Abstract

This study aims to determine the trend of palm oil production, the trend of the value of production, trends of CPO(crude palm oil) export volume, trend value of Indonesian exports, as well as to determine the factors that influence the Indonesian CPO exports and to know the benefits of Indonesias CPO. The data that used are annual data which were analyzed using regression analysis to estimate the influential factors, the analysis of RCA (Revealed Comparative Abvantage) and AR (Acceleration Ratio) were used to determine the comparative advantage of the Indonesian palm oil in international market.The results showed that the trend of Indonesian palm oil production on average was increased, while the trend of the value of production, the export volume trend, and the trend of Indonesian CPO export value also increased from year to year. The high productivity of Indonesian palm oil production allows the State Indonesias CPO to exports to neighboring countries, such as China, India, and the Netherlands. From the results of research on the factors that influence the CPO exports to China state that the International CPO price, exchange rate, per capita income, population, and the price substitution (soybean). Factors affecting the CPO exports to China were the CPO price International, capita income of, population, and the price substitution. Factors that affecting CPO exports to Netherland countries were the domestic price, capita income, population, trend, and subtitusi price.Analysis to determine the comparative advantage to Indonesian CPO market showed that Indonesian CPORCA value was higher than the value of the RCACPO World wide  average, while the World RCA value of 1,06, this showed that the market share of Indonesian CPO superior and capableto compete in international market. The growth of Indonesian CPO export has accelerated and higher than other countries in the World (AR =1,009).

Abstract

Cocoa plant was an export commodity that contributed in increasing Indonesia'sforeign exchange. For the development of cocoa plants to succeed properly was to prepare planting materials in the nursery well. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of long incubation of solid waste rubber factory in growing mediaof planting breeding kakao. This research was conducted in Pebaun Hilir Village, Kuantan Mudik district, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The research was conducted for 5 months starting from March to July 2017.The design used in this research is non factorial Randomized Block Design, ie the incubation period of rubber plant solid waste consisting of 5 levels of treatmen,repeated as many as 3 replications so that 15 units of experiment were obtained. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants, 3 of which were used as sample plants. The treatment was as follows: S1: Incubate 1 week before planting, S2: Incubate 2 weeks before planting, S3: Incubate 3 weeks before planting, S4: Incubate 4 weeks before planting, S5: Incubate 5 weeks before planting.The observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the Brightness Advanced Test (BNJ) at 5% level. The parameters observed were: Plant height (cm), stem diameter (cm), number of leaves (strands), leaf area (cm). The long treatment incubation of solid waste rubber factory had an effect on observation parameter of plant height (42,7 cm) length of incubation 1 week before planting, number of leaf (16,4 strands) incubation length 1 week before planting.Keywords: waste incubation, growth of cocoa.

