Abstract

This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes with quantum learning models on multiplication material in class III B SDN 1 Purwawinangun Kuningan. The type of this study is Classroom Action Research (CAR) by Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out with four main activities, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting by using quantum learning model. The results of this study indicate enhancement in Mathematics learning outcomes. In the cycle I, the completeness percentage of students learning outcomes are 68% with an average students learning outcomes are 70.2. Meanwhile, in cycle II a percentage of students learning outcomes are 92% with an average learning outcomes are 83.3. From the action research, it can be concluded that by using the quantum learning model can improve the results of Mathematics learning outcomes of students in class III B SDN 1 Purwawinangun, especially in Multiplication material.

Abstract

Abstrak Studi untuk mempelajari perilaku elemen antrian (waktu tunggu nasabah, waktu pelayanan, waktu menganggur teller dan sebagainya) dalam suatu sistem dapat ditinjau dengan teori antrian. Elemen antrian, terutama waktu pelayanan saat transaksi, dapat dijadikan tinjauan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah. Kecenderungan kesibukan aktivitas pelayanan di bank adalah merata setiap harinya. Kondisi ini berbeda dengan Bank BNI 46 Cabang Universitas Kuningan yang mempunyai antrian yang sangat panjang pada waktu menjelang UAS. Model antrian bank tersebut dianalisis dengan mempertimbangkan distribusi pola kedatangan, distribusi pola pelayanan dan jumlah teller menggunakan  fit test. Hasil uji ini menunjukkan pola kedatangan berdistribusi Poisson dan pola pelayanan berdistribusi eksponensial. Dan karena jumlah teller adalah 1, maka mengikuti notasi Kendall, model antrian bank adalah M/M/1. Simulasi pelayanan transaksi pada bank dilakukan untuk melihat kecenderungan perilaku elemen antrian. Simulasi menunjukkan semakin besar tingkat pelayanan, semakin besar peluang waktu menganggur teller. Akan tetapi, semakin besar tingkat pelayanan, banyak nasabah dalam antrian dan dalam sistem antrian akan semakin sedikit. Demikian juga dengan waktu rata-rata nasabah dalam antrian dan dalam sistem antrian.Kata Kunci: Model Antrian, Perilaku Elemen Antrian, Simulasi. Abstract A research to study behavior of queue elements (customer waiting time, service time, idle time teller and so on) in a system can be reviewed with queuing theory. The queue element, especially the transaction time, can be used as a review to improve customer satisfaction. The tendency of busy activity in bank service is evenly distributed every day. This condition is different from BNI 46 Bank branch Kuningan University which has a very long queue at the time before final examination. The bank queue model is analyzed by considering the distribution of arrival pattern, service pattern distribution and number of teller using fit test. The results of this test show the pattern of arrival of Poisson distributed and exponential distribution service pattern. And since the number of tellers is 1, then following Kendall notation, the bank queue model is M / M / 1. Simulation of transaction service at bank is done to see tendency of queue element behavior. Simulations show the greater the level of service, the greater the chance of idle time teller will be. However, the greater the level of service, the more customers in the queue and in the queuing system will be less. Likewise, the average time the customer is in the queue and in the queuing system. Keywords: Queue Model, Behavior of Element Queue, Simulation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mathematical problem-solving ability of SMK students with cognitive style Field Independent (FI) and Field Dependent (FD). The type of research is qualitative research with descriptive method. The research subjects are 23 students of class X SMK who had studied the Linear Programming material and four people were taken for analysis, namely two FI students and two FD students. Subjects are taken using a purposive sampling technique. This research instrument uses the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT), tests of mathematical problem-solving ability and interview guidelines. The results showed that the first FI subject who had a very good problem-solving ability category met all the indicators of problem-solving ability. The second FI subject who has a good problem-solving ability category meets three indicators of problem-solving ability. The first FD subject who has sufficient problem-solving ability category cannot fulfill all problem-solving indicators. The second FD subject who has a problem-solving ability category is sufficient to meet two indicators of problem-solving ability. It can be concluded that the problem solving ability of SMK students is quite good.

Abstract

Abstact Textbooks have an important role in the learning process. In addition as a reference material, also have the potential to affect student learning. In this study, carried out a survey of mathematics education students. Students were asked to describe how they used textbooks. The survey was conducted by giving questionnaires and interviews about what components are used, when students look at each component, the reason for these components as well as the students see what difficulties encountered when used textbook. Data collected was processed using descriptive statistics as well as to determine there are differences in the use of good text books for each component or components in pairs using Cochran’s Q test and McNemar Test. The result show that students tend to use the sample chapter to build their understanding of math concept than the chapter text description. Difficulties experienced when students understand basic concepts such as definitions and theorems which causes difficulty in working on.

