Abstract

The use of information and communication technology helps improve the quality of education and learning processes, research, libraries and information services, and university management. With the development of ICT, universities are one of the companies engaged in education, so that institutions and universities need an information system planning strategy. This study presents a detailed and extensive systematic literature review (SLR) to select studies that carry out the current application of Enterprise Architecture in higher education. The method used in this research is the incorporation of various systematic literature studies on previous studies related to research objectives. The results of this literature review reveal important aspects related to the use of enterprise architecture applications in higher education, such as the most popular frameworks used in higher education, examine the reasons and determine the criteria for using application-based frameworks, and why enterprise architecture frameworks are needed to implement in higher education.

Abstract

The swift progress of technology can be harnessed to address the increasing demand for projects, particularly in various organizations like private universities that must cope with resource limitations and make critical decisions. Information Technology (IT) encompasses any technology, such as equipment or techniques, employed by businesses, institutions, or other organizations to process information, including computing, telecommunications technologies, consumer electronics, and broadcasting, as it increasingly digitizes. Choosing between dozens or hundreds of project alternatives presents complex multi-criteria decision-making problems for an organization's portfolio and priorities, necessitating clear-cut techniques, methods, and factor definitions for prioritizing decision-making. This literature review formulates the problem, specifically identifying the criteria for comparison and prioritization models, and seeks a framework and methodology for prioritizing portfolio management in private organizations, particularly universities. The literature review identifies the characteristics of private organizations and the methodologies and practices employed in researching the application of portfolio management priorities and explores the use of portfolio management techniques from prior studies tested in practice and project priority methodologies in private services. The results contribute to enhancing theories on techniques, methods, and, particularly, portfolio project management priorities for the private sector.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, Pemerintah terus mengembangkan program terkait wirausahawan muda yang dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan di tengah masa kebangkitan negara setelah pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, santri di Pondok Pesantren Al Muin Syarif Hidayatullah dibekali sebuah ketrampilan baru yaitu teknik desain poster dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi desain yang dapat diakses secara gratis. Dengan ketrampilan baru ini, santri memiliki modal usaha untuk memulai bisnis kecil-kecilan sehingga santri menjadi wirausahawan sukses nantinya. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, santri akan diberi pelatihan terkait teknik desain poster yang bertujuan untuk memberikan peningkatan ketrampilan mengenai teknik desain poster pada santri. Peningkatan ketrampilan dapat dianalisis dari pemberian kuesioner pada saat sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan. Pelatihan terdiri dari pemberian materi dan praktek langsung. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman santri terkait teknik desain poster.

Abstract

Digital Branding in educational institutions is very crucial to do because it will improve reputation and form an institutional brand image. Regarding the use of digital technology in the Al-Muin Islamic Boarding School environment, currently, it can be said to be very low. This stated shows from the lack of social media owned by the Al-Muin Islamic boarding school. Meanwhile, with social media, the boarding school will be able to communicate and build public relations with the society. Having a relationship with the society will improve the good image of the Islamic boarding school and also as a medium of communication for the boarding school with the soociety. The implementation team of community service activities will assist in the use of social media as a means of digital branding at the Al Muin Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School. The teams activity are carried out in four stages, namely: initiation, preparation of facilities and infrastructure, execution and evaluation. The comparison of the pre-test and post-test results shows an increase in the level of understanding of the caregivers of the Al Muin Syarif Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School in using social media Instagram as a means of digital branding.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi  menjadi kebutuhan yang semakin penting dalam dunia  bisnis. Salah satu teknologi informasi yang berkembang pesat saat ini  adalah penerapan pendataan dan belanja online, atau perdagangan elektronik. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pendataan produk dan penjualan berbagai produk secara online, serta dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat, terutama bagi usaha kecil dan menengah yang sering bergelut dengan pendataan dan penjualan produk online. Kecamatan Banyu Urip Surabaya merupakan daerah yang banyak terdapat UMKM, namun sebagian besar UMKM menggunakan cara tradisional dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan menjual produk secara online, terutama menjual berbagai jenis kue. Hal ini tentu saja menyulitkan pendataan dan penjualan produk  kue yang berbeda-beda serta memakan waktu yang lama. Sehubungan dengan itu perlu dilaksanakan suatu layanan publik bertajuk “Sosialisasi dan Pelatihan Sistem Informasi Pendataan dan Penjualan Kue untuk UMKM di Kelurahan Banyu Urip Kota Surabaya” dengan tujuan untuk menghadirkan informasi dan meningkatkan pemanfaatannya. teknologi dalam dunia usaha khususnya bagi UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Layanan ini menggabungkan pendataan dan sistem informasi penjualan kue sehingga UMKM yang berada di Desa Banyu Urip Surabaya dapat memfasilitasi event penjualan berbagai produk kue. Selain itu, layanan ini memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM di Kelurahan Banyu Urip Surabaya dalam menggunakan sistem informasi pendataan dan penjualan kue agar  dapat memanfaatkannya dengan baik dan maksimal. Dengan bantuan layanan tersebut, UMKM di daerah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi acara penjualan berbagai produk kue serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi perusahaan di daerah.
