Along with the changing times towards progress, in the era of increasingly free competition like today, educational institutions are required to be able to provide quality education that bemutu because educational institutions that lack of quality over time will be abandoned by society and eliminated by itself. The form of efforts to improve the quality of education undertaken by the government is to establish a policy of quality management based on madrasah by delegating authority from the center to the madrasah (madrasah), where the madrassas are given the flexibility and authority to organize and implement up to evaluate the education carried outTitle of actualization of quality improvement management based on madrasah. Education has always sought to provide guidance to students to establish and develop science and personality intact. The importance of improving the quality of education for students, and based on the term that education is as one program that can prepare and predict the development of students in the future, then, some efforts should be made by the Islamic educational institutions. In this case, MTs Probolinggo is one that should be oriented to achieve the quality of personality to development and prepare future generations who are ready to face the globalization era. In achieving this goal, the Islamic religious education in particular must have the correct strategy and precise in its development.Based on the reality happened in MTs Probolinggo, the learning of Islamic religious education in schools had been running in precise. But Islamic religious education especially MTs Probolinggo this should be taken to ensure that students not only can learn by heart religious lessons, but also able to be affective and behavioral. It is evident that in the previous year students MTs Probolinggo one has a moral decline that is one of the students exposed to cases of liquor. But it can be solved by getting serious handlers by the school so that the good name of MTs Probolinggo back brilliantly.From the background of the above problems, the researcher is motivated to conduct the research on the strategy of Islamic religious education in improving students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo. The focal points of this study are: (1) how is the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo?; (2) how is the implementation of learning Islamic religious education in students personality development in MTs Probolinggo?.The objectives in this study are: (1) to describe the steps of learning Islamic religious education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo; (2) to describe the implementation of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in MTs Probolinggo.Based on the data obtained and the result of this research, it can be can be summarized as follows: The first steps of learning Islamic education in improving the quality of students' personalities in the MTs Probolinggo can be quite good. Teachers of Islamic religious education in MTs Probolinggo has taken steps learning through teacher's council of Islamic religious education lessons, ranging from the preparation of the appropriate standard of syllabus content, standard competence and guide the preparation curriculum KTSP; make analysis today effective; effective last analysis; annual program; term program and lesson plan. The essence of education at the school is a learning process. There is no quality of education in schools without the equal of learning quality. Various efforts to improve the quality of education in schools can be perceived as less useful if it is not touched the improvement of the learning process. Among all components of learning, the teacher is the crucial one. There is no quality of learning without the equal quality of the teachers. One of the programs held in order to empower teachers is an academic supervision. It is a series of activities to help teachers in developing their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of academic goals. Thus, the essence of academic supervision is to help teachers in developing skills professionalism. In achieving that lofty goal, the academic supervision should be implemented in all scope of the school. Moreover, the implementation of it is done by the principal as a leader, and as well as a supervisor who can foster the good morale for teachers. Based on the mentioned background, the researcher conducts the research on the implementation of the principal academic supervision in improving teachers’ professionalism in MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong Pajarakan Probolinggo. The purpose of the study is to describe the planning of the principal academic supervision in improving teachers’ professionalism, to describe the implementation of the principal academic supervision in improving the teachers’ professionalism, and to describe the evaluation of the principal academic supervision in improving the professionalism of teachers. This study uses qualitative research methods, and the explanation of the research results are not numerical but scientific one. The effort to obtain the valid data, the selected samples taken in this study by using purposive sampling techniques to select those that are considered most competent to understand the examined object. The data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentaries. The observation methods are done by observing and recording, the interviews are conducted by interviewing the informants, and documentation methods are made to the objects documented. The data obtained are analyzed by using descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques, and then the validity of the data is applied by using triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, the implementation of principal academic supervision in improving the teachers’ professionalism in MTs Zainul Hasan Genggong Pajarakan Probolinggo is concluded as follow: First, the planning of academic supervision program is organized at the beginning of the school year before starting the overall teaching and learning activities, and included in the work program or the School Budget by involving all components of the school in determining the planning objectives, basic tools, and methods used in the academic supervision . Second, in implementing the academic supervision, the supervisor uses the individuals and groups techniques as well as the direct and indirect approaches. Third, in the results of the evaluation of academic supervision, it is found several obstacles, such as: (1) from the teachers point; the coaching process done by the principal are less as teachers often do not attend in the regular meetings as well as the meeting to implement the supervision models. (2) from the principal point; occasionally, the principal does not attend in the teachers coaching process that has been scheduled. (3) from the funds point; the lack of funds in in-service training activities caused by unbudgeted program arranged by the agency so that the teacher got less information due to the implementation done regularly.

