Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh konseling karir kelompok cognitive information processing untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 16 orang siswa kelas XI di SMAN “X” Yogyakjarta yang berjenis kelamin perempuan dan laki-laki, berusia 17 tahun dan dibagi dalam dua kelompok. Setelah dilakukan proses random, maka terpilih satu kelompok (n=8) sebagai kelompok eksperimen dari SMAN”X” yang menerima perlakuan berupa konseling karir kelompok CIP. Satu kelompok lainnya (n=8) sebagai kelompok kontrol. Skala career thought inventory yang dibuat sendiri oleh peneliti yang dipergunakan sebagai alat ukur. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis non-parametrik berupa Mann Whitney U Test untuk menguji perbedaan nilai berdasarkan kelompok, yaitu eksperimen dan kontrol. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa konseling karir kelompok berpengaruh dalam menigkatkan kemampuan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa (Z = -3,313, p = 0,000, dimana p < 0,05).Kata kunci : Pengambilan keputusan karir, Cognitive Information Processing, Konseling karir

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap tuntutan dan harapan sekolah dengan derajat stres siswa di SMU Plus. Pengambilan data dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Umum Negeri 8 Bukit Duri Jakarta Selatan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas satu dengan usia 14-17 tahun sebanyak 81 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunkan adalah simple random sampling. Data diperoleh dari skala untuk mengukur persepsi siswa terhadap tuntutan dan harapan sekolah dan skala untuk mengukur stres siswa. Hipotesis penelitian diuji dengan uji statistik Rank Spearman. Hasil korelasi diperoleh rs=0,4774 (taraf significansi 95%) dengan t hitung = 4,8291. Hal ini menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi siswa terhadap tuntutan dan harapan sekolah dengan derajat stres siswa. Artinya semakin siswa mempersepsikan tuntutan dan harapan sekolahnya sebagai ancaman dan beban, semakin tinggi stres yang cenderung dirasakannya. Tuntutan dan harapan sekolah terbesar yang siswa rasakan adalah yang berhubugnan dengan keharusan mencapai prestasi dan keunggulan (rs=0,4499 dengan t hitung =4,47750 serta adanya pengayaan kegiatan belajar mengajar (rs=0,2266 dengan t hitung = 2,0679). Tuntutan dan harapan sekolah dalam hal kedisiplinan tidak dirasakan siswa sebagai beban (rs=0,1153 dengan t hitung = 1,0317). Tingkat stres yang tinggi pada 50,62% siswa tidak membuat siswa menurun prestasinya, tetapi dapat membuat siswa merasa tertantang utnuk berprestasi lebih baik.Kata Kunci : Persepsi terhadap tuntutan dan harapan, derajat stres, sekolah plus

Abstract

This study attempted to find out how changed hardiness on entreprenuer 's difabel. This study used a case study. Design subjects or informants in this study were three entrepreneur's difabel which is had their personal entrepreneurminimalfor 2 years. The results obtained in this study was everyone basically already had hardy personality and past experiences made them more hardy. Burden of physical andphychic were another threat on difabel. Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Psikoedukasi “What Every Teacher Should Know About Special Learners” dalam meningkatan pengetahuan dasar guru SDN “X” tentang peserta didik di sekolah inklusi. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh psikoedukasi “What Every Teacher Should Know About Special Learners” terhadap pengetahuan dasar guru tentang peserta didik di sekolah inklusi. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan the untreated control group design with dependent pretest and posttest sampels dengan menambahkan tindak lanjut. Sebanyak 18 orang guru yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen kelompok kontrol dari SD Negeri yang menjadi sekolah inklusi yang berada di bawah Dinas Pendidikan Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan tes pengetahuan dasar guru tentang peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus tunagrahita dan kesulitan belajar dengan koefisen reliabilitas sebesar 0,799. Modul Psikoedukasi dikembangkan berdasarkan manual pelatihan dari Tileston (2005) yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru di SDN “X”. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode selisih skor. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan pengetahuan dasar guru tentang peserta didik di sekolah inklusi antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol (Mann-Whitney U = 7,500; Z = -2,925, p (1-tailed) = 0,0015 (p < 0,05)). Hal ini berarti bahwa psikoedukasi “What Every Teacher Should Know About Special Learners” menunjukkan pengaruh dalam peningkatan pengetahuan dasar guru SD N “X” tentang peserta didik di sekolah inklusi. Hasil penelitian telah menguatkan hipotesis.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to empirically examine the effect of assertiveness training on the students interpersonal communication skills. The research design was pretes postest control group design. The subject determination into experimental group and control group. Interpersonal communication skills is measured by using scale interpersonal communication skills based on interpersonal communication aspects of DeVito (2011). Data analysis on this research was mixed design anova. The result of this research revealed the existance of interaction between time (pretest and posttest) and group (experimental and control) that was stated by F = 41,786; P = 0,000. The result showed that control group and experimental group was different. In this research, the asertiveness training treatment contribution toward the increasing of interpersonal communication skills is 79,1%. Key words: Asertiveness training, Interpersonal communication skill, Vocational high school.

