Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to study impact of caldera landslide at Jeneberang sub watershed to sedimentation rates in the Bili-Bili dam. The research was conducted based on field survey, caldera landslide at upstream and sedimentation rate in the Bili-Bili dam. The Result Showed that Jeneberang sub watershed dominated by steep areas topography is 10.080 ha (26.22%) and the closure of forested land is 12.250 ha (31.87%). Caldera landslide in 2004 caused sediment flow from upstream of Jeneberang watershed was 45,027,954 m3. Sabo dam as a sediment control along the Jeneberang upstream has function effectively. It was seen from the volume flow of sediment that can be controlled up to the year 2008 is 1,915,671 m3. Sedimentation rate before the event of landslide caldera, sediment deposited in Bili-Bili dam cumulatively is 8.376 million m3 (April 2001). Five years after the landslide sediment volume has reached 60.959 million m3 in 2008. Based on Trap efficiency showed that efficiency of Bili-Bili dam was decrease from 90.81% in 1997 to 73.34% in 2005, and then increased in 2007 (92.57%) and in 2008 decrease become 89.79%.

Abstract

Abstrak Sebagian besar perusahaan konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini masih menggunakan aplikasi konvensional yang dilakukan secara terpisah. Akibat yang sering ditemukan dari penggunaan aplikasi konvensional terfragmentasi antara lain adanya limbah kontruksi dan keterlambatan informasi yang menyebabkan inefisiensi biaya dan waktu. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem integrasi yang dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut. Salah satu teknologi yang telah muncul untuk menjawab permasalahan adalah Building Information Modeling (BIM). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan simulasi pemodelan dan perhitungan untuk mengevaluasi akurasi dan efisiensi biaya penggunaan aplikasi BIM 5D dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional pada pekerjaan besi dan beton. Simulasi proyek dilakukan pada apartment 16 lantai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan penggunaan aplikasi BIM 5D dapat mengurangi biaya tenaga kerja sebesar Rp171.989.939,00 atau menghemat 6,33%. Nilai efisiensi volume pekerjaan beton fc’30 MPa, beton fc’35 MPa, dan pekerjaan besi tulangan masing-masing sebesar 7,21%, 10,87%, dan 5,98%. Total efisiensi biaya yang didapatkan sebesar Rp406.697.000,00. Biaya tersebut sangat besar dibandingkan biaya investasi aplikasi BIM 5D seharga Rp127.000.000,00. Kata kunci: Aplikasi BIM 5D, Building Information Modeling, Efisiensi Biaya Abstract Most construction companies in Indonesia currently still use conventional applications that are carried out separately. The consequences that are often found from the use of fragmented conventional applications include construction waste and delays in the information that cause cost and time inefficiencies. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to answer these problems. One technology that has emerged to answer these problems is Building Information Modeling (BIM). This research was conducted by modeling simulations and calculations to evaluate the accuracy and cost-efficiency of using the BIM 5D application compared to conventional methods in rebar and concrete work. The project simulation was carried out on a 16-floor apartment. As a result, the use of the BIM 5D application can reduce labor costs by Rp171,989,939.00 or save 6.33%. The efficiency values of fc'30 MPa concrete work, fc'35 MPa concrete, and rebar work are 7.21%, 10.87%, and 5.98%, respectively. The total cost-efficiency obtained is Rp406,697,000.00. This cost is huge compared to the investment cost of the BIM 5D application for Rp127,000,000.00. Keywords: BIM 5D application, Building Information Modeling, Cost Efficiency

