Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of women workers in the informal sector in improving family welfare in Abeli Village, Abeli District, Kendari City, to find out the driving factors and inhibitors of the existence of women workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Village, Abeli District, Kendari City, and the welfare conditions of workers' families woman (wife) in the informal sector in Abeli Kacamatan Abeli Kelurahan of Kendari City. This type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The existence of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in improving family welfare in Abeli Sub-District Abeli District of Kendari City was influenced by several reasons including not requiring high education, the unavailability of jobs in accordance with the level of education, the ability to divide time between work and take care of the household and the social system applied by the community give equal roles between men and women in the workforce. Factors driving the existence of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Sub-district, Abeli District, Kendari City include motivation to increase family income and for an economy that does not depend on husbands, while factors inhibiting the existence of women workers (wives) in the informal sector in increasing family welfare in Abeli Sub-district Abeli District of Kendari City is age. As for the family welfare conditions of female workers (wives) in the informal sector in Abeli Sub-District, Abeli District has been fulfilled. This can be seen from the fulfillment of material needs, namely clothing, food and shelter needs. Fulfillment of mental / spiritual needs, namely the spiritual needs of family members and the fulfillment of social needs, namely the need for feeling accepted by the community.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategies undertaken by women who are prone to socio-economics (WRSE) in Punggaloba Village and to determine the inhibiting factors for women who are prone to socio-economics (WRSE) in an effort to meet the needs of life in Pungggaloba Village. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique was done by means of observation, interview and documentation with 7 WRSE informants in Punggaloba Village. The results of the research on the strategies carried out by WRSE in Punggaloba Village utilized their own WRSE skills and established small businesses to support all the needs in the family or the WRSE itself. And the inhibiting factor for WRSE is the lack of knowledge or education possessed by a WRSE because some of them have only graduated from junior high school, and most of them do not get assistance from the government which makes WRSE in Punggaloba Village, they have to struggle to meet their daily needs.

Abstract

This research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and document study. The results showed that: the formation of street child resilience in Mandongan District, Kendari City consists of several reasons, including street children in Mandonga District who have strong emotional regulation, optimism which indicates that they have self-confidence, individual ability to identify problems, have a great sense of empathy. and self-efficacy which represents a belief. The factors that influence the resilience of street children in Mandonga District, Kendari City are the presence of institutions such as the Social Service and students and the surrounding community who always provide support and motivation as well as guidance through social activities both individually and in groups

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran pengasuh panti serta faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dalam pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi anak yang bermasalah dengan teman sebayanya Di Panti Asuhan Shabri Kendari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah lima anak penerima pelayanan, dan orang tua asuh dua orang. Sumber data  yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder, selanjutnya hasil penelitian ini dianalisis. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan deskriptif kualitatif dan kemudian ditarik sebuah kesimpulan dari data yang diperoleh melalui informan yang relevan dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pelaksanaan rekonsiliasi anak ada empat cara yang di dalamnya terdapat peran pengasuh panti yaitu: Rekonsiliasi pengungkapan kebenaran, peran pengasuh panti sebagai orang tua penganti. Rekonsiliasi redefinisi identitas sosial, pengasuh berperan memfasilitasi relasi dan komunikasi anak dan menjaga kerahasiaan pribadi anak. Rekonsiliasi keadilan parsial pengasuh berperan memastikan bahwa mekanisme aturan, disiplin dan sanksi sesuai dengan prinsip kepentingan terbaik bagi anak. Rekonsiliasi kesediaan membangun hubungan baru, pengasuh berperan menjaga martabat anak . Dengan faktor yang mendukung tersedianya sarana dan prasarana, adanya area yang luas, dan adanya motivasi anak, dengan hambatan tidak adanya pekerja sosial, anak yang susah diatur, kurangnya ilmu pengetahuan pengasuh panti.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of women workers in the micro-economic business of cashew processing in Moko Village, in improving family welfare. And knowing the factors that influence the role of female cashew processing workers in Moko Village in improving family welfare. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation with research informants as many as 10 female workers in Moko Village, Lakudo District who worked in cashew processing.The results showed that the social role of female workers in cashew processing in Moko Village was active in social activities in the community as a form of fulfilling social needs, the role in cashew processing of female workers in addition to acting outside as a teacher and so on they can also act as workers by following all the provisions, especially in the realm of social interaction among their workers. . The public role of women workers in cashew processing in Moko Village is not only as workers in cashew processing, but they try as much as possible, establishing businesses to increase the family economy and prosper their families. In terms of this public role, cashew processing carries out community activities, one of which is commemorating religious holidays and the women working women there have a role in preparing all consumption needs together for the realization of these public events. The domestic role of female workers in cashew processing in Moko Village still prioritizes the family. Even though they work due to lack of economic factors, it does not become an obstacle to gathering with their families. and often participates in every activity that is carried out by the people around him by participating in majlis ta'lim activities. which is a form of activity to fulfill social needs. In the processing of cashew, these women workers are too obvious because most of them are employed workers so that their domestic role does not have a clear enough role in the processing of cashew.Internal factors that affect female workers in cashew processing in Moko Village are due to the compulsion of life that forces female workers to work in improving economic conditions in improving family welfare even though they consider working in cashew processing difficult but again the condition of the family to support. External factors that influence female workers in the processing of cashew nuts in Moko Village in improving family welfare are seen from the encouragement of their husbands. Relational factors that affect female workers, most of them have acquaintances with important people in supporting the welfare of their families.