Abstract

As the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of shalat's training to lower on student academic procrastination. The hypothesis is no effect of a decrease in academic procrastination among students who attend training shalat with students who are not trained to shalat. This study uses pretest and posttest control group design, in which the research subjects are students from various departments at "Y" University in Yogyakarta a total of 8 people, with 4 people in the experimental group and 4 people in the control group.This study uses a scale of academic procrastination compiled by Siswanto (2013). Data were analyzed using non-parametric statistics, the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results of the research in the experimental group for differences pre and post test obtained value Z =-0.368, p = 0.713 (p>0.05). As for differences in pre-test and post-test in the control group, the value of Z = -l.826, p = 0.068 (p>0.05). It can be concluded that there is no difference in academic procrastination before and after the shalat's training. Abstract

This study aimed to determine if whether the parent management training can improve social skills in children experienced oppositional defiant disorder (ODD). Subjects in the study one child, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), male gender, age 7 years, currently sit in second grade elementary school. The data was collected using the method of observation with anecdotal records and behavioral checklists and semi-structured interviews. The study design used was a single case experimental design with AB-follow up design. Analysis of the data used is a qualitative analysis with the analysis of behavioral approaches RAC-S (Response, Antecendents, Consequences, Response-Strength), and analysis visual inspection. The results of parent management training can improve social skills of child who has oppositional defiant disorder, primarily on behavioral aspect of academic success in school.Keywords: Social Skills, Parent Management Training, Oppositional Defiant Disorder

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of empathy training to reduce bullying behavior on the offender bullying in primary school. Subjects in this study were 10-11 years old who have low and medium empathy scores nor high and medium bullying behavior. There were eight students who become participants in this study. The data were collected by using interview, observation, peer relations questionaires, bullying scales, and empathy scales. This study was using one group pretest-posttest design. The data were analyzed by using quantitative analysis of two related sample test by Wilcoxon. The results showed that empathy scores (Z=-2.52, p=0.012 (p<0.05)) and bullying scores (Z=-2.207, p=0.027 (p<0.05)) underwent a significant change pretest-posttest. Meanwhile, empathy scores Z=-1.452, p=0.146 (p>0.05)) and bullying scores (Z=-1.897, p=0.058 (p>0.05)) had no significant changes posttest- follow up. Furthermore, empathy scores (Z=-2.530, p=0.011 (p<0.05)) and bullying scores (Z=-2.533, p=0.011 (p<0.05)) underwent a significant change pretest- follow-up.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop Coloured Progressive Matrices (CPM) norms for the use in the Indonesian context. We used two approaches, namely classical test theory (CTT) which uses raw score (total score) as measurement result information and Rasch modeling which uses logit value as measurement result information. This research was conducted in four regencies and one municipality in the Province of Yogyakarta. The participants were 1,779 elementary school age children recruited through random sampling. The norming analysis in this study divided the data into five age groups in the range of 6 – 12.5 years old. The level of intelligence represented by the results of the CPM measurement consists of five levels, from Grade I to Grade V. Grade V as the lowest intelligence level has a value below the 5th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade IV as the second lowest level of intelligence was located between between the 5th and 25th Percentile of the data distribution. Grade III representing the average level of intelligence had the greatest range from 25th to 75th Percentile. In addition, the range allocated for Grade II was similar to Grade IV, but in the opposite direction of the distribution (i.e., between 75th and 95th Percentile). Lastly, Grade I as a representation of the highest level of intelligence is in the range of values above the  95th Percentile.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the improvement of the teacher’s social competence in teaching junior high school in "X" before being given training (pretest) and two weeks after training (posttest). The hypothesis in this study is authoritative teacher training can improve the teacher‘s social competence in teaching junior high school "X". Teachers are given the Authoritative Teacher Training will increase the teacher’s social competence in teaching. This study is a quasi-experimental design using one group pretest, posttest and follow-up. This study used the scale of the teacher’s social competence in teaching, observation scale, and opened scale. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test.