Abstract

Karakteristik pergerakan air bawah permukaan penting diketahui untuk menjelaskan efektivitas pemberian air  melalui irigasi bawah permukaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air tanaman di atasnya. Kajian dilakukan pada tanah liat yang telah diolah secara strip untuk menganalisis pergerakan air dan memformulasikan model mathematiknya. Metode analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk, pertama, menentukan karakteristik air tanah dan kedua, untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bahan organik terhadap pergerakan air. Untuk itu digunakan sebuah pengontrol mikro sebagai penghubung jejaring elektronik (AT89852). Hasil Kinerja irigasi menunjukkan pembasahan efektif hanya dapat dikembangkan dengan lintasan pengairan irigasi yang pendek < 5 m, yang  cocok untuk diterapkan pada pengelolaan lahan subsistem atau perbaikan bentuk tradisional. Analisis statistik  menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat interaksi antara perlakuan bahan organik dan pemberian air, namun bahan organik berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai dan pemberian air tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Pola sebaran kadar air pada pengukuran menggunakan aparatus uji menunjukkan pola model kontur dari program simulasi sebaran kadar air pada strip olah tanah minimal. Kata kunci: irigasi bawah permukaan, pergerakan air, model matematik, penghubung elektronik AT89852

Abstract

Inadequate asset management in non-profit organizations, in this case, Higher Education (PT), will harm the value of the potential benefits that can be obtained from those assets. SIMA IPB is the application of Information Technology (IT) which is expected to be able to support the achievement of accountability in the environment of IPB. In this research, the maturity level analysis of SIMA IPB uses the Framework of Control for Information and Related Technology 4.1 (COBIT 4.1), which is one of the tools used to see existing IT governance. COBIT has four domains, namely Plan and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitoring and Evaluation (ME). The results of this study were carried out in the PO, AI, DS and ME framework domain based on the maturity level of the COBIT 4.1 framework illustrated in the spider chart. The results found that the level of IT maturity in SIMA IPB Beta Version at Level 4 (managed) with an average maturity index (PO, 3.66), (AI, 3.39), (DS, 3.59), (ME, 3.54), and the gap value (gap) with an average value of 0.84, for the PO domain at level 4 (managed), AI domain level 3 (defined), DS level 4 (managed) domain and ME level 4 (managed) domain. Abstract

Earthquake risk in Jakarta is one of intermediate category in Indonesia based on the 2010 seismic hazard map published by the Ministry of Public Works of Republic Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to know the ultimate performance limit of the existing X building in Jakarta. Evaluation of these building was based on guidelines SNI 03-1726-2012, SNI 03-2847-2013 and PPPURG 1987. The structure model of X building was designed and analyzed using ETABS Version 9.7.2. The result showed value of story drift was affected by dynamic response spectrum load, the maximum drift in x–direction is 68.60 mm and y–direction is 101.2 mm. The X building was declared unsafe in performance condition of the ultimate limits. It was important to know the condition of the building that would be affected by earthquake load and to prevent collapse of the building structures that could cause loss of live people in the building and the collisions between buildings. Abstract

Kegiatan sehari - hari manusia saat ini tidak dapat terlepas dari mobilisasi. Jalan adalah sarana transportasi darat yang paling banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk melakukan mobilitas keseharian, sehingga volume kendaraan yang melewati ruas jalan ini harus bisa didukung oleh perkerasan jalan pada ruas jalan yang dilewatinya. Perkerasan jalan dalam kondisi baik akan membuat arus lalu - lintas lancar. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu adanya penelitian tentang kekuatan dari perkerasan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung kekuatan dari jalan tol Bogor - Ciawi - Sukabumi dan membandingkannya dengan jalan lain. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu pada peraturan AASHTO 1993 dan SNI Pd T-14-2003 tentang perencanaan perkerasan jalan beton semen. Berdasarkan perhitungan, didapat kekuatan Jalan Tol Bogor - Ciawi - Sukabumi sebesar 62.525.083 ESAL. Dengan demikian Jalan tol Bogor - Ciawi - Sukabumi direncanakan untuk menahan beban gandar kumulatif 510.204.680 ton selama 20 tahun umur rencana. Mengacu pada SNI Pd T-14-2003 Jalan Tol Bogor - Ciawi - Sukabumi sudah sesuai untuk dibuat dengan perkerasan kaku. Kekuatan Jalan Tol Bogor - Ciawi – Sukabumi  lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan Jalan Tol Jakarta – Cikampek.Kata kunci: AASHTO 1993, jalan tol, perkerasan kaku, tebal perkerasan

