Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Bagaimana penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO, 2) Kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR, 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan dalam menghadapi kendala penerapan E-KIR. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif, pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO di Dinas Perhubungan Kota Surakarta meliputi: a) perencanaan dan persiapan kelengkapan administrasi, b) sosialisasi Aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO kepada masyarakat, c) pelaksanaan pendaftaran Uji KIR melalui aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO, d) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO. 2) kendala penerapan aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO diantaranya: a) masyarakat yang masih belum mengetahui aplikasi E-KIR DISHUB SOLO dan cara penggunaanya, b) jaringan yang tidak stabil, c) database pemohon uji kir tidak terbaca oleh sistem, d) mesin daftar mandiri yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Perhubungan dalam menghadapi kendala tersebut antara lain: a) sosialisasi secara masif kepada pemilik kendaraan bermotor wajib uji, b) koordinasi dengan pihak terkait agar dilakukan penguatan jaringan internet, c) melakukan backup data dan perbaikan sistem jaringan, d) perbaikan mesin daftar mandiri oleh pihak pengembang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation, constraints, and efforts made to overcome obstacles in the implementation of SIPD to support regional development planning in Wonosobo Regency. This type of research is descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. The research was conducted at the Bappeda and OPD offices in Wonosobo. Research data is obtained from informants, events, and documents with sampling techniques using purposive and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The validity of the data was obtained through a triangulation of techniques and sources. The data analysis technique uses interactive model data analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) SIPD implementation in Wonosobo Regency includes: a) SIPD planning; b) SIPD socialization to OPD; c) SIPD data filling; and d) monitoring and evaluation of data entered in SIPD. 2) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of SIPD include a) the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP); b) the server often has errors; c) the indicators in the SIPD are not in accordance with the conditions of the Wonosobo Regency; and d) the internet network is inadequate. 3) Efforts made by Bappeda to overcome these obstacles include: a) providing technical guidance to OPD; b) coordinating with the Ministry of Home Affairs for system improvement; c) coordinating with Diskominfo for the creation of the "Wonosobo Satu Data" system; and d) strengthening the internet network in each OPD.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about office layout, employees’ obstacles, and efforts to overcome the problem of office layout in the general section of the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta. This research is descriptive-qualitative with a case-study approach. This research was carried out at the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta, especially in the general section. The data were obtained from events, informants, and documents by using purposive and snowball sampling. The data validity test technique was a triangulation of sources and methods. Analysis of data using an interactive model of data analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the office layout in the general section of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) of Surakarta is not compatible with the principles of effective office layout, which consist of color, air, sound, and exposure. The obstacles found in the arrangement of the general office are the arrangement and distance that are too close, the inappropriate arrangement of furniture, the lack of facilities and infrastructure, and the lack of space. The efforts that have been carried out include rearranging the room, rearranging furniture based on employee needs and workflow, adding facilities and infrastructure, and removing unused facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation, obstacles, and efforts made to deal with obstacles in office supply management at Subbagian Administrasi, Kepegawaian, and OrganisasiDinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Surakarta. The approach of this research is qualitative, based on the type of case study. The data for this research was sourced from primary and secondary sources. Sampling using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. In-depth interviews, observations, and document studies are established as data collection techniques. This research uses interactive model data analysis. The research is conducted based on a systematic procedure. The results of the study are: (1) the implementation of office supply management includes planning, budgeting, procurement, recording, storage and distribution, maintenance, deletion, and control; (2) constraints including limited budget availability, a limited number of human resources for non-durable goods, lack of IT competence for supply employees, and lack of responsibility for employees in the use of goods; (3) efforts made to overcome obstacles, namely setting a priority scale in the procurement of supply, submitting additional proposals for supply employees to BKD Kota Surakarta and empowering interns, conducting training and IT assistance to supply employees, and providing directions to employees and making SOP on the supply management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of (1) entrepreneurial knowledge on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration Education; (2) self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration Education; and (3) entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial interest of students in Office Administration Education. This research is quantitative with a correlational method. The population used was students in classes 2018 and 2019 of the Office Administration Education, with a total of 154 students. The sampling technique used by the researcher is proportional stratified random sampling with 112 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used by the researcher are the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest (tcount11.778>ttable 1.981) with significance (0.0000.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest (tcount 4.883 > ttable 1.981) with significance (0.0020<.05); (3) there is a positive influence and significant knowledge on entrepreneurship and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest (Fcount76,853>Ftable 3.08) with significance (0.0000<0.05). The overall result of the analysis in this study supports the assumed hypothesis.

