Abstract

Abstrak: Pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas lembaga kemasyarakatan desa/kelurahan merupakan suatu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan khususnya kepada Karang taruna dan Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas LPM dan Karang Taruna dengan permasalahan yang ada dimana rendahnya kualitas sumber daya aparatur LPM Desa dan kurangnya kapasitas kelembagaan masyarakat desa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu : meningkatnya pemahaman kapasitas LPM dan Karang Taruna dalam membantu peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Masing-masing peserta pelatihan ini telah mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatannya dengan secara langsung dapat diaplikasikan langsung ke masyarakat dengan melakukan tahapan-tahapan pemberdayaan. Abstract:  Capacity BuildinKapasitasg was held for Village Official such as Karang Taruna and Lembaga Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (LPM) committee. This service activity aims to increase the performance of Karang Taruna and LPM committee which has problems with low quality of human resource and supplying people needs. This activity uses the direct training and mentoring method. The result of this service, that understanding of the capacity of LPM and Karang Taruna in helping improve community welfare was increase. Each of these training participants has participated in the entire series of activities which can be directly applied to the community by carrying out the stages of empowerment.

Abstract

Village development is a priority in national development, one way is by building BUMDes and MSMEs to develop village potential with the aim of improving community welfare. Government assistance in the form of village funds is provided to achieve this goal. However, as time goes by, many BUMDes and MSMEs are unable to develop even to the point of stalling. The method of implementing this community service activity is carried out with the stages of observation, training, and mentoring. Based on observations, it was found that some BUMDes managers did not develop businesses based on village potential and there was still a lack of knowledge of village managers about BUMDes. Furthermore, at the training stage, it resulted in an increase of 57% in the understanding of BUMDes and MSME managers. However, in terms of assistance, it is very necessary to have support from regional leaders so that further training needs to be improved, especially in increasing human resources so that good regeneration of BUMDes and MSMEs management is needed in the Gegerbitung District, Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM yaitu mengenai aspek finansial di mana terbatasnya dana yang dimiliki untuk memproduksi secara terus menerus, aspek produksi yaitu kemampuan memenuhi pasar dan inovasi merupakan kemampuan melakukan inovasi terhadap produk. Dari tiga aspek tersebut yang menjadi permasalahan utama UMKM adalah produksi, di mana produksi saat ini belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, Dinas Koperasi dan UKM (DKUKM) bekerjasama dengan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) melalui Dosen yang terlibat sebagai pengusul membentuk suatu model bisnis dengan tema Sister Business UMKM yaitu membentuk UMKM Pelopor dan UMKM Binaan. Setelah terbentuknya UMKM Pelopor maka diberikan pelatihan mengenai pengelolaan manajerial, keuangan, promosi, produksi dan quality control dan pelatihan pengetahuan supply chain management. Selanjutnya dilakukan pendampingan praktik matching business antara UMKM Pelopor dan UMKM Binaan, serta penyiapan sarana pendukung penguatan ekosistem sister business. Melalui sister business UMKM ini dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang selama ini menjadi kendala UMKM Pelopor dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar. Kata Kunci: SISTER, UMKM

Abstract

This research uses a questionnaire and a quantitative approach to be descriptive. This study aims to ascertain how each independent variable, training instructors, training participants, training materials, training methods, and training objectives affects CV Agung Dipo Persada Sukabumi employees' work performance. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data based on partial tests of training instructor variables, training materials, training methods, and training purposes. The results showed that the trainee variables had no significant impact on employee work performance. There is a positive and significant influence on employee work performance simultaneously (Test F) among training instructors, participants, training materials, training methods, and training objectives, with a test F value of sig value 0.000 < 0.05, and the R Square test returned a value of 0.585. This indicates that the independent variable can explain 58.5 percent of the employee's work performance, while other variables can explain 41.5 percent.

