan menampilkan produk yang menarik minat konsumen di marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how much prevention from radical understanding and acts of terror in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 by using social cognition theory. In general, social cognition theory is able to understand, explain, and predict the behavior of individuals exposed to radical ideas and acts of terror in the industrial era 4.0. This is because based on the description of the theoretical concept that learning occurs in a social context with dynamic and reciprocal interactions of people, environment, and behavior. A unique feature of this theory is its emphasis on social influence and its emphasis on external and internal social reinforcement. This theory considers the unique ways in which individuals acquire and maintain behavior, while also considering the social environment in which individuals perform behaviors. This theory also takes into account a person's past experience, which is a factor in whether behavioral actions will occur in the future. These past experiences influence reinforcement and expectations, all of which shape whether a person will engage in a particular behavior and the reasons why a person engages in that behavior. In accordance with the theoretical concept, it can be described how someone who is exposed to radicalism and terrorism involves himself, his behavior, and the social environment.

Abstract

Based on stakeholder and social exchange theory, this study examined a model of the re­la­tionship between stakeholder awareness, perception of impact (environmental, economic, and socio-cultural), and attitude toward ecotourism development in Mount Rinjani National Park (MRNP). The model was tested using a sample of 157 stakeholders. Data were collected by surveying and analyzing using the partial least squares. The results showed that only perception of the economic impacts of ecotourism partially mediated the relationship between awareness and attitude toward ecotourism development. From the perspective of stakeholder theory, the perceived impacts are he­terogeneous. These differences will determine their attitude toward the level of support and parti­ci­pation. From the perspective of social exchange theory, the study showed that attitude toward eco­tourism development is directly influenced by awareness of ecotourism and the perception of eco­nomic impact. The stakeholders on MRNT have a more compromising attitude toward ecotourism development to the socio-cultural and environmental impacts.

Abstract

Based on the report on the results of the community satisfaction survey in 2020, it is known that the community is still not satisfied with the services provided by the employees of Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital. Among them is the attitude of employees who are not friendly, don't smile, and don't care. Several studies in the field of organizational justice show that perceptions of fairness have an important influence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, intention to leave work, organizational behavior, and performance. It is recognized that considerations of fairness can cause emotional responses, especially in times of injustice. Unsatisfactory service can be suspected because employees do not get justice in the organization which affects their performance in providing services. The population in this study were employees and sampling was carried out purposively (purposive sampling). The results showed that distributive justice had no effect on employee motivation with a value of 0.104 > 0.05, procedural justice had an effect on employee motivation with a value of 0.003 <0.05, and interactional justice had an effect on work motivation with a value of 0.000 <0.05. In addition, work motivation is not able to mediate the relationship between distributive justice and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation can mediate the relationship between procedural and interactional justice on the job satisfaction of Raja Ahmad Tabib Hospital employees.Abstrak dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Berdasarkan laporan hasil dari survey kepuasan masyarakat pada tahun 2020 diketahui bahwa masyarakat masih belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib. Diantaranya sikap karyawan tidak ramah, kurang senyum dan tidak peduli. Beberapa penelitian di bidang keadilan organisasi menunjukkan bahwa persepsi keadilan memiliki pengaruh penting pada komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, niat untuk berhenti bekerja, perilaku organisasi, dan kinerja. Diakui bahwa pertimbangan keadilan dapat menyebabkan respons emosional, terutama pada saat terjadinya ketidakadilan. Pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan bisa diduga karena karyawan yang tidak memperoleh keadilan dalam organisasi sehingga berpengaruh pada kinerjanya dalam memberikan pelayanan. Hal ini menjadi dasar peneliti untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh keadilan Organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada kepuasan kerja karyawan di RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributif, keadilan prosedural, keadilan interaksi terhadap motivasi karyawan dan pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif tidak berpengaruh pada motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai 0.104 > 0.05, keadilan prosedural berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dengan nilai 0.003 < 0.05 dan keadilan interaksional berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja dengan nilai 0.000 < 0.05. Selain itu, motivasi kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara keadilan distributif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan motivasi kerja mampu memediasi hubungan keadilan prosedural dan interaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan RSUD Raja Ahmad Tabib.

