Abstract

Proper management of technological processes and resources in IslamicReligious Education learning is a teacher’s effort to create an effective and afficientlearning atmosphere. The management of the process carried out by a teachers arerequired to understand the characteristics and abilities of students to determine themethods or strategies that will be used in the teaching and learning process in orderto achieve predetermined goals. While resource management is the teacher’s effort inusing and utilizing tolls and media for an appropriate learning process that will beused in the Islamic religious learning process. In the initial research conducted atMTSs Darul Hikmah Kapuk that teachers only utilize existing media and learningmethods or strategies that allow students to achieve learning objectives. Thelimitations of media and learning resoursces are one of the obstacles for teachers inthe learning process. In this study, the researchers used descriptive qualitativeresearch using interview abservations and documentation as well as presenting dataand providing conclusions from the authors. In this study, the research had mademaximum efforts in managing the right processes Islamic Religious Educationlearning is only constrained by several factors that can be a barrier to achievinglearning goals.
