Abstract

SPS-BI May 2010 period points out that Sharia banking service marketing has developed very rapidly. It is noted that there are ten Sharia banks operating throughout Indonesia. Principles of marketing – profit sharing- as applied by these banks is suitable with principles of Islamic teaching since there are no interests as practiced by conventional banks.  Furthermore, Sharia banking service offers should be based on the customer’s needs. Consequently, Sharia banking management should learn and understand how the customers behave toward the bank itself. This means that particular strategies are needed in promoting the products and factors influencing the customer’s consideration in choosing the bank. Good ”service delivery system” should meet the following indicators: available, convenient and attractive. Some strategies are also needed for the marketing: segmenting, targeting, dan positioning

Abstract

One’s successes in deed are more dominantly determined by his ability to manage himself and others (soft skill). Soft skills including entrepreneurship encourage people to gain great success and even take over world’s economy and business. In addition, soft skill can reduce ‘sanglaritis’ a mental condition of a labor who keeps seeking for the opportunity to become civil servant or company’s officer which in turn makes them unable and has no desires to create their own business. It is entrepreneurship development which is believed to be able to promote sense of competition among those people through formal and informal trainings.

Abstract

Management of the organizational environment becomes an important part for a companyin addition to human resource management in order to create competitive advantage. A company mustbe careful in managing its environment both internal and external environment. Internal environmentalfactors such as the ability of human resources, financial capabilities, the role of technology, and marketorientation. While some of the company's external environmental factors include infrastructure supportand training. Changes in the environment are adapted by companies by formulating corporate strategiesand creating competitive advantage. Therefore, Islamic banks in the face of competition from financialinstitutions, especially with conventional banks, must be able to manage the environment professionally.Management of the technological environment, market orientation, and professional training atIslamic banks will be able to increase the competitive advantage of Islamic banks themselves. While themanagement of infrastructure is not a special concern for Islamic banks because it does not have animpact on competitive advantage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors such as financing and third-party funds, as well as external factors including inflation, BI, and exchange rate against Return On Asset (ROA) at Indonesian Foreign Exchange Sharia Bank. Furthermore, the library research was used and quantitatively described. Also, using the total sampling technique, the research team obtained six sample banks, namely Bank Mega Syariah, Muamalat Indonesia, Panin Dubai Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri. The data include Balance Sheet and Profit, Loss Financial Statements, as well as the published reports on inflation, BI, or exchange rates obtained in a quarterly period from 2015 to 2019. According to the F-test, there was a significant influence between the independent variables (Financing, Third Party Funds, Inflation, BI, and Exchange Rates) on the dependent (ROA). Meanwhile, the t-test showed there was no significant effect of partial financing, Third Party Funds, BI rate (X ), and Kurs (X ) on the ROA. Therefore, this study showed there was an increase in ROA because the society involves in financing due to high inflation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide knowledge on the preparation and position of each item contained in the transaction report on sources and uses of qardhul hasan fund and financial report on sources and zakat fund. The research method in this article is descriptive qualitative research by analyzing the two types of financial statement in islamic financial institution. The result in this study are the source and us of qardhul hasan fund in islamic financial institution sourced from infaq fund, alms, and result from the management of waqf fund and non halal income fund. Meanwile in the financial statement, the sources and uses of zakat fund come from zakat fund obtained from internal parties of islamic financial institution and external parties, namely people who are not customer of islamic financial instutions.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the strategy and marketing mix of education services in Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMP-IT). The researcher used qualitative research to describe the data descriptively. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicated that: 1) the marketing strategy in SMP-IT is to strengthen the IT and Public Relations (Humas) team in the school. 2) The marketing strategy of education services in SMP-IT is by implementing a marketing mix of products, prices, places, promotions, human resources, physical evidence and processes. The superior marketed products are tahfiz programs, language programs, Birrul Walidain and academic extracurriculars, as well as providing scholarship for excellent students. Promotion strategies are carried out through Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, websites, and newspapers..

Abstract

In discussing this, the problem is how much influence mudharabah and musharaka financing have on the profit of Islamic banks. The aim is to discover the effect of mudharabah and musharaka financing on the profit of Islamic banks. This type of research is field research with a quantitative approach. The data source comes from a written document of the Financial Services Authority in published financial statements. The data analysis technique that the writer did was Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Multiple Correlation, Determination Coefficient Test (R2), Hypothesis Testing, namely T-Test and F Test. The author's research results, mudharabah financing affects earnings because it has a count of 3.675, thus t arithmetic> t table (3.675> 2.048) with a significant level of 0.001 below significant 0.05 (5%) (0.001 <0.05), then H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Musharaka financing does not affect profit because it has a count of 0.288, thus t arithmetic <t table (0.288 <2.048). With a significant level of 0.776 above a significant 0.05 (5%) (0.776> 0.05), then H0 is accepted, and Ha is rejected. Mudharabah and Masyarakat financing simultaneously affect earnings because it has a count of 10.856, thus f arithmetic f table (10.856> 4.210). With a significant level of 0,000 below significant 0.05 (5%) (0,000 <0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah di PT. BPRS Al-Makmur Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah di PT BPRS Al-Makmur. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), untuk mendapatkan data-data dari permasalahan yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengelolaan data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif, kemudian diuraikan serta melakukan klasifikasi terhadap aspek masalah tertentu dan memaparkan melalui kalimat yang efektif.Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan tentang pengembangan sumber daya manusia perbankan syariah di PT. BPRS Al-Makmur Sumber daya manusia yang telah direkrut melalui proses orientasi, dengan metode on the job training, berupa orientasi yang diberikan sambil bekerja, ikut dengan senior yang sudah berpengalaman. Adapun pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan meliputi: Pelatihan Dasar Perbankan Syariah (PDPS) Al-Makmur, Basic Training, Selling Skill, Pelatihan Account Officer (AO), Training Skill dan Pengajian Rutin Mingguan. Sementara itu, bentuk-bentuk pengembangan karier yang dilakukan oleh PT. BPRS Al-Makmur meliputi: rotasi jabatan, mutasi jabatan dan promosi jabatan.
