Abstract

The KOTAKU (City Without Slums) program is a program for handling slum settlements into livable settlements, through increasing access to infrastructure. The implementation of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) program in Jayapura City has been carried out from 2016 to 2021 in 8 Kelurahan. This study has 2 objectives, namely to analyze the effectiveness of the KOTAKU (City without Slums) program in reducing the area of slum settlements in Jayapura City by using 4 (four) variables, namely targeting accuracy, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring and analyzing factors that affect achievement targets. The success of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) program in reducing the area of slum settlements in Jayapura City. This study uses data analysis techniques that combine or link quantitative and qualitative research methods with data collection steps through observation, interviews and questionnaires. From the research carried out, conclusions have been obtained:(1) the average value of the percentage level of the effectiveness of the KOTAKU program in reducing the area of slum settlements in Jayapura City by using 4 (four) variables, the percentage is 70.79%. By referring to the Litbang Depdagri standard with a ratio of 60 – 79.99, the average level of program effectiveness is assessed as “Effective Enough”. (2) Factors Affecting Achievement Targets The success of the KOTAKU program in Reducing the Area of Slums in Jayapura City consists of supporting factors (human resources, budget and planning) and inhibiting factors (no budget collaboration, budget cuts, land location and impoverishment as well as related community mindsets projects and government grants)

Abstract

Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kuat tekan beton yang sudah mengeras adalah dengan metode Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP). Biaya penerapan metode CFRP relatif mahal. Penelitian ini mencoba memberikan data awal sebagai acuan untuk menentukan perlu atau tidaknya penerapan metode CFRP pada suatu komponen struktur beton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan (rasio) antara penambahan biaya dan peningkatan kuat tekan beton menggunakan metode CFRP. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, dengan menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean) sebagai dasar perhitungannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rasio antara penambahan biaya dengan kenaikan kuat tekan beton dengan metode CFRP adalah 678.615 rupiah untuk setiap penambahan 1 kg/cm² kuat tekan beton. Berdasarkan komponen struktur, rasio untuk balok, pelat, dan kolom beton adalah masing-masing 1.077.299; 1.411.709 dan 330.376 rupiah per kg/cm² kuat tekan beton.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the Trans Papua Jayapura-Waeman road construction project which is included as a Strategic Priority Project (Major Project) numbered 31 in Presidential Decree number 18 of 2020 concerning the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020-2024. This road construction project contains plans for the construction of nine roads from Sorong to Merauke. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with the research subject being the local government of Yalimo Regency. The selected informants were those who had the relevance needed for research consisting of the Head of the Yalimo District Development Office, the Secretary, the Head of the Yalimo District Community Social Welfare Service as respondents. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews or interviews. The data were analyzed qualitatively descriptively supported by primary and secondary data. The results showed that the Trans Papua Jayapura-Waemana Road had a positive impact on the social and economic changes of the community in Yalimo Regency. Overall, it can be seen from 3 (three) aspects of research observations which include; Increasing Productive Economic Enterprises. The factors that affect the social and economic level of the community include; the availability of an adequate budget, There is a strong commitment from the government (Pemda) in supporting the implementation of development. Inhibiting factors include; Lack of facilities and infrastructure, the existence of community habits, and others (cultural factors).

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the determination of 'Ketengban' as a New Autonomous Region from the Bintang Mountains Region. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques: Data reduction, Data presentation, Drawing conclusions or verification. The results of his research, first It is necessary to establish a new autonomous region from the Bintang Mountains Region, implemented by the provisions of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia having regulations governing regional government by the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, the government shall enact Law Number 2 of 2021 as a replacement for Law Number 21 of 2001 on special autonomy for Papua Province. Second Matter that concerns the stipulation of 'Ketengban' as a New Autonomous Region from the Bintang Mountains Region that is carried out by the regulations can be seen in the Brief Report of the Commission II DPR RI public hearing meeting which has stated that the DPRD and the Regional Government of the Bintang Mountains Regency submitted administrative completeness submitted to Commission II of the DPR RI. Third, What benefits can be obtained from the stipulation of 'Ketengban' as a New Autonomous Region, which can be seen in improving the standard of living and welfare of the community, Gunung Bintang Regency, Papua Province? In addition, the Bintang Mountains of Papua Province, in developing or developing their regions, are experiencing an accelerated increase.
