Abstract

In an activity in the education unit, the Helpdesk Ticketing System can be an information technology facility to improve service quality. At SDN Babakan 01 the complaint process for information technology problems does not use a system, so IT operators who receive incident reports, come and confirm the problem directly, this creates a problem, namely in the complaint report documentation process it is not recorded properly and quickly. In designing information technology Helpdesk Ticketing System at SDN Babakan 01, the authors conducted interviews and observations first before designing a website-based Helpdesk Ticketing System where the model used was SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and the method used was the Waterfall method, so that the system designed can be used by SDN Babakan 01 operators to accommodate and organize any problem reports properly, so that reports can be structured properly, minimize communication errors with IT operators, and can present report data quickly.

Abstract

Abstract

The world of marketing has recently become the target of job seekers in Indonesia. A wide scope of work with many fields and different team concentrations, makes the field of marketing open up many opportunities and job vacancies. The world of marketing requires experienced people because they deal directly with clients. So marketing companies usually don't want to play around with potential applicants. Marketing associate is an entry-level job so it is perfect for someone who just wants to start working in marketing or marketing. Abstract

This research focuses on the issues of data security and document management at SMK Teknologi Informatika YPML, an educational institution that manages a large number of educational documents. Currently, this institution does not use an encryption system application, which potentially leads to data leaks and other security issues. To address this problem, this research designed an encryption and decryption system application to protect documents and files from unauthorized access. This application is designed by implementing the AES (Rijndael) encryption algorithm capable of encrypting up to 256-bit, so only individuals who have the encryption key can open the document. This research hopes to improve data security and document management efficiency in educational institutions.