Abstract

Artikel ini meninjau masalah dinamika perilaku merokok. Metode perturbasi homotopi diterapkan untuk menghitung solusi sistem persamaan differensial pada masalah tersebut. Hasil ini kemudian dibandingkan dengan hasil dari metode numerik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa solusi metode perturbasi homotopi cenderung menghasilkan kecocokan yang baik terhadap solusi numerik pada beberapa selang waktu.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the learning styles of students, (2) find out the difficulties experienced by students in solving fractional operations problems. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP Mubarokul Ulum with a total of 22 students who had received fractions material. The data collection procedure begins with filling out a learning style questionnaire. After getting the data on student work, two students with visual learning styles were selected, two students with auditory learning styles and two students with kinesthetic learning styles to be tested, interviewed and documented. The results showed that: (1) out of 22 students, two students had a visual learning style, eight students had an auditory learning style, 10 students had a kinesthetic learning style and there was a discovery of a new learning style, namely a blend of Visual-Kinesthetic learning styles totaling one student. and Auditorial-Kinesthetic learning style amounted to one student. (2) The difficulties experienced by the first subject with the type of visual learning style tend to be difficult in using concepts and the second subject tends to have difficulty in solving verbal problems. The third and fourth subjects who have an auditory learning style tend to have difficulty in solving verbal problems and the fifth subject with a kinesthetic learning style type that tends to have difficulty using concepts while the sixth subject tends to have difficulty using principles

Abstract

One of the medical equipment that is often used in hospitals is infusion; however, the infusion monitoring system is generally still manual so that medical staff must constantly monitor the infusion device condition, which is requiring more effort and time. In this study, a 500 ml Ringer’s lactate infusion fluid monitoring system was developed based on the internet of things (IoT) using the message queuing telemetry transport (MQTT) communication protocol and an IoT cloud server system using the MQTT Dash. This infusion fluid was chosen as it is the most widely used infusion fluid. The HX711 load cell was used as a sensor to determine the weight of the infusion fluid. In addition, the NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller was used since it is equipped with a WiFi module called the ESP8266 module, hence it can support the implementation of IoT systems. The MQTT protocol was used to send the data to users. It was then connected to the MQTT Dash application as a monitoring medium for medical personnel. The system’s performance based on the performance of the HX711 load cell sensor in terms of the accuracy of reading the weight of infusion fluids was very good. It is evidenced by the average error percentage value of 0.08% to 0.64%, meaning that load cell sensor works well as it remains within the error tolerance limit of 5%. Meanwhile, the quality of service (QoS) test revealed that the results of the average delay on all systems ranged from 0.014 ms to 0.023 ms. According to the telecommunications and internet protocol harmonization over networks (TIPHON) standards, these values are considered very good. After that, the average of packet loss testing results on all systems were 0% to 0.01%. According to the TIPHON standards, these values are likewise classified as very good.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian terhadap masyarakat menjadi kegiatan yang merupakan bagian penting  Tridharma perguruan tinggi yang sudah menjadi suatu kewajiban yang  dilaksanakan oleh setiap dosen pada setiap perguruan tinggi. Kegiatan disusun dan dilaksanakan tim kegiatan pengabdian program studi Teknik Elektro Universitas Qomaruddin yang telah dibentuk dalam usaha mengembangkan kualitas dari sumber daya manusia sehingga bisa mengikuti perkembangan teknologi  era globalisasi pada industry 4.0. Dalam upaya meraih tujuan tersebut, diselenggarakan pelatihan perancangan alat berbasis mikrokontroler Arduino di karang taruna Desa Bedanten. Dalam proses pelatihan  ini para peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan  dasar mengenai perangkat sensor elektronika ,Aplikasi Internet of Things , ilmu komputer serta  robotika, dimana perangkat  yang dibuat menggunakan sistem aplikasi software yang dengan script pengkodean yang memiliki output yang dapat membuat komponen sensor bekerja sesuai dengan perintah pemprograman. Diadakannya pelatihan ini dimaksudkan untuk peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, serta keterampilan remaja karang taruna Desa Bedanten. Selain itu pelatihan ini dapat meningkatkan kreativitas peserta dalam proses fabrikasi berbagai macam perangkat elektronika dengan pemanfaatan mikrokontroler Arduino uno. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan ini , Pelatihan mikrokontroler ini mendapatkan tanggapan peserta  serta feed back yang sangat baik serta cukup meningkatkan rasa ingin tahu peserta pelatihan yang sebelumnya belum cukup mengenal mengenai bidang elektronika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keamanan sistem informasi akademik di Sekolah Tinggi Teknik Qomaruddin Gresik menggunakan indeks keamanan informasi (KAMI). Penggunaan Indeks keamanan informasi dikarenakan telah memenuhi kelengkapan dan kematangan yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, interview serta observasi langsung. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tersebut telah didapatkan tingkat kesiapan penerapan pengamanan sebesar 187 dari total 645, atau sekitar 28,99%. Sedangkan tingkat kematangannya I s/d I+