Abstract

 This research aims to investigate: 1) the roles of the public relations division of the Indonesia Red Cross Society in Blora Regency during the COVID-19 pandemic; 2) supporting and barrier factors; and 3) the attempt to address the barriers. The approach of this research is qualitative, based on the type of case study. The data for this research are sourced from primary and secondary sources. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Interviews, observations, and documentation are used as data collection techniques. To test the validity of the data using triangulation. This research uses interactive model data analysis. Results of the research: 1) the roles of the public relations division, including a) communicator; b) relationship; c) backup management; and d) corporate image; 2) supporting factors, namely: a) good cooperation with the external public; b) the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure. Constraints, namely: a) lack of coordination; b) the level of participation of a person in blood donation activities have decreased and the community has not complied with health protocols; c) lack of human resources to manage PMI communication media; 3) efforts to overcome obstacles, namely: a) routine coordination; b) routine socialization regarding the prevention of COVID-19; and c) employee recruitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi, kendala, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala dalam implementasi SIPD untuk menunjang perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitiaan dilakukan di Kantor Bappeda dan OPD yang ada di Wonosobo. Data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, peristiwa, dokumen dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data diperoleh dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data model interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi SIPD di Kabupaten Wonosobo meliputi: a) perencanaan SIPD, b) sosialisasi SIPD kepada OPD, c) pengisian data SIPD, dan d) monitoring dan evaluasi data yang diinputkan di SIPD. 2) Kendala yang terjadi dalam implementasi SIPD diantaranya: a) tidak adanya Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), b) server sering error, c) indikator dalam SIPD tidak sesuai dengan kondisi Kabupaten Wonosobo, dan d) jaringan internet yang kurang memadai. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan Bappeda untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut antara lain: a) mengadakan bimbingan teknis kepada OPD, b) koordinasi dengan Kemendagri untuk perbaikan sistem, c) koordinasi dengan Diskominfo untuk pembuatan sistem “Wonosobo Satu Data “, dan d) penguatan jaringan internet di tiap OPD.

Abstract

This research was carried out to find out: 1) the Implementation of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman at the Population Administration and Civil Registration of Surakarta City, 2) What the obstacles are faced in implementing the Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman, 3) Efforts made by the Department of Population Administration and Registration Surakarta City Civil Servant in facing the application of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. This type of this research is a descriptive qualitative case study approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The results showed that 1) implementation of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman at the Population Administration and Civil Registration of Surakarta City included a) planning and preparation for the application of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman, b) implementing the application of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman, c) Monitoring and evaluating the application of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman. 2) Obstacles to the application of Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman include: a) socialisation of the application that does not reach the entire community of Surakarta, b) application features need to be completed, c) flow is less effective, d) servers that often 3) Efforts made by the Population Administration and Civil Registration Office of Surakarta City in dealing with these obstacles include: a) Socialize regarding the "Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman" App to the broader community, b) Perform the functionality updates on the "Dukcapil Dalam Genggaman" Application, c) Shorten the service flow to make it effective, d) Do a server repair.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of PRODIIA's work culture, obstacles and efforts in dealing with obstacles related to PRODIIA work culture at the Giriwoyo District Office, Wonogiri Regency. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research data were obtained directly from sources at the Giriwoyo District Office through interviews, observation, and documentation. The key informant in this research is the sub-district head at the Giriwoyo sub-district office. This study uses two sampling techniques, purposive sampling and snowball sampling, using the validity test of source and technique triangulation. An interactive model then analyzes the collected data. The study results show that applying PRODIIA work culture at the Giriwoyo District Office includes professional work Culture; disciplined work culture; integrity work culture; innovative work culture; and accountable work culture. Implementing the PRODIIA work culture at the Giriwoyo District Office through employee career development, technical guidance (Bimtek) and education and training (Diklat), employee supervision, and employee evaluation. There are still obstacles in implementing the PRODIIA work culture, namely the existence of work that cannot be completed on time, lack of human resources and a “prekewuh” culture to give reprimands to employees. The solutions provided by the Giriwoyo Subdistrict Office are periodic evaluation, maximizing existing human resources and coaching and approach to employees.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the factors that influence the results of the SAKIP assessment and (2) to determine the efforts made in improving the results of the SAKIP assessment. This research is a qualitative descriptive case study with primary data sources from interviews and observations and secondary data from documents related to SAKIP. Sampling was done by purposive sampling and snowball sampling. This study uses interactive data analysis, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are (1) the factors that influence the less than optimal results of the SAKIP assessment at the Regional Secretariat of Sukoharjo Regency include the lack of employee understanding of SAKIP, lack of commitment from local officials, and the absence of an integrated planning, budgeting, and performance management system; (3) the efforts made to improve the results of the SAKIP assessment include holding a coaching clinic and SAKIP training, building a performance culture, and following up on recommendations for making SAKIP applications.