Abstract

Currently, the use of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has become a necessity to achieve better ranking results from Search Engines known as Search Engine Optimization, which is a collection of techniques for positioning a site so that it can be indexed by search engines and get a position in search engine results—result Pages (SERPs). Based on Globalstatistics data, there has been an increase in internet users in Indonesia who search for products through the search engine market, which has reached 97.38%. This study aims to increase the visibility of a website or multi-umah web page in search results to get a higher ranking on the SERPs in the search results. search results using white hat SEO by comparing on-page techniques and off-page techniques through descriptive qualitative methods, then analyzed using Google Search Console and Google Analytics tools to understand keyword performance, behavior, and customer interests on the umahmulti.biz.id website

Abstract

As professionals who ensure the safe and efficient operation of air navigation in a specific air space, Air Traffic Controllers (ATC) shall possess maximum performance since their responsibility is related to the safety of many human lives. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the behavior of the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) performance model on duty at Airnav Indonesia branch Balikpapan. This research is quantitative and explorative research conducted on all populations of 38 active ATC working in air navigation service provider (ANSP)  in Airnav Indonesia Balikpapan for six months from March to August 2022. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents and conducting 38 interviews. The results demonstrate that Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, Competence moderates the relationship between compensation and performance in a positive and significant way, Compensation has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement, Career Development has a significant positive effect on Employee engagement, Employee engagement has a significant positive effect on performance, and Employee Engagement as a mediating variable that has a significant positive effect on career development and performance. The implications of the findings of this study as a reference for future policy development and human resource development at Airnav Indonesia Balikpapan, in order to improve the quality of air traffic services and flight safety.

Abstract

Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kabupaten Lamandau merasakan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang juga dimediasi oleh motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja para Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang ada di Kabupaten Lamandau. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kabupaten Lamandau dengan populasi berjumlah 2.748 Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 350 responden. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kepercayaan dan Kepuasan Kerja dengan variabel mediasi adalah Motivasi. Pengukuran variabel dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Strucutral Equation Model (SEM). Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk analisis structural adalah AMOS 20 dan dari Arbuckle dan untuk analisis deskriptif menggunakan SPSS 22. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kemampuan kepemimpinan transformasional dalam menjelaskan varians kepercayaan adalah 60,80%, Kepercayaan terhadap motivasi adalah 53,2%, dan kepercayaan serta motivasi dalam menjelaskan varians kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 65,20%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini rata-rata nilai communality adalah 0,631 dan nilai rata-rata R-square adalah 0,597, maka nilai Goodness of Fit (GoF) indeks model penelitian ini adalah = 0,613. Sebagaimana yang dikemukakan oleh Tenenhaus et al (2005) bahwa nilai GoF di atas 0,5 sudah dapat dikategorikan baik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional mempengaruhi kinerja tim melalui keselarasan nilai dan kepercayaan yang terbentuk antara atasan dan bawahan. Sebagaimana hasil penelitian ini, kepercayaan yang dibentuk oleh kepemimpinan transformasional mampu menjelaskan dengan baik varians dari motivasi sebesar 53,2% dan kepuasan kerja sebesar 65,2%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengubah, melatih dan mengembangkan pola pikir masyarakat Desa Wisata Cipta Karya Bengkayang terhadap sampah plastik yang selama ini hanya dibuang dan dibiarkan begitu saja. Sampah plastik ini dapat dikelola dan diolah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomi. Salah satunya adalah paving block. Acara menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek, meliputi ceramah dan diskusi panel tentang permasalahan warga,  dampak negatif dan manfaat sampah plastik rumah tangga (bungkus makanan, botol plastik, dan bekas kemasan makanan atau minuman). Serta pelatihan pembuatan paving block dari bahan  sampah plastik, mesin pencacah, dan peleleh palstik. produk hasil pelatihan paving block ini mulai dari desain (pengemasan dan branding) hingga proses pemasaran. Sebagai hasil dari program tersebut, masyarakat menyadari pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang baik dengan memanfaatkan sampah menjadi produk yang bernilai ekonomis dan produk akhir yang siap dipakai oleh masyarakat.

Abstract

Along with the behaviour changes toward digitalisation in the pandemic, reliable data to manage tourism marketing in Indonesia is needed. The study objectives are to go into detail on the application of big data and identify what kind of data is necessary for tourism marketing based on the previous research. Most studies about big data on tourism marketing come from overseas, with only a few from Indonesian authors. Questions were raised on what big data is used in tourism marketing and what data is needed, mainly for Indonesia. The use of big data and the kind of data for the benefit of tourism marketing in this study has yet to be discovered. The study adopted SLR with the PRISMA approach and continued with bibliometric analysis using VOS Viewers based on keywords and co-occurrence. Scopus is a database source, and 105 articles published from 2002 to 2022 are found. There are six clusters from plotting extensive data application networks. Two forms of big data can be gained to foresee tourism marketing in post-pandemic recovery. The utilisation cluster is the consumer behaviour research, technology operation, social media, future prediction based on network sentiment analysis, and innovation in smart tourism. Data from the tourism industry and non-tourism sector can be utilised. The study implied combining both the tourism and non-tourism sectors as integrated big data in tourism marketing for decision-making in the future.