Abstract

Urban road network typically consists of many intersections which commonly lead to traffic problems. In relatively low traffic, a simple priority intersection will be sufficient and lead no traffic problem without necessarily implement traffic lights, roundabout or others. In an urban area where traffic demands are high, intersections need to be treated with an accurate traffic engineering approach. There are many different approaches to reduce the traffic problem in intersection including traffic light, roundabout, or interchange. Cimahpar Raya street and Indobaso intersections are urban areas in Bogor city with the high demand for transportation and often having a congestion problem in peak hour. The Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Bogor city plans to develop and change the Indobaso intersection to be a roundabout, while also increasing the lane width of the approaching roads. This study was conducted to assess the performance changes of the Indobaso intersection improvement by developing a traffic model of the intersection. The planned roundabout and lane width improvement significantly reduce the traffic delays by 90,07%, reduce travel time by 51,76%, improve average speed by 83,77%, and reduce the traffic density by 88,54% compared to the current condition of the intersection which lacks required lane road width and maneuver area.Key words: urban road, intersection, traffic model

Abstract

Increasing of certainly development requires jobs with high productivity, effectiveness and efficiency. The application of BIM up to four-dimensional modeling (4D) using Tekla Structure software is a solution because it can analyze time performance, determine the causative factors in the event of delays and actions to overcome them. 3D modeling included modeling of foundations, columns, beams, slabs, stairs, and roofs. 4D modeling is conducted by adding work schedule to the 3D modeling that had been made. Time performance analysis was performed using the S-curve method for all buildings in Tower Green Jasmine Park Apartment Bogor construction project. Time performance analysis using the S curve found that this project experienced delays with the highest negative deviation value happened in June 2020 by -13.67%. The main delays in the project occured in procurement of MEP logistics and weather conditions. Work acceleration is carried out by increasing working hours and increasing the number of workers.

Abstract

Analysis of structural strength to the conditions of the jetty Port Babo of Teluk Bintuni, West Papua is important to ensure the stability of the against external loads and forces. The purpose of this research is to analyse and evaluate the strength of structures, as well as assess the durability of jetty structures. Modeling using the SAP2000 program corresponds to as built drawing. The results of the calculation of the working load include dead loads, live loads, ship berth, ship mooring force, current force, wave force, and earthquake force. Energy due to ship collision loads and vessel berthing force can be reduced using a fender designed using rubber fenders seibu V300H. The results of the structural analysis show that the number of combined variants is sufficient up to the shape mode 12. The dynamic earthquake shear forces in the x and y directions are still smaller than the static shear forces, so it needs to be multiplied by a scale factor of 2,9. The deviation that occurs in the structure is still smaller than the allowable deviation of 350 mm. Beams are designed using reinforcement with diameter 22 mm and 25 mm. The stress ratio value at the pile meets the pile capacity. It can be said that overall the Babo Teluk Bintuni wharf is safe from the working load.

Abstract

Population growth increased in the need for dwelling which impacted to high demand for bricks. However, bricks have a negative impact on the environment due to the materials and the production prosses. Population growth also effected an increase amount of plastic waste that has a risk to the health and environment. This research aimed to analyze the compressive and flexural strength of brick and ecobrick (PET bottle filled with plastic waste) wall, to know degree of difference in strength between both wall, and to compare the cost of making the wall. This research was started from preparation, manufactured, cured, and tested the specimens. The cost analysis refers to the Bogor district in 2019. The result was obtained compressive strength of brick is higher than ecobrick, which is brick 2,38 MPa and ecobrick 1,31 MPa. Flexural strength of ecobrick is higher than brick, which is ecobrick 1,23 MPa and brick 1,18 MPa. T-test show that compressive strength both wall is significantly different, while the flexural strength both wall is not significantly different. The cost of making ecobrick walls is 20% cheaper than brick walls.