Abstract

Abstrak: Optimasi aspek legal sertifikasi halal UMKM merupakan salah satu solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM, yaitu belum memiliki NIB dan Sertifikat Halal dampak dari tidak pahamnya dalam pembuatan legal tersbut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendampingan proses pembuatan NIB dan pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan kepada UMKM di 7 Desa Kecamatan Cisaat dengan total 700 UMKM. Mitra dalam kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah UMKM Binaan Kecamatan Cisaat. Evaluasi capain dilihat dari banyaknya NIB yang terbuat dan data yang telah diajukan proses sertifikasi halal ke akun ptsp.halal.go.id. Hasil capaian kegiatan ini adalah pembuatan NIB UMKM mencapai 68,4%, sedangkan data yang telah diajukan proses sertifikasi halal di akun sihalal sebesar 26,4%. Rendahnya capaian pengajuan sertifikasi halal disebabkan oleh sering errornya akun sihalal pada saat proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal.Abstract:  Optimization of the legal aspects of MSME halal certification is one solution to the problems faced by MSME actors, namely not having NIB and Halal Certificates as a result of not understanding the legal making. The purpose of this activity is to provide assistance in the process of making NIB and applying for halal certification. The method of implementing this activity is to provide assistance to MSMEs in 7 villages of Cisaat District with a total of 700 MSMEs. Partners in this mentoring activity are MSMEs assisted by Cisaat District. The evaluation is seen from the number of NIBs made and the data that has been submitted by the halal certification process to ptsp.halal.go.id account. The result of this activity is the creation of MSME NIB reaching 68.4%, while the data that has been submitted for the halal certification process in the sihalal account is 26.4%. The low achievement of applying for halal certification is caused by frequent errors in the sihalal account during the halal certification application process.

Abstract

Leadership and organizational culture are important factors determining employee performance and ability to adapt to environmental changes.  Phenomena that happened at the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi is employee work that is still not optimal. The problem studied from this study is how the description of the leadership and organizational culture of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. This study aims to find out and describe the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the work of employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi, either simultan or partially. The data from this study are all employees of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi which total of 250 people. The sampling technique in this study uses census study population techniques so that the entire population is used as a sample. The questionnaire method of data collection is employed, and multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing and partial test hypothesis testing was the method of analysis used in this investigation. Leadership and organizational culture have a beneficial impact on employee performance, according to the partial variable results of the regression analysis. Leadership, which affects employee performance by 69.3%, is the dominant independent variable.  The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the bound is 75.0% while the rest is as much as 25. 0% is influenced by other factors that are not studied such as salary and performance support

Abstract

Technical guidance on the orderly administration of the PKK is an event that aims to provide understanding and skills in running the PKK administration in an orderly and effective manner. This event was attended by PKK administrators, PKK cadres, as well as staff, and employees involved in implementing PKK programs. At this event, participants were given an understanding of regulations and regulations related to PKK, as well as tips and tricks in structuring and organizing administration, recording and documenting, archiving, as well as evaluation and monitoring. In addition, participants were also given examples of using electronic administration systems that can facilitate the management and archiving of documents. In this technical guidance, participants were invited to discuss and collaborate in finding solutions to PKK administrative problems that might be experienced in the field. Participants are expected to be able to apply the understanding and skills that have been given to the implementation of PKK programs in their respective regions. It is hoped that with technical guidance on the orderly administration of the PKK, the PKK administration can be carried out better and more effectively, so as to accelerate the achievement of the objectives of the PKK program and encourage the creation of prosperous and independent families.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the work of employees of the PT Olindo, both simultaneously and partially. Data from this study are all employees of PT Olindo totaling 95 people. The sampling technique in this study uses population census techniques so that the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection questionnaire method is used, and multiple regression analysis with simultaneous testing and partial test hypothesis testing is the analysis method used in this investigation. According to partial variable results from regression analysis, leadership, and organizational culture have a beneficial impact on employee performance. Leadership, the dominant independent variable, affects employee performance by 69.3%. The magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the bond is 75.0% while the remaining 25. 0% is influenced by other factors not studied such as salary and performance support. This research discusses theories about human resources and contributes to expanding the literature on leadership, organizational culture, and employee performance from an organizational context.

Abstract

Business communication training is one solution to the problems faced by MSMEs, namely lack of communication skills, effective marketing understanding, limited resources, lack of communication skills in the online world, difficulties in building business networks, lack of integrated communication strategies, and handling customer complaints. The purpose of this activity is to improve skills and understanding of MSMEs related to effective communication strategies. The method of implementing this activity is training for MSMEs in the Sukamekar Village environment of Sukabumi Regency. The partners in this training activity are the Cooperative and SME Office of Sukabumi Regency. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to trainees before and after delivering the material, and the result was that the ability and understanding of the participants increased by 39.29%.

Abstract

A smart village concept can be used as a solution to overcome various problems that occur in the administration of village governance. The purpose of this research is to build a smart village system and find out the benefits of this system. The type of research in this research is descriptive qualitative and the data collection method used in this research is interviews and field observations. From interviews and field observations, demographic data and village economic potential were obtained. The result of this research is the establishment of a smart village model system to improve service quality. Several village problems have been resolved by the Berekah village government, namely up-to-date village demographic data, community economic potential, and other types of services. With this smart village application, the community is well served, without having to wait in long and long queues. The novelty of this smart village model is that it is easy for the community to make population files and other services, as well as demographic data and community economic potential that can be developed.
