Abstract

Rukun Tetangga is in coordination with the Rukun Warga and part of the village or village. The technical implementation of the RT is in charge of bridging agencies or organizations outside other external RTs that have the legality of the village or village. Related to administrative governance RT often faces the problem of archives that can only be accessed on one technological tool such as a laptop or computer, this makes the management and governance process long, especially when the management is outside the residential area of the complex. Along with the development of the digital era, administrative governance and archives of Rukun Tetangga can use Google Drive and QR-Code. In the implementation of PKM this time, an analysis was carried out first on housing problems, especially complex houses, then socialization, then assistance and implementation in the RT area. 002 Housing Taman Graha Asri Block Graha Minimalist in Serang City. As for the results that can be a benefit for the RT management. 002 is can be done anywhere, anytime, without the administrator having to meet often because of their respective busy lives. This makes it easier for the management to manage the administration of the RT.002 residents

Abstract

For most people, snacks are one of the things that must be available at home and at work. Whether it's, when doing activities or relaxing, light snacks can always be the perfect companion to make the mood more elevated and also increase productivity. Among the wide variety of snacks to choose from, chips remain a favorite for some. With a crunchy texture and practical for consumption, chips seem to be unable to miss attention when choosing snacks to be used as stock at home. The flavor variants of chips are also diverse so that they are easier to adjust to taste, some are savory, salty, and also spicy. There is also a variant of chips with a sweet taste that is not only addictive, namely banana chips (Banana Chips). Banana chips are very suitable as a snack that is able to pamper the tongue, as well as meet the needs of important nutrients in the body. Banana Fruit Itself has about 136 calories for every 100 grams which overall comes from carbohydrates that have health and nutritional benefits, so it needs to be spread in the community. This community service program aims to provide solutions to problems that exist in Gunungsari village specifically for banana chip producers, namely the lack of quality of goods sold and produced in the area. Therefore, coaching program activities are carried out starting from increasing the understanding of the target community related to the processing of bananas into various innovative products, as well as providing knowledge of the benefits of bananas from nutritional and health aspects

Abstract

Many factors influence organizational performance, one of which is the influence of HR management. Inclusive teams, agile leadership, and organizational agility affect organizational performance. This study aimed to see how inclusive teams, agile leadership, and organizational agility affect organizational performance. Although the methods used are qualitative studies, literature studies, literature research, and literature reviews. The results show that several journals influence organizational performance. These results become a recommendation for communication companies to improve organizational performance

Abstract

Leadership is one of the most important factors determining whether or not an organization successfully meets its goals and objectives. There are numerous styles of leadership, including transactional leadership, transformational leadership, and servant leadership, among others. The transactional style is based on a transactional relationship between the leader and the follower, where rewards and punishments motivate followers. Transformational leadership involves inspiring and empowering followers to achieve their full potential. Servant leadership prioritizes meeting the needs of followers, which can lead to better performance and employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and human resource development as it relates to job satisfaction, as well as how levels of job satisfaction ultimately influence levels of job engagement among employees. The literature study method this research utilizes involves selecting relevant topics and keywords related to the research question and then using these to search for relevant journals and literature to inform the study. The findings from the three studies show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and engagement and that human resource development plays a crucial role in improving employee satisfaction and engagement. Characteristics such as individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and intellectual stimulation have been as having a positive impact on job satisfaction. Leaders who develop transformational leadership skills and provide opportunities for human resource development can improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