Competition can also have a negative impact on our business world if an entrepreneur is unable to control himself in the face of competition so that entrepreneurs compete imperfectly or unhealthily. This is also fatal for a company. The existence of CV. Andromeda Utama in facing business competition, especially in the field of tourism, deserves more attention, this is because CV. Andromeda Utama is classified as a new company and is an individual business compared to other tourism service companies that are much longer in this field and are a company managed by several people who are experienced and more experts in this field.

However, thereare some people who think that Pesisir Kopontren still unable to providemaximum service and business services for residents. The research that weuse is a case study in Kopontren Miftahul Ulum Pesisir with the actualdata in the interview techniques (interview) and direct observation.Besides, we also use of the library to become as a reference for research.It appears that the success of the business Kopontren Miftahul Ulum theloan and save is this program could provide a solution to develop businessin a run by members of the public to empower villagers Pesisir in order tobecome partners Kopontren Miftahul Ulum. Therefore comes a businessmodel Kopontren project program through an increase in loan and saveto improve services, and cyber cafe and also to increase distribution to theminimarts in hopes can become an inspiration for the parties involvedand cooperatives (Kopontren) in the field.

Sales will not be realized without promotion, therefore CV Karya Abadi promotes Advertising and personalselling strategies to increase sales volume. This study aims to determine the promotion through advertising and personal selling affect sales volume in C.V. Eternal Work to achieve this goal the researcher first conducts a survey to identify what variables are considered. In this study there are three variables, namely sales volume, advertising and personal selling. The sample method used is porposive sampling (sampling technique with certain considerations). For the data obtained directly from research in CV Karya Abadi through un-structured interviews, observations and documentation and analyzed using the significance test of each coefficient and the significance test of the model through SPSS version 10.01. From the statistical results it can be seen that the value of Fcount> Ftable (76, 909> 3.3541) then the independent variables (advertising and personal selling) have a significant effect so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. For the T-test on advertising: 2,239 and personal selling: 11,104 and for Ttabel advertising and personal selling is +2,0518, this shows Thitung> Ttable so H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that the promotion strategy (advertising and personal selling) affects the sales volume of C.V. Karya Abadi by 83.1% while 14.9% is influenced by other promotional strategies.

The development of arisan indeks in the life of Moslems of Karangdoro-Tegaljati-Banyuwangi, indicates a new perception of justice in the context of arisan tradition. The main concern of this research is understanding the new perception of justice. This research is a qualitative research applying sociological and ethical Approaches. The data was reached by the techniques of interview, observation, and document study. The data was analyzed using the rational choice theory and the general perspective of contextual ethics as the theoretical framework. One of the results of this research is that the perception of justice of the oslem participants of the arisan indeks is rational and contextual in its character. One of the principles of the Moslems’ perception is that the value of justice in the context of arisan indeks relates to not only the nominal of money but also, and more importantly, the substantive value of money.

In Islamic law and positive law that a marriage must be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations. Both of these indicate that the carrying out of a marriage should be based on the terms and the pillars of Islam and the positive law. By law if the marriage ceremony has done, then the resulting rights and obligations between husband and wife. If the marriage between husband and wife or one of them does not want to perform its obligations, it shall do divorce. In the KHI mentioned that one of the causes of marriage breakdown is divorce and the reasons that can be used to litigate divorce one of them is between a husband and wife constantly disputes and quarrels and no hope of living in harmony again in the household. From this arises because a spouse is unwilling to perform its obligations due to any coercion in marriage.