Abstract

Potensi luas lahan sawit dan populasi ternak sapi lokal yang telah ada  dan  didukung oleh sumberdaya manusia maupun sumberdaya alam serta peluang pasar, pengembangan sapi lokal dengan pola integrasi sawit-sapi dapat berkembang dengan baik yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan dampak ekonomi bagi peternak yakni peningkatan kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi dan menyusun strategi pengembangan sapi lokal yang di integrasikan dengan perkebunan kelapa sawit di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Location Quotient dan metode analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai daya dukung untuk pengembangan sapi kuantan dengan luas lahan potensi untuk hijauan makanan ternak (HMT) seluas 26.656,64 ha dengan daya dukung sebesar 99.962 ST. Potensi tanaman pangan berupa limbah produksi sebesar 9.447,61 ton/tahun dengan total daya dukung sebanyak 109.409 ST. Potensi Maksimum berdasarkan Keluarga Petani (PMKK) yaitu 2,33 ST/KK, daya tampung padang rumput 6.679 ST dan Populasi yang ada 2.386 Daya Tampung padang rumput saja = 6.679 ST – 2.386 ST = 4.293 ST. Potensi Maksimum berdasarkan Keluarga Petani (PMKK) sebesar 166.681,21 ST dengan populasi riil sapi kuantan sebanyak 2.386 ST, maka diperoleh Kapasitas Peningkatan Populasi Ternak sebanyak 164.295,21 ST. Berdasarkan hasil analisis matrik tersebut, dapat diambil suatu strategi guna mempercepat pengembangan usaha sapi kuantan yang berkelanjutan antara lain adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Perlu dibentuknya kelompok peternak dengan manajemen yang memadai disertai pendampingan dari dinas terkait atau dari perguruan tinggi khususnya yang berhubungan dengan peternakan, 2) Perlu pemanfaatan lembaga BIB di daerah guna penyediaan bibit unggul lokal dari hasil perkawinan dan seleksi yang terarah dan terencana dari pemerintah untuk masyarakat, 3) Perlu kajian tentang kebijakan pemerintah dalam permodalan bagi peternak khususnya modal lunak, 4) Perlu adanya kerjasama kemitraan untuk meningkatkan pemasaran hasil ternak, 5) Perlu dilakukan pemeliharaan sapi kuantan dengan cara intensif atau dilakukan dalam suatu kandang kelompok pada suatu kawasan yang terintegrasi dengan usahatani lainnya (Integrated Farming System) untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfatan sumberdaya lokal, pemanfaatan limbah untuk biogas dan pupuk organik, disamping produk utama sebagai penghasil daging.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the loyalty of consumers who buy rice in Pekanbaru City. The method used is the survey method for households in Pekanbaru City, which consists of 12 Districts which are divided proportionally based on BPS data in 2020. The sample in this study is 240 households, based on the field survey results obtained for consumer characteristics are at 84.00% of the productive age ranges from 15 - 35 years old. For educational characteristics, 63.41% of undergraduate consumer education (S1) covers various fields of science. Then for the characteristics of income, it is found that as much as 6.92% of consumer income is 2,888,564 or equivalent to MSEs. Whereas for the type of work obtained as many as 57.4% have a livelihood / job as private employees. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of consumer loyalty are not yet at the level of loyal buyers because the loyalty pyramid value of Switcher buyers is still above 50% and the value of committed buyers is still very small, namely 26.67%. The level of loyalty of rice consumers in the city of Pekanbaru is not yet at the level of loyal buyers because in the loyalty pyramid the value of Switcher buyers is still above 63%, which is 56.61% with the frequent category and the committed buyer value is also very small, namely 49.72% with the non-category. like, for the value of Liking The Brand and Satisfied Buyer, which is 100% with the very satisfied category. And the Habitual Buyer value is 96.66% with the category agree.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan program sapi induk wajib bunting (SIWAB) di Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan wawancara langsung kepada inseminator dan peternak. Data primer di peroleh dari responden tentang pemahaman reproduksi dan data sekunder di peroleh dari recording inseminator tahun 2018-2019 di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Variabel penelitian yang diukur yaitu Service per Conception (S/C), Conception Rate (CR), Calving Rate (CvR), Pengetahuan Aceptor dan peternak tentang pemahaman reproduksi dalam mendukung program SIWAB. Data disampaikan secara deskriptif dengan menampilkan persentase variabel yang diukur. Untuk membaca nilai tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan program SIWAB, maka di bandingkan dengan skor keberhasilan program. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Angka S/C Tahun 2018 sebesar 1,15 servis dan di tahun 2019 sebesar 1,12 servis dengan tingkat keberhasilan optimal. Persentase CR tahun 2018 sebesar 86,29% dan di tahun 2019 sebesar 89,05% dengan tingkat keberhasilan optimal. Persentase CvR tahun 2018 sebesar 50,14% dan tahun 2019 sebesar 70,22% dengan tingkat keberhasilan optimal. Sedangkan peternak sudah paham reproduksi ternak sebesar 84,75% dan petugas insemator sebesar 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpukan bahwa program SIWAB di Kuantan Singingi sudah terlaksana dengan optimal berdasarkan data angka recording inseminator. Keberhasilan program SIWAB di dukung secara mendasar dari tingkat pemahaman peternak tentang reproduksi, deteksi birahi, keterampilan inseminator, ketepatan waktu IB, performan sapi betina, kesehatan ternak dan kualitas semen beku yang di gunakan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis jumlah produksi, harga jual pengusaha kerupuk ubi kayu, dan pemasaran dari aspek saluran pemasaran. Pengambilan sampel untuk pengusaha agroindustri kerupuk ubi kayau diambil secara Proposif sebanyak 30. Sedangnkan pedagang pengumpul, yang diambil masih aktif melakukan kegiatan pemasaran kerupuk ubi kayu selama 6 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian jumlah produksi pengusaha kerupuk ubi kayu berkisar 145/Kg/bulan. Dengan pendapatan rata-rata per bulan sebesar Rp. 3.195.133,- dengan harga Rp.20.000,- sampai Rp.22.000,- Saluran pemasaran I kerupuk ubi kayu dipasarkan lasung dirumah, konsumen yang langsung datang kerumah membeli kerupuk ubi kayu dalam bentuk mentah. Saluran Pemasaran II kerupuk ubi kayu dalam bentuk mentah di pasarkan langsung dari rumah maupun ke tempat pasar-pasar tradisional yang terdekat ke pedagang pengumpul yang ada di pasar. Dalam memasarkan kerupuk ubi kayu, pengusaha hanya mengeluarkan biaya transportasi dari rumah kepasar sebesar Rp. 2000,- adapun jarak rumah dengan pasar berkisar 3 km dan ada juga kerupuk ubi kayu dijemput langsung oleh pedagang pengumpul ke rumah, pedagang pengumpul mengeluarkan biaya operasional, rata-rata Rp. 23.000,-/bulan atau sebesar Rp. 260,-/kg. Margin pemasaran kerupuk ubi kayu di peroleh sebesar Rp. 2.400,-/kg. Margin pemasaran saluran pemasaran II yang dikelaurkan oleh pedagang pengumpul sebesar Rp. 3.000,-/kg. dengan harga jual 24.400,-/kg. Efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran I adalah 0 %, lebih kecil nilai efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran II adalah 1,07%. Hal ini berarti saluran pemasaran I lebih efisien dari pada saluran pemasaran II. Pada saluran pemasaran I marjin pemasarannya adalah Rp. 0,-.

Abstract

With the title Analysis of the Impact of Covid-19 on the Income of Oil Palm Farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the impact of covid-19 on the income of oil palm farmers in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The analytical method used is mathematical analysis and descriptive analysis by simplifying table data. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with respondents using questionnaires. The results showed that there was a significant difference in palm oil production before and during the COVID-19 pandemic and there was a significant difference in farmers' income before the pandemic, which was Rp. 13,795,936 and during the pandemic, which was Rp. 11,175,474.
